Abstract

The use of social media has grown commonplace in today's culture. Every social media user now has a place to call their own in the digital age. Tiktok is one of the most popular and distinctive social media platforms, and it frequently abuses women through its many 'challenges' for content such as elbow sticking challange. This study takes a non-positivistic approach to the phenomena that occur in the society with a critical interpretive approach. Observations done in TikTok activities and engaging in interactions with TikTok users to be able to understand and uncover the commodification practices of women that occur in TikTok. This study revealed how intertextual the commodification of women in Tiktok was using a critical method that leverages Julia Kristeva's post-modern feminist outlook as a conceptual framework. The findings of this study reveal that the body, women, and culture are interwoven and produce meaning, which overrides earlier meanings by establishing new meanings that exploit Tiktok users, particularly women, which is consistent with media evolution, which also influences value meaning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan pengelolaan fitur LAKSA pada aplikasi Tangerang Live. Fitur LAKSA merupakan ruang virtual yang disediakan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam menjawab tantangan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat Kota Tangerang di era siber, khususnya dalam hal penampung saran maupun pengaduan terkait permasalahan yang ada di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan perolehan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, studi lapangan, wawancara mendalam serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa fitur LAKSA dalam pengelolaanya bekerja dengan cepat dan terukur, hal ini menjadi kinerja baik Pemerintah Kota Tangerang untuk selalu membangun kredibilitas Pemerintah dan secara langsung dapat membangun citra Kota Tangerang dalam menerapkan E-Government di Pemerintahan Kota Tangerang. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa fitur LAKSA pada aplikasi Tangerang Live berhasil menjadi jembatan penghubung antara masyarakat dengan Pemerintah dalam hal pelayanan. Kesan tidak transparan dan birokrasi yang rumit di mata masyarakat berubah dengan adanya fitur LAKSA ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the innovation of the Public Service Mall in South Tangerang City as a forum for Regional Apparatus Organizations in improving the quality of public services in South Tangerang City. This research uses the theory of public service innovation. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The quality of public services in Indonesia in general is still relatively low, as can be seen from several indicators such as the level of public satisfaction, professionalism of human resources, the effectiveness and efficiency of the system used has not been managed properly. The findings of this study state that in the aspect of Leadership, the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Service Service carries out a democratic and transformative leadership style. In terms of management, mpp South Tangerang City has developed technology-based services to make it easier for residents. In terms of risk management, the South Tangerang City MPP early on mitigated the problem by improving the internet network. From the aspect of human capital, the human resources in the MPP of South Tangerang City have met academic qualifications, experienced, and competent. In terms of technology, the services contained in the Mpp of South Tangerang City are developed and can be accessed easily through various applications. This research concludes that the existence of a Public Service Mall in the city of South Tangerang has been running in accordance with orders from the direction of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KEMENPANRB) to present the latest innovations in modern, effective and efficient public services.
