Abstract

This research is about to study the effect of tactical and technical approach to learning result of passing andstoping skill. The results of this study is expected to serve as an alternative solution in order to improve thequality of learning soccer. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The population in thisresearch is the first semester 1 student of FKIP UIR as many as 160 people. The number of samples are 16people with sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. Time of research is for 2 months, the numberof treatment 16 times meeting, with frequency 1 week 3 times. The author's chosen instrument is a passing andstoping skills test in football. for physical education students FKIP UIR soccer skills test (early and final test ofpassing and stoping skills). Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded: (1) The learning approachusing tactical approach gives influence to the skill of passing and stoping the student of FKIP UIR physicaleducation (2) The learning approach using tactical approach gives influence to the skill of passing and stopingthe student of FKIP UIR mask. (3) using a tactical approach and a technical approach are equally influential onpassing and stoping skills of UF FKIP students. Abstract

Based on the writer’s observations in the field showed speed of Tendangan Sabit of Pencak Silat from Students Community Unit of Riau Islamic University was still low. This research aimed to know the influence weight method towards the speed of Tendangan Sabit of Pencak Silat from Students Community Unit of Riau Islamic University. This research method was an experimental research (a quasi-experimental). This research population were totally 13 athletes, whereas the samples were taken through total sampling so that it was got 13 male athletes. A test was used to find out the speed of Tendangan Sabit of Pencak Silat from Students Community Unit of Riau Islamic University. The Data obtained were analyzed using t-test. The Results of the analysis of the data indicates that weight method gives a significant influence toward the speed of Tendangan Sabit from Students Community Unit of Riau Islamic University since T-obs (5.839) was bigger than T-table (1.782). (3) It can be seen that weight method a significant influence toward the speed of Tendangan Sabit from Students Community Unit of Riau Islamic University.Key words: weight method, speed of Tendangan Sabit, Pencak Silat.

Abstract

In producing good and quality learning in physical education, it needs to be equipped with the right motoric movements to achieve goals and follow the learning contained in the physical education curriculum so that the graduates expected can be completed. This study aims to determine the motoric skills level of physical education students in Universitas Islam Riau. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The method used is a survey method in the form of tests and measurements for physical education students. The population used in this study is all physical education students in semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year, with a total of 224 people. The sample is 144 people selected by random sampling. The instrument used was the motor ability test from Harol M. Barrow in the form of a test battery with a validity coefficient of 0.92 with a series of tests; a) Standing Broad Jump, b) Wall Pass, c) Medicine Ball-Put, d) 60 Yard Dash. The research results on the level of motor skills of physical education students at Universitas Islam Riau were mostly in the medium category. Furthermore, from the results of this study, it is necessary to pay more specific attention to physical education students' motor abilities. Because with good motor skills, someone can do various kinds of movements in sports and the courage to do multiple sports activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the teaching style of practice and inclusive teaching style on groups of students who have high and low motor abilities in the process of learning the basic techniques of sepak takraw. This research method uses experiments factorial 2x2 with by level design, the population of this study was 82 students of physical education study programs at the Riau Islamic University. The sample of this study was 44 people taken using purposive sampling technique, consisting of 22 people with high motor ability and 22 people with low motor ability. Furthermore the sample was divided into four groups of 11 people each. The data analysis technique used ANAVA with the results of the t-dunnet advanced test. (1) For students who have a high motor ability, the results of the learning of the takraw basic techniques of teaching practice style groups are better than inclusi teaching styles, with t0 = 5.06 ≥ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (2) Students who have low motor ability, the results of the learning of the basic techniques of takraw group inclusi teaching style is better than the teaching style of practice, with t0 = -1.81 ≤ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (3) There is an interaction between teaching style and motor ability on the results of the basic takraw learning techniques, with p-value = 0,000 ≤ 0.05 or H0 rejected.

Abstract

Physical fitness is influenced by the food they consume. Nutritious food can increase the athlete's stamina so that athlete's achievement will be easily achieved. Fulfilling the need for nutritional intake requires a good level of understanding of the importance of the nutritional intake needs of athletes, especially soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. The purpose of the study is to measure the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of adolescent soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. This type of research is evaluation. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method by testing the level of validity and reliability. The population in the study amounted to 35 male soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports State Senior High School. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results shows that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School can be seen that 65.7% gives a good assessment. This indicates that the level of understanding of the nutritional needs of athletes is in the good category so this needs to be maintained. Likewise, the athletes' understanding of the athlete's daily nutritional adequacy and the regulation of the athlete's nutritional intake during the training period is in the good category. So it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes is in the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the training method speed play on 100 meter running skills. The type of this research is experimental research with one group pree test post test design. Sampling was done by total sampling technique, ie the entire population was used as a sample. The instrument used in this study was the 100 meter running test. From the calculation results, it is known that the correlation value of the pre-test and post-test of the 100-meter run is obtained by the calculated r value = 0.89 with the r table value = 0.423 so that the KD value or contribution value is 79.21%, with the t-test result being 8, 82. Conclusion There is an effect of speed play training method on 100 meter running skills.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan event pertandingan olahraga khususnya olahraga permainan bola tangan tidak terlepas dari peran seorang wasit dalam memimpin pertandingan untuk menciptakan permainan yang penuh berkualitas, sportifitas yang didasarkan suatu keputusan keadilan diberikan wasit dilapangan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaku oleh Tim Dosen  dan mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Riau, kita beharap dengan adanya penerapan peraturan dan perwasitan bola tangan bagi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota ini dapat memberikan suatu informasi terhadap perwasitan bola tangan. sehinga kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada peserta baik secara teori maupun praktik langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan sosialisai penerapan peraturan dan perwasitan bola tangan yang dilakukan, diharapkan siswa - siswa mengerti dan memahami konsep kode etik seorang wasit, aturan dalam mewasiti, posisi petugas di lapangan, serta mampu menerapkan suatu gerakan isyarat tangan dalam memimpin pertandingan sesuai dengan ketentuan atau peraturan yang berlaku. Dengan konsep semua ini siswa nantik bisa memahami peraturan dan perwasitan akan olahraga baru khususnya bola tangan

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar. Pemanfaatan media seharusnya merupakan bagian yang harus mendapat perhatian guru / fasilitator dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu guru / fasilitator perlu mempelajari bagaimana menetapkan media pembelajaran agar dapat mengefektifkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pada kenyataannya media pembelajaran masih sering terabaikan dengan berbagai alasan, antara lain: terbatasnya waktu untuk membuat persiapan mengajar, sulit mencari media yang tepat, tidak tersedianya biaya, dan lain-lain. Hal ini sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi jika setiap pendidik / fasilitator telah mempunyai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai media pembelajaran. Di masa pandemik seperti saat ini peranan pengunaan Media dalam pembelajaran, memegang peranan penting dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan belajar. Penggunaan Media pembelajaran harus bervariasi, menarik perhatian, lebih menyenangkan, dan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar sehingga peserta didik dapat menangkap materi pelajaran dengan mudah. Pembelajaran jarak jauh atau pembelajaran dari rumah bukanlah hal mudah bagi guru untuk dilakukan. Banyak faktor yang mengakibatkan sulit untuk dilakukan antara lain, yaitu keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam dunia teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki guru dan siswa serta kondisi lingkungan yang kurang mendukung.Berdasarkan sosialisasi pengunaan media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran daring diharapkan guru-guru penjasorkes di Desa Topang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa

Abstract

The success of teachers in the learning process in schools is largely determined by the method used. Applying the right method will give good results. This study aims to determine the increase in volleyball learning ability. The subjects of this study were 39 male students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This data collection uses the ability of students to make modification methods in volleyball smash learning using performance tests (psychomotor). The results of this study are an increase in the satisfactory learning achievement of volleyball using the modified method. In the assessment before the student completeness cycle was 12.8% (5 people), the student completeness in the first cycle assessment was also 12.8% (5 people), while the student completeness in the second cycle assessment was 43.6% (17 people). This proves that the modification method is able to improve the volleyball game smash skills of class XI students of SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. In future research recommendations, it is hoped that other researchers will use this modified method in learning physical education in schools to be more interesting and creative in modifying it and using a large number of samples.

Abstract

Tungkai dan Kelentukan Terhadap Kemampuan Tendangan Sabit Atlet Pencak Silat PPLP – Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Jenis  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi ganda dengan teknik pengukuran menggunakan teknik analisis korelasional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat PPLP – Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti sebanyak 15 orang atlet.  Sampel adalah sebagai wakil populasi yang diteliti jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang., teknik penarikan sampel adalah total sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Serbaguna Pemerintah Daerah Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes Vertical Jump, Front Split dan Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Pencak Silat. Berdasarkan analisa data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan korelasi ganda, didapatkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,86 dan r tabel pada n 15 adalah 0,514 berada pada rentang 0,80 – 1,000 dengan kategori  sangat kuat. Berdasarkan analisa data dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu  Terdapat Pengaruh Power otot tungkai dan Kelentukan terhadap Kemampuan Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Atlet Pencak Silat PPLP – Daerah Kabupaten Meranti sebesar 74,65%. Kata Kunci : Power Otot Tungkai dan Kelentukan Terhadap Tendangan Sabit
