Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organization commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The sample at the Limited Liability Company of APJ Jember area, it is state-owned company that operates in the electricity sector with total of 82 employees. Researchers collected data by using questionnaires, documentation study, interviews and surveys. Testing of validity, reliability, normality, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypotheses was carried out using IBM SPSS 17.00. The results showed that there was influence from the organizational culture; Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously improved the workforce performance in the scope PT. PLN (Persero) of APJ Jember. This result either culture, OCB and the organization had positive and meaningful influence in improving employee performance. Organizational commitment had very significant / dominant influence and was able to improve employee performance more optimally than organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the competence of professionalism of teachers to support the progress and improvement of the quality of learning and improve learning outcomes and at the same time to improve the quality of education. Type of research used in this research is descriptive research, research approach used is qualitative approach. As the object of this research is Kindergarten Types I-XVII Sawahan District Surabaya City. Based on the results of interviews with research informants, it can be seen the constraints faced by schools in general are the limited infrastructure in the form of books and learning media in supporting teaching and learning activities in schools, although the constraints do not occur in all schools. Then the supporting factor is the availability of facilities such as classroom, school playground for children, teachers' ability to communicate and experience of the teacher to be one cover of the shortcomings or constraints faced by each school.

Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Organisasi di zaman yang sangat kompetitif saat ini dituntut untuk memberdayakan dan mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya yang dimiliki, termasuk sumberdaya manusia/pegawai di dalamnya. Mengelola pegawai dengan berbagai ragam sifat, sikap, dan kemampuan individu sangat diperlukan supaya mereka dapat bekerja menuju satu memanajemen semua sumber daya yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Satu unsur dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah menciptakan kerjasama dalam tim, akan menjadi kunci keberhasilan organisasi yang nantinya dapat mewujudkan kinerja pegawai tercapai lebih maksimal. Kontribusi studi perilaku organisasi The purpose of research is to know the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of independent variables include leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District. This research is a quantitative study conducted in the Department of Population and Civil Records in Pamekasan District with a sample of 30 employees, using saturated sample method. The results showed that the leadership style and OCB simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees. Leadership and OCB style partially have significant influence on employee performance. Among the two independent variables, the leadership style has a dominant influence. Abstract

This Community Service program partner, Mrs. Jama'li, who is in the chicken satay business, is located in Lontar Village, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City. Problems faced by partners: 1) Packaging that still sees oil seeping from the spices; 2) The absence of financial records; 3) The absence of production planning; 4) There is no wider marketing effort; 5) The determination of the selling price has not been calculated correctly; 6) Cleanliness; and 7) Production equipment (fans) are obsolete. Solutions offered: training and assistance: 1) packaging; 2) financial management; 3) production planning; 4) product marketing; 5) determination of selling price; 6) sanitation; and 7) procurement of fans. The results of the activity: the implementation of training and mentoring 1) good packaging, now there is no longer visible seepage of spices in the package; 2) financial management, partners are able to make records of expenses and income from their business; 3) production planning, partners can begin to reduce the number of unsold satays; 4) product marketing, partners are already using online marketing; 5) determining the selling price of the product, partners can calculate the cost of production and consider the price of satay competitors; 6) sanitation, partners pay attention to the cleanliness of products, tools and places of business; and 7) a new fan is available. Mitra was able to increase the number of satays sold from 100 skewers to 200 skewers per day.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the simultan and partial influence of transformational leadership, motivation and work environment on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan and to know which variables have a dominant influence on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaires to employees of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. Sampling is done by using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, motivation and work environment have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. Motivation has a dominant influence on the employees performance of Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pamekasan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation, individual characteristics and work experiencesimultaneously and or partially have an effect on the performance of employees in the General Sectionof Regional Secretary of Pamekasan Regency, Madura. Furthermore, this research is to know amongmotivation, individual characteristic and work experience which have dominant influence to employeeperformance at General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan. The type of researchused in this study is the type of explanatory research. This research was conducted in General Sectionof Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan with total sample of 64 employees. The results showedthat simultaneously, motivation, individual characteristics and work experience have a very significanteffect on employee performance and partially, motivation, individual characteristics and work experiencehave a significant effect on employee performance in General Section of Regional Secretariat ofPamekasan Regency. All independent variables partially have a significant effect on employeeperformance in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pamekasan Regency; and motivationvariables have the most dominant influence in mempengruhi employee performance in the GeneralSection Regional Secretariat Pamekasan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of work motivation, principal leadership style and performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara teachers and to know the influence of work motivation and principal leadership style simultaneously and partially to the performance of teachers SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. The population in this study is all teachers in SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. The sample of this study amounted to 32 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples and data collection methods using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneous influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. There is also a partial influence between work motivation and principal leadership style on teacher performance of SMAN 6 Penajam Paser Utara. Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, research approach using a quantitative approach, research data analysis using SEM program partial least squares (PLS). The population is 230 people, the research sample is 146 people, the sampling method uses the slovin formula. Based on data analysis using smart PLS, the results showed that: 1). Promotion on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect with Original Sample value of 0.296 and p-values ​​of 0.000; 2). Promotion on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.391 and p-values ​​of 0.000; 3). Service quality on purchasing decisions has no significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.077 and p-values ​​of 0.244; 4). Service quality on customer loyalty has a significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.291 and p-values ​​of 0.002; 5). Customer loyalty to purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.318 and p-values ​​of 0.000; 6). Promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.124 and p-values ​​of 0.004; 7). Service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer loyalty has no significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.093 and p-values ​​of 0.005. The dominant influence is the effect of promotion on customer loyalty.
