Abstract

The research aims to know the effectiveness of learning mathematics with Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Approach to critical thingking skills of student class VII SMP Negeri 3 Pandak academic year 2013/2014, to know which the critical thingking skills that is better among high, medium, and low student motivation, to know interactions between application of learning model and student motivation. Kind of the research is a quasi-eksperimental. The population of this research was all students of class VII consist of 4 classes in SMP Negeri 3 Pandak academic year 2013/2014. The research sample of 2 classes was taken by cluster random sampling technique. The instrumens of the research consist of documentation, critical thingking math test,observation and questionnaire. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and two-way ANOVA. The results of the analysis in the research are : 1) Learning mathematics with Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Approach is more effective than conventional approaches to critical thingking, 2) Critical thingking skills of student who have high motivation to learn are  better than students with medium and low learning motivation, critical thingking skills of students with medium learning motivation are better than students with low learning motivation, 3) There is no interaction between learning model and motivation to learn of students based on the critical thingking skills. Thus, the suggestion of the result of this research is learning mathematics with Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Approach can be implemented to improve student’s critical thingking.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of organic vegetable supply chains in each member chain to determine the direction of improvement in the fulfillment of consumer needs optimally. The performance of supply chains at the farm level will be differentiated by individuals and commodities. The analytical method used is the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model taking into account the internal and external attributes. The primary data used is taken through observation and interview process, meanwhile secondary data obtained from related institutions. The results of measuring the performance of organic vegetable supply chains at all levels of the responsiveness and flexibility attributes have achieved the superior performance position. Meanwhile, the value of organic vegetable supply chain performance on asset attributes at the farm level only reaches a good position. But at the corporate level has reached the best performance position (superior). In general, the performance of the organic vegetable supply chain on the cost attribute still has not achieved good performance. So there is the need for improvement efforts through minimization of cost in each supply chain activity to improve performance.

Abstract

The fact that the village is the recipient of conditional social assistance for the poorest families in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City in 2019 is a component of great concern in Setiawargi Village. Food security, particularly during the current pandemic, is one of the issues associated with the community in the village. There is concern that this will further worsen the household food security situation, particularly for sustainable farming households. In Depok, Setiawargi Village, the alternative offered by external parties, namely the Siliwangi University Community Service Team through the Food Security Scheme, is to assist in the procurement of organic vegetable banks to target farming group partners and women's farming groups. The implementation activities to be carried out include: 1) observation of the community's initial needs; 2) preparation of seeds and post-observation equipment; (3) Home yard optimization counseling; (4) Introduction to organic vegetable banks; (5) Organic vegetable packaging, design, and marketing training; and (6) Organic vegetable planting assistance. The results of this activity suggest that the local community is passionate about the concept of an organic vegetable bank. The issue, however, is that the use of organic fertilizers has not been maximized so far because of the long-term results obtained. Other external parties, such as farm extension workers who work in synergy with the community service team, must continue to assist the local community to experience the minimal benefits of an organic vegetable bank for the welfare of the family, hoping to meet the needs of other communities in the future.

Abstract

AbstrakSupplier berperan penting dalam sebuah perusahaan karena berperan sebagai penyedia bahan baku. Bahan baku diperlukan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan produksi dengan lancar. Dalam pemilihan supplier harus dilakukan secara hati-hati agar tidak menyebabkan terganggunya proses produksi dan operasional perusahaan. Ketika mendapatkan pesanan yang mendadak dan dalam jumlah yang besar maka  perusahaan PT Mitra Desa Pamarican mengadakan musyawarah dan belum adanya prioritas supplier, kriteria dan subkriteria dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria, subkriteria dan supplier prioritas dalam sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di PT Mitra Desa Pamarican Kecamatan Pamarican, Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat di peroleh 3 responden yaitu Direktur Utama, Manajer Pemasaran dan Manajer Produksi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling). Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Metode ini dihitung secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kriteria kualitas sebagai prioritas kriteria pertama dengan subkriteria memberikan kualitas yang konsisten menjadi prioritas pertama.  Prioritas kedua adalah kriteria kebijakan garansi dan klaim dengan subkriteria memberikan jaminan atau garansi terhadap barang menjadi prioritas pertama. Prioritas ketiga adalah kriteria harga dengan subkriteria cara pembayaran merupakan prioritas pertama. dan untuk supplier prioritas pertama adalah supplier 2 adalah Tengkulak Majenang dengan nilai bobot 2,395069606, supplier prioritas kedua yaitu supplier 3 adalah Tengkulak Karawang dengan nilai bobot 2,331940897, supplier prioritas ketiga yaitu supplier 1 adalah petani yang ada di Kecamatan Pamarican dengan nilai bobot 1,872989497.Kata Kunci : Supplier, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Gabah
