Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu bentuk evaluasi pada Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) perguruan tinggi adalah pelaksanaan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI). AMI merupakan kegiatan rutin tahunan yang dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan standar SPMI agar dapat menjaga dan meningkatkan budaya mutu di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Menyadari pentingnya peranan AMI, setiap perguruan tinggi harus mampu melaksanakan AMI dengan baik agar dokumentasi dan pelaksanaannya dapat dilakukan menyeluruh terhadap Standar SPMI yang telah ditetapkan. Namun demikian, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, waktu dan biaya menjadi kendala dan tantangan dalam pelaksanaan AMI. Banyaknya indikator yang harus diaudit dengan kompleksitas tahapan dalam pelaksanaan serta dokumentasi hasil AMI yang membutuhkan ruang penyimpanan yang besar tetapi berpotensi hilang dan rusak menjadi hambatan dalam mewujudkannya. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu mendigitalisasi sistem dan mengotomatisasi pelaksanaan AMI agar menjadi efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan metode prototyping. Sistem ini dirancang dinamis agar dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi lainnya yang menggunakan model implementasi yang sama. Dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi ini dengan studi kasus Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR), diperoleh hasil bahwa pelaksanaan AMI di PCR terbukti menjadi efektif dan efisien dari sisi waktu, pelaksanaan, otomatisasi pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan, pengukuran tingkat kedalaman indikator, dokumentasi dan visualisasi hasil AMI, pelaksanaan tindak lanjut hasil AMI serta konsistensi pelaksanaan AMI. Selain itu, sistem ini juga berhasil mengoptimalisasi kinerja SPMI di PCR melalui sistem e-SPMI yang telah dirancang dan diimplementasikan sebelumnya di PCR. Sistem informasi ini juga telah memenuhi seluruh aspek fungsional yang diharapkan dan memiliki tingkat kebergunaan yang sangat baik mencapai 87%.Kata kunci: audit mutu internal, metode prototyping, penjaminan mutu, sistem informasi, website.AbstractOne type of evaluation of the SPMI is the implementation of Internal Quality Audit (AMI). AMI is an annual routine activity conducted to evaluate the conformity of SPMI standards in order to improve the quality culture in a university. Recognizing the importance of the role of AMI, every university must be able to implement the AMI properly so that documentation and implementation can be done thoroughly against the SPMI standards that have been set. Nevertheless, the limitations of human resources, time and cost become obstacles and challenges in the implementation of AMIs. The number of indicators that must be audited with the complexity of stages in the implementation and documentation of AMI results that require large storage space but potentially lost and damaged becomes an obstacle in making it happen. To solve these problems, a website-based information system is designed that is able to digitize the system and automate the implementation of AMIs in order to be effective and efficient using prototyping method. With the implementation of this information system with the case study of Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR), it was obtained that the implementation of AMI in PCR proved to be effective and efficient in terms of time, implementation, automation of the required data, measurement of the depth of indicators, documentation and visualization of AMI results, implementation of follow-up of AMI results and consistency of AMI implementation. In addition, the system also managed to optimize spmi performance in PCR through e-SPMI system that has been designed and implemented previously in PCR. This information system has also fulfilled all expected functional aspects and has an excellent usability rate of up to 87%.Keywords: internal quality audit, prototyping method, quality insurance, information system, website

Abstract

Sahabat Kita Swalayan is a supermarket located in the city of Bangkinang. The supermarkets have some of the drawbacks of sales, purchases, and supply systems. The frequent losses at this market are due to overstocked and stocked stores. The market also has no record of sales and purchase, so there is no accounting for obvious items. Furthermore, the supermarket owner who makes reservations to the supermarket by mere estimates fails to notice the supply. That way, the stock in the cellar will be overstocked and out of line with the proper sales target. To know the optimum number of purchases and the exact time of repurchase of goods, a system of supply was developed using a method of the economic order quantity (EOQ). The method of the economic order quantity (EOQ) was used to identify the number of ordering optimum stock items. By using reorder points (ROP), it can define the limit of what is in store. Furthermore, the system uses the single exponential smoothie method to predict sales figures. The study led to an undeveloped supply information system that can be implemented in the process of our friend's supermarkets that can be used by the supermarket owner and employee. It is hoped that because of this system, it is possible to help supermarkets maintain pen control.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the most popular languages in Indonesia which is Muslim population being majority. Ability to recognize the types of sentence in Arabic Language is one of basic topic in Arabic language studying. The type of sentence in Arabic is known from the first word in the sentence, but often the first word of a sentence is not the original words, so it can not be found directly in the dictionary. In this reseach, the Arabic Stemming algorithm was modified to find the type of the word using affixes include to the word, this method refers to the rules in Sharf science, therefore this method is named as Affix Mapping Algorithm. The algorithm that has been prepared is tested using Cyclomatic Complexity method and the result shows that the independent path obtained is 5, from the result it can be concluded that the algorithm is structured well, very easy to test, and last long.

Abstract

Bunda Bakery merupakan bakery yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2017. Bunda Bakery memproduksi rotinya berdasarkan asumsi pemiliknya dan menyebabkan proses produksi yang tidak teratur. Sering terjadi overproduksi sehingga roti yang dihasilkan tidak layak untuk dijual. Hal ini juga mempengaruhi jumlah persediaan bahan baku yang tidak terkendali. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pengendalian pasokan bahan baku dengan menggunakan teknik perhitungan Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Implementasi MRP juga didukung dengan menggunakan metode peramalan Single Exponential Smoothing dan metode Lot Sizing Fixed Order Quantity. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem informasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox didapatkan bahwa 100% fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik. Pengujian penerimaan pengguna (UAT) yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Selanjutnya pengujian perbandingan akurasi metode menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan yang ditampilkan pada sistem sudah akurat. Dan pengujian terakhir adalah uji usability, hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata 89.95% pengguna sangat setuju dengan pembangunan sistem ini.

Abstract

Coding saat ini menjadi sebuah term menarik dikalangan milenial. Istilah coding sebenarnya istilah dalam penulisan program yang biasanya dikenal dengan programming. Dikalangan remaja milenial, sekarang ini banyak yang berusaha untuk menjadi seseorang yang dikenal melalui media sosial. Atau biasa disebut dengan influencer, selebgram, youtuber dan sebagainya. Dalam proses tersebut biasanya para remaja menunjukkan kemampuannya terlebih dahulu dalam berbagai hal, berkarya dalam seni, olahraga, kuliner semua yang diarahkan sebagai bisnis. Sehingga perlu untuk meningkatkan nilai profilnya dalam bentuk yang lebih menarik. Salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan membuat profil digital yang menarik sehingga dapat mempermudah follower dan calon client nya untuk mendapatkan informasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah remaja kalangan SMA/SMK sederajat yang diundang dari berbagai sekolah dan komunitas yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Terdapat beberapa sesi acara. Sesi pertama adalah memberikan seminar tentang pengetahuan umum terhadap teknologi WebBlog dan motivasi blog sebagai sarana media promosi yang efektif. Sesi yang kedua adalah pelatihan untuk membuat dan merancang sebuah personal website yang baik dan menarik. Teknologi pengembangan web yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah WIX.com

Abstract

Warehouse is a place used to store and put items owned by company. There are many activities carried out in the warehouse, starting from data collection process to management of the items. However, there are still companies that have difficulty in collecting data and management of available items. As the process of collecting goods is still done manually, it takes a long time to find information from the item. Therefore, a Warehouse Management System (WMS) was built by implementing the ABC classification method to help the company in managing items at the warehouse. ABC classification method is a method used to group items into certain classes based on the annual demand of the item. This method is used to regulate the placement of items in the warehouse. After the ABC method is implemented on the system, the company is able to to arrange the items and to obtain the information of the most needed items by consumers easier. The result of User Acceptance Test (UAT), which was conducted 3 times, states that all of user needs have been fulfilled and accepted entirely. Then, based on the results of the questionnaire recapitulation distributed to employees as many as 30 respondents, it is obtained that as many as 91.33% of respondents state that the system is easy to use and provides complete and accurate information (strongly agree).

Abstract

Salah satu upaya Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dalam mendukung pemerintahan yang berjalan dengan basis teknologi adalah dengan melakukan reformasi birokrasi dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) sebagai penggerak roda pemerintahan. Namun, inkonsistensi dalam aturan pelaksanaan berdampak pemanfaatan TIK tidak menyeluruh hingga kabupaten/kotamadya. Oleh karena hal itu, dicanangkan sebuah Grand Design Riau Digital (GDRD). Salah satu aspek yang diperhatikan dalam kegiatan GDRD ini adalah Perencanaan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi. Dengan tujuan usulan Perencanaan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi yang dikaji dan dilakukan analisis ini dapat menjadi salah satu acuan dan rekomendasi maupun blueprint infrastruktur teknologi informasi di Provinsi Riau yang akan dikembangkan. Sesuai dengan tujuan akhir dari pelaksanaan kegiatan GDRD, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Eficiency, Services (PIECES) untuk melakukan identifikasi permasalahan yang dilanjutkan dengan metode Framework for The Appication System Techniques (FAST) untuk menggali hubungan sebab-akibat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai solusi yang dapat diterakan untuk meminimalisir hingga menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dalam kondisi infrastruktur di pemerintahan Provinsi Riau, sehingga kedepannya dapat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

In developing a user-centered software, there are various things that need to be considered, such as expectations for better development, as well as quite different stages of work. One method that can be used to develop software that is in accordance with the user’s expectation is User-Centered Design (UCD), this method is proven to have produced a software that is believed to have a good quality value. The Academic Potential Test Mobile Application is a mobile-based application that can be used as a simulation to assess and measure the value of a person's academic potential. This mobile application was developed specifically to be used as a supporter in the New Student Admission process at Politeknik Caltex Riau. This mobile application is developed using the user-centred design method, by using this method the application product is also expected to have a good value. User satisfaction is an absolute opinion given by application users shortly after they use the application, although it is of good value in terms of product quality, sometimes user satisfaction is neglected. It is necessary to keep measuring user satisfaction even though the product quality value has been declared good. Another study shows that there is a relationship between the value of product quality and the value of user satisfaction for desktop application. So, in this research we would like to prove the relationship between those two variables, in the development of mobile applications then it will become a reference for other developers in developing a mobile application with User-Centered Design method.

Abstract

Proses pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh pelaku Usaha Micro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) saat ini harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Perkembangan teknologi pemasaran kearah digitalisasi menuntut pelaku UMKM untuk mengikutinya, sehingga perkembangan bisnis senantiasa berkembang. Hal tersebut juga menjadi perhatian oleh owner UMKM Rumah Lemon Pekanbaru (RLP). RLP merupakan usaha rumahan yang dikelola secara profesional dengan memanfaatkan lemon lokal sebagai bahan baku utama, berdiri sejak tahun 2017. Lemon lokal ini kemudian diolah sedemikian rupa, menjadi beberapa produk kesehatan, kecantikan, minuman dan perlengkapan dapur. Beberapa produk RLP sudah memiliki pasar tersendiri, dan dalam proses pemasarannya owner menggunakan sosial media dan marketplace. Pada tahun 2021 owner juga menggunakan website untuk pemasaran, namun owner mengeluhkan website yang ada saat ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan, sehingga pemesanan yang dilakukan dari website tidak memenuhi target. Owner menginginkan pengembangan website e-commerce, menggunakan fasilitas e-commerce wordpress, yakni woocommerce. Pengembangan website ini nantinya dapat mendukung pemasaran produk menjadi lebih massif dan tata kelola yang lebih baik. Owner juga mendapatkan infografis pelanggan yang potensial, klasifikasi pelanggan sudah dikelola otomatis, koneksi ke media pemasaran lainnya yang dimiliki lebih cepat dan praktis. Disamping itu pengelolaan pembayaran juga dapat dilakukan dengan mudah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini selanjutnya dapat membantu UMKM RLP untuk meningkatkan daya jual produk-produk olehan lemon lokal
