Abstract

This study aims to strengthen the learning outcomes of civic teachers by providing excellent service not only in learning process but also external activities beyond classrooms at inclusive schools. Research informants involved are inclusive students (with special needs), regular students, civic teachers, and school principals. The research approach is qualitative research of analytical descriptive. The process of collecting data encompasses process of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate success in the learning process by significantly increasing the inclusive students' learning abilities. The activities of inclusive students were also better than before with their involvement in the I-Spring Suite-based education and training activities by all teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to describe the procedure of this development is to produce products such as assessment tools consisting of authentic assessment guidelines, student activity sheet and recapitulation software to teachers for students of Class V semesters I. Eligibility of products based on the level of validity of the experts, the level of implementation and a high reading level through product trials. Data collection instruments used include sheet validation experts, questionnaire responses of students and teacher feedback questionnaire. The findings of the research and development show that the results of the validation test experts expressed very valid with an average score of 4.11. The level of implementation of products with an average score of 4.27. reading level product with an average score of 4

Abstract

The problems of research are: a) the lack of teacher and student readiness to learn, b) the lack of Wi-Fi speed, c) the level of dependent on school operator, and d) the lack of learning methodology. Based on those problems, this research aims to to strengthen the learning outcomes expected by PPKn (civic study teacher) subject teachers in providing excellent service not only in learning process but also activities outside the classroom at inclusive schools. Research informants involved in this research are inclusive students (with special needs), teachers with the initials AH, S, school principals of the initials YES, 3 inclusive mentor teachers with initials of RAA, TM and BH as well as SRH / school principals as primary sources /key informants. Secondary informants also involved researchers such as the community, school committees, school supervisors, counseling teachers with the initials JK. This research approach uses qualitative research in the form of analytical descriptive. The process of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation studies. The result is there is effectiveness of education and training followed by teachers. Students' learning motivation increases compared to using classical methods such as lectures and is monotonous and mundane. This is caused by the efforts of teachers in utilizing IT properly. Teachers use IT learning, not only in the I-Spring Suite and Edmodo applications owned by the school, but also compile questions through the Google form so that synchronization of questions is no longer dependent and waiting for school operators. Teachers can operate on their own according to school rules and regulations. However, inclusion students are treated differently and given different questions / questions. This also relates to the 2013 curriculum that has been used by teachers with necessary modification, especially for inclusive students

Abstract

This research aims to picture the determinant factors of Environmental Awareness Character through Adiwiyata program. The program belongs to a priority program implemented by SMK Negeri 3 Probolinggo. The program itself has purpose to improve the school quality and in line with the realization towards an adiwiyata independent goal. The research is carried using qualitative approach where data is collected through structural in depth interview, observation and documentation. The key informants involved group of pupils where disabilities student and regular students are grouped. The research findings include the key determinant is observed within a relatively low interaction between teachers and students at school. This is caused by online learning carried and implemented during the pandemic. However, school has implemented a policy to allow students to carry a practices to improve their capabilities to meet industrial need. Students are allowed to attend class in group of 8 pupils based on vocation by complying health protocol to prevent the virus outbreak. Covid-19 has caused unprecedented impact to pupils where students are urged to record their learning in a video. This is needed to ensure pupils follow environmental awareness during their learn from home. Thus, activities repeated from home would create a custom among students with disabilities and regular students to maintain the environmental awareness in order to realize the green living that would impact to the rest of the community, individual character, neighborhood, and society.

Abstract

Tren meminum kopi menjadi gaya hidup khususnya kaum milenial. Mutu bubuk kopi salah satunya ditentukan oleh proses pengolahan. Proses mengolah yang tepat akan menghasiolkan bubuk kopi berkualitas. Ini yang disadari dan menjadi perhatian utama oleh mitra yakni UD Mutiara Desa. Dengan menggunakan mesin elektrik grinder, UD Mutiara Desa menghasilkan kopi bermutu, berkualitas dan memiliki daya saing. Sebelum mengenal mesin grinder elektrik, pengolahan kopi dilakukan secara manual. Mitra pun menyewa mesin tersebut karena belum memilikinya. Mesin grinder elektrik membuat proses pengolahan lebih cepat. Karena itu proses pengolahan berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien dari sisi tenaga maupun biaya. Tidak hanya itu, mitra lewat skema pengembangan masyarakat ini dibantu untuk meluaskan jaringan penjualan secara online dengan mengenalkan manajemen system pemasaran berbasis web (web-based marketing manajemen) dan information and technology based financial system (IT-based FS) peningkatan juga dikenalkan dari sisi kemasan agar lebih menarik bagi pelanggan dengan menyertakan sistem kode batang, kode kadaluarsa dan label halal MUI. Adanya perbaikan dari proses produksi sampai kepada perbaikan kemasan diakui mitra meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan akan mutu dan kualitas sekaligus menempatkan produk pada level pemasaran produk sejenis yang lebih popular. Dengan berada pada pemasaran yang sama, maka diharapkan penjualan akan meningkat disertai dengan kepercayaan pelanggan.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu daerah penghasil bawang di Jawa Timur, Probolinggo banyak mengembangkan UMKM yang mengolah bawang merah menjadi camilan dalam bentuk kemasan. Dalam pembuatan camilan bawang, dipilih varietas yang bagus yang memiliki bulir lebih lonjong, kadar air rendah, dan rumpun anakan umbi lebih banyak. Dalam hal ini, bawang merah dengan varietas biru lancor dipilih karena memiliki kualitas yang lebih bagus dibanding varietas lainnya. Hal tersebut akan membuat bawang merah goreng yang memiliki tekstur lebih renyah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di tempat produksi CV. Dua Putri Sholehah dan UD. Terus Lancar. Target utama dalam kegiatan tahun pertama adalah menyelesaikan dan membantu kendala yang dialami oleh kedua mitra yang masih belum sesuai dengan standar nasional tempat produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegatan ini adalah melakukan perbaikan tempat produksi dengan berkoordinasi dan meninjau langsung dengan pihak konsultan bangunan. Dengan tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan tempat produksi bagi kedua mitra, pendapatan dan tingkat persaingan dengan produk lain bertambah. Peran pemerintah dibutuhkan untuk menyukseskan UMKM sehingga berdampak langsung pada omset atau pendapatan dari pemilik usaha dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran PKn kurang menarik di SMP Islam ABD.Wahid Pajarakan Kulon Probolinggo, karena guru PKn menggunakan metode ceramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai demokrasi pembelajaran PKn. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Adapun subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa dalam implementasi nilai-nilai demokrasi di SMP Islam ABD.Wahid sudah menjalankan nilai-nilai demokrasi dengan semaksimal. Oleh sebab itu mengurangi porsi ceramah dan memberikan penugasan atau diskusi.

Abstract

Sistem akuntansi dan monitoring secara manual memakan lebih banyak waktu dan tenaga dibanding dengan menggunakan sistem informasi dan teknologi saat ini. Karena memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga sehingga perkembangan dan penghasilannya pun tidak dapat maksimal. Hal ini masih terjadi pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), salah satunya adalah UMKM penjahit yang ada di Probolinggo. Sistem pesanan pada jasa jahit busana dan baju saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual. Yaitu dengan datang langsung ke penjahit untuk pengukuran dan menghubungi penjahit untuk menanyakan progress yang telah dijalankan hingga selesai. Selain itu dari pihak penjahit saat ini hanya melakukan pencatatan pesanan melalui buku cacatan saja. Kedua sistem manual tersebut memiliki banyak kekurangan. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan teknologi aplikasi sistem informasi yang membantu dalam sistem pemesanan dan pencatatan secara digital. waktu pengerjaan juga jadi lebih mudah dan cepat. Tidak hanya mitra, pelanggan pun juga senang dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring pesanan yang dapat memberitahu pelanggan tentang informasi proses pesanannya. Sehingga kontrol pesanan dapat dilakukan oleh pelanggan juga dan jika sudah selesai pelanggan langsung datang untuk mengambil pesanannya tanpa harus menanyakan kembali tentang proses pesanannya.

Abstract

One of the most effective ways to maximize online learning is to create learning media. One of the learning media that relies on technology-based applications is called Viber. Viber is an application to create interactive learning media to implement interesting and fun learning strategies. This requires the adaptation of information technology from all lines and types of education to provide up-to-date learning media based on contextual and dynamic learning. The development and use of computer technology in the education system can make reforms for a better and modern education system. Since the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the learning process to continue to maintain the stability of delivering material to students so that it is maintained. This activity was carried out at SDIT Permata Kota Probolinggo which is located on Jalan Tongkol No. 2 No. 6, Ex. Mayangan, Kec. Mayangan, Probolinggo City, East Java 67218. The aim is to improve the quality of learning through the use of interesting and interactive video scribe and animaker learning media.
