Abstract

Permasalahan pembangunan di Indonesia saat ini bukan hanya pada sektor pendidikan saja, tetapi juga pada sektor ekonomi dan sektor kesehatan. Rasio Puskesmas terhadap penduduk di Kabupaten Cirebon 1 : 40.289. Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (LPE) Kabupaten Cirebon masih fluktuatif, dibandingkan di Kota Cirebon setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji aksesbilitas masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik dasar bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi pasar tradisional. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain Cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah perbatasan Kabupaten Cirebon, Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 280 responden. Analisis data dengan distribusi frekwensi, analisis Gap, dan studi komparasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kemudahan akses terhadap fasilitas kesehatan sebagian besar responden menyatakan puas (35,4%), sarana prasarana 28,2% tidak puas, kemampuan petugas cukup puas (41.4%), kepastian waktu   pelayanan 32,1% tidak puas, kemudahan melakukan komunikasi 25,4% tidak puas, kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap pembiayaan kesehatan tidak  puas (27,9%), dan perbandingan pelayanan kesehatan menunjukkan tidak   puas  (33,9%).  Adanya GAP pelayanan kesehatan dasar sebesar 10,8. Didapatkan 1 pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Cirebon melayani 66.968 penduduk, sedangkan untuk kota Cirebon 1 pasar melayani 38.811. Saran yang diusulkan sebaiknya Pemerintah melakukan perbaikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan penambahan pasar tradisional baru sebagai entitas ekonomi yang akan menghidupkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak Penjalaran gelombang dengan flux energi yang besar mampu merusak bangunan pelindung pantai dan menyebabkan erosi. Kondisi ini sangat merugikan bagi pantai, khususnya pantai dengan gelombang besar seperti Pantai Kuta, sehingga dibutuhkan pengetahuan tentang karakteristik gelombang yang menuju ke pantai untuk mengantisipasi kerusakan pantai lebih besar.  Melalui pendekatan analisis spektrumgelombang berarah dapat diperoleh estimasi tinggi gelombang , periode  dan arah penjalaran gelombang  sertakarakteristik gelombang di Perairan Kuta, Bali.Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi gelombang bersifat kuantitatif dan penentuan lokasi penelitiannya menggunakan metode cluster sampling.Analisis spektrum berarah dengan metode Bayesian Direction (BD) menghasilkan sebesar 0,985 m dan  sebesar 12,5 detik, nilai tersebut paling mendekati dengan perhitungan  di lapangan. Metode DFT, EML, IML, EMEP dan BD menunjukkan frekuensi diantara 0,09-0,15  atau gelombang frekuensi rendah. Estimasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kondisi gelombang di lokasi pengukuran adalah gelombang swell. Estimasi penjalaran gelombang  dengan metode DFT, EML dan IML menunjukkan bahwa gelombang membelok akibat pengaruh arus sebesar300, sedangkan metode EMEP dan BD sebesar 1700. Perhitungan di lapangan menghasilkan nilai  = 1,19 m dan  = 13,20 detik. Klasifikasi gelombang berdasarkan kedalaman relatif menunjukkan nilai  sebesar 0,0956 , yaitu . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa gelombang di lokasi pengukuran adalah termasuk gelombang transisi.

Abstract

In the development of KLA in Indonesia, there has not been a single region in West Java Province that has won the title of child-friendly regency/city. Cirebon Regency itself has succeeded in achieving the title of Child-Friendly City (KLA) in the Primary category in 2015. This study aims to determine the prospects and challenges of the Cirebon Regency towards a Child-Friendly Regency with a better grade. The research approach used is a type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection methods in-depth interviews, data processed through SWOT analysis. The results of the study show a combination of strategies with the highest priority, namely Strength – Opportunity (SO), followed by Weakness – Opportunity (WO), then Strength – Threat (ST), and Weakness – Threat (WT). With an interpretation that the intended strategy is how to maximize strength and opportunities to support the running of child-friendly regional action plans in the Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

As a product that has just been listed on the stock exchange, this Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) has attracted the attention of various lines of capital market investors. ETF is known as one of the mutual fund product innovations as a follow-up to POJK No. 49/POJK.04/2015. This study is a descriptive study of this product with all the features and advantages and uniqueness it has as a form of diversification of existing mutual fund products. This study also seeks to explore the strengths and weaknesses of ETFs both internally and externally. Interestingly, this descriptive study presents data on investor enthusiasm for ETF products. One of the main attractions of this product is that apart from being traded on the stock exchange, the price is also very cheap. Not only explaining in terms of products and their uniqueness, but this study also discusses the review of Islamic law on ETF transactions on the stock exchange. When compared with the practice of buying and selling, there are many similarities. And there are several other interesting factors to observe regarding the considerations of investors in choosing mutual fund instruments, especially ETFs as an alternative to new investments in the capital market.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority (itself is an institution that is independent and free from interference from other parties, which has the functions, duties and authority of regulation, supervision, inspection and investigation. Consumers themselves are one of the unimportant in running their business. From the government, they act really how to support customers with challenges faced by consumers, in terms of consumer financial services protection, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the government's extension of the peer to peer lending. The method used in this research is qualitative by using normative juridical. Data collection techniques were carried out using the triangulation method with observation, interviews and documentation. The efforts of the financial authorities related to consumer protection are already good with SATGAS Investment Alert, fintech emergency numbers, but it is still has not been maximized and needs to be increased again. The community itself still believes that applications with four or more stars and good reviews are official applications.

Abstract

Since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, in addition to its impact causing health, psychological and social problems it also affects economic activity around the world which cannot cause long-term and considerable economic implications, p. This affects the Government and society in efforts to prevent and control Covid-19, as several countries impose lockdowns, quarantine, stay at home, business closures, and travel bans. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between stigma, reduced levels of religiosity, and economic conditions with efforts to prevent Covid-19 in society. This type of research uses descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional design and asks for data using a survey using a questionnaire instrument via an online google form. The population in this study was 86 respondents in Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. Statistical analysis used bivariate analysis with Chi-Square and multivariate logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between economic conditions and efforts to prevent Covid-19 with a value of P-value 0.001 (<0.05). There is a relationship between stigma and efforts to prevent Covid-19 with a P-value of 0.001. There is a relationship between the level of religiosity and efforts to prevent Covid-19 with a value of 0.022. Meanwhile, there is no relationship between prevention and efforts to prevent Covid-19 with a value  P-value of 0.933. Economic conditions are the most influential variables on the prevention of Covid-19 with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 5.7 and have a regression coefficient value of 0.63, meaning that someone who has a good economic condition has a high probability of taking preventive measures at 63%.

Abstract

Abstract The importance of improving the quality of service to the community is a thing that can not be delayed, because with good service quality, it will be able to impact on increasing the amount of incoming investment. Public service is any service activities undertaken for the implementation of public services as an effort to meet the needs of the public and the implementation of the provisions of legislation. For the result of Community Satisfaction Index Survey on service quality of Integrated Licensing Service of Cirebon Regency Year 2016 which has the highest value is service ability of officer in giving service and service of suitability of service requirement with service type respectively 85,42, while having the lowest value is Fairness service cost to get service and suitability between cost incurred with cost which have been determined which each value equal to 77,75. Keywords:  Satisfaction, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Procedures. Abstrak Pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat adalah hal yang tidak dapat ditunda, karena dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik, akan berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah investasi yang masuk. Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan untuk pelaksanaan pelayanan publik sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan pelaksanaan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Untuk hasil Survei Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2016 yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah kemampuan pelayanan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pelayanan kesesuaian kebutuhan layanan dengan jenis layanan masing-masing sebesar 85,42, sementara memiliki Nilai terendah adalah biaya layanan Fairness untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dan kesesuaian antara biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan biaya yang telah ditentukan dimana masing-masing nilai sebesar 77,75. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Pelayanan Publik, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Prosedur.

Abstract

Abstract Every organization has a marketing strategy that must be executed in carrying out its business activities. Strategy is the organizational means used to achieve its goals. Society in general is expecting business people to prioritize the needs of society by not ignoring the ethics in business. Therefore, business and society should maintain good relations through the application of ethical values in business such as honesty, modesty, and high sense of responsibility. Problems in this study are (1) How the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales at the company Tahu Sari Rasa? (2) How is the marketing strategy at Tahu Sari Rasa company in terms of Islamic business ethics ?. The method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques that will be used is by doing Observation, Interview and Documentation. From the results of the study, the authors observed the marketing strategy by using the marketing mix and review of Islamic business ethics on the company Tahu Sari Rasa. The result is that the marketing strategy needs to improve the promotion aspect because it is still traditional and the Islamic business ethics review is appropriate. Keywords: Strategy Marketing, and Islamic Business Ethics. Abstrak Setiap organisasi perusahaan memiliki strategi pemasaran yang harus dijalankan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bisnisnya. Strategi merupakan sarana organisasi yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Masyarakat pada umumnya sangat mengharapkan para pelaku bisnis mengutamakan kebutuhan masyarakat dengan tidak mengabaikan etika dalam berbisnis. Oleh karena itu, pelaku bisnis dan masyarakat hendaknya menjaga hubungan baik melalui penerapan nilai-nilai etika dalam berbisnis seperti kejujuran, kesopanan, dan rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa? (2) Bagaimana strategi pemasaran pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa ditinjau dari etika bisnis Islam? Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, penulis mengamati strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan bauran pemasaran dan tinjauan etika bisnis Islam pada perusahaan Tahu Sari Rasa. Hasilnya strategi pemasaran perlu memperbaiki segi promosi karena masih tradisional dan tinjauan etika bisnis Islam sudah sesuai. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, dan Etika Bisnis Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen sebagai salah satu strategi pengembangan produk MaoMao Thai Tea dalam memenangkan persaingan UMKM di Kota Cirebon yang semakin kompetitif khususnya di bidang kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 70 responden yang merupakan konsumen MaoMao Thai Tea di Kota Cirebon. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji determinasi, Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil olah data statistik melalui Uji t (secara parsial) menunjukkan variabel brand image dan variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, hasil analisis Uji F (secara simultan) juga menunjukkan brand image dan harga secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada MaoMao Thai Tea di Kota Cirebon.
