Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental socioeconomic status and tutoring on students' learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI of the social studies program at SMA 10 Tangerang. The sample in this study were 54 students in SMA 10 Tangerang. This research is ex-post facto research. The variables of this study are economic learning achievement, socioeconomic status, and tutoring. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) socioeconomic status does not affect the learning achievement of Economics subjects which is indicated by a sig value of 0.184 more than 0.1. (2) learning guidance has an effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.030 smaller than 0.1. (3) socioeconomic status and tutoring have a positive effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.046 smaller than 0.1. R2 value of 0.113 means that 11.3% of the learning achievement of Economics subjects is explained by socioeconomic status and tutoring. While 88.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Higher-order thinking skills critical to being applied and developed in learning. Because the learning activity is focused on the higher-order thinking skills development, then learning activities will be more influential, effective, and efficient, so that the intellectual abilities of teachers and students become more skilled, it positively will affect the increase in the quality of education. There is a gap in students' critical thinking ability based on the pre-research survey results. The basic level of thinking is in the poor category, and self-efficacy is still lacking. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of higher-order thinking skills learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model improves student's critical thinking and self-efficacy. This study uses a quasi-experimental design and data collection techniques in tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets. This study's population was 123 students, sampling using a convenience sampling technique so that the sample used was 62 students. Based on the research results, there are differences. There is an increase between students' critical thinking skills and self-efficacy who use the PBL model rather than the conventional model. The research result implies that the PBL model is highly recommended for economics teachers. Still, it is necessary to provide innovation in the learning model so that in the learning process, it uses one model and innovates with other models.

Abstract

Abstract: The application of Problem Based Learning model by online learning during the Covid-19 period is one way to improve students' thinking abilities. This research aims to obtain empirical data about the comparison of student’s critical thinking skills levels by using the online based Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using the Zoom application and Whatsapp Grup in class X IPS SMAN 5 Tangerang Regency. The method of this research used quantitative that is quasi-experimental design. This research’s samples were class X IPS as an experimetal class or class A and class X IPS 2 as a control class or class B. The researcher analyzed the data in descriptive statistic by using SPSS 25 version. The results showed that applying the Problem Based Learning model has apositive impact on improving student’s critical thinking skills. Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL); Critical Thinking; Covid-19; Daring Abstrak: Penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning melalui daring pada masa covid-19 merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang perbandingan tingkat berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis onine dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan Whatsaap Grup pada siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems in the low economic literacy of students in economic subjects are supported by still lack of economic literacy of students based on the results of observations. This research aims to reveal the differences in increasing economic literacy of students before being given treatment and after treatment is given through a learning models of Group Investigation (GI) experimental class and conventional learning (lectures) control class. This research is a quantitative research using Quasi-Experimental Design. Economic literacy Data Obtained from the post-test students in the form of essays, Reviews These results indicate that there is a difference between economic literacy of students who applied to the learning model of group investigation with the economic literacy of students who applied to conventional models. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji besarnya kontribusi pengaruh diantara motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada UPK Dana Bergulir Masyarakat Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Motivasi kerja memiliki efek yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan perubahan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan komtmen organisasional dan beban kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Beban Kerja; Organisasional; Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakam pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di SMK Lab Business School Tangerang.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode penyebaran angket dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Lab Business School Tangerang yang berjumlah 33 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner, dengan skala penilaian 4 sampai 1 atau 4 pilihan jawaban. Berdasarkan perhitungan kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada responden, dapat diketahui bahwa kesiapan guru dikategorikan sudah baik. Sebagian besar guru sebanyak 96,89% sudah memiliki kesiapan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013. Sedangkan ada beberapa guru yang belum memahami kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dengan jumlah sebesar 3,11%. Kata kunci: Kesiapan guru, kurikulum 2013AbstractThis study aims to study the readiness of teachers in implementing 2013 Curriculum learning at SMK Business School Tangerang. This research is a case study qualitative study with questionnaires and interviews. The population of this study were all teachers of SMK Business School Tangerang, 32 teachers. The technique of collecting data of this study is using interview methods and questionnaires, with an answer scale of 4 to 1 or 4 answer choices. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire that has been distributed to the respondents, it can be seen that the readiness of the teacher has been categorized as good. Most of the teachers as many as 96.89% already have readiness in implementing 2013 Curriculum learning. While there are some teachers who have not completed the readiness of teachers to work on 2013 curriculum learning with an amount of 3.11%.Keywords: Teacher readiness, 2013 curriculum

Abstract

ABSTRAKLiterasi keuangan Syariah merupakan kemampuan atau keahlian individu terhadap pengetahuan keuangan dan cara mengelola keuangan berdasarkan ajaran islam dan memiliki tujuan untuk menggapai kehidupan sejahtera dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan Syariah siswa MAN di Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i MAN di Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 679 siswa/i serta pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik random sampling dengan hasil 252 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial sosio ekonomi orangtua dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap tingkat literasi keuangan syariah ditunjukan dengan nilai Uji Wald. Sedangkan secara simultan dengan menggunakan Uji Likelihood Rasio Test menunjukan bahwa sosio ekonomi orangtua dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan arti secara keseluruhan variabel independent dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependent.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Status Sosio Ekonomi Orangtua, Kecerdasan Spiritual. ABSTRACTIslamic financial literacy, an individual ability or expertise to knowledge, namely finance, finance based on Islamic teachings to achieve a prosperous life in the future. This study aims to see the level of Islamic financial literacy of MAN students in Tangerang City. The population in this study were students of MAN in Tangerang City for the 2019/2020 academic year, which may be 679 students. Sampling was done by random sampling technique with a total of 252 students. The data technique used a questionnaire and data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the socioeconomic correlation and spiritual intelligence affected the level of Islamic financial literacy as indicated by the value of the Wald Test. While simultaneously using the Likelihood Ratio Test, it shows that the parents’ socio-economic and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect, meaning that all independent variables can affect the dependent variable.Keywords: Islamic Financial Literacy, Parents Socio-Economic, Spiritual Intelligence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab angka putus sekolah dan kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga di kota tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif. Sampel diambil dari Kecamatan Neglasari Desa Kadung Baru dn Kedaung Wetan sebanyak 42 responden yang diobservasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat social ekonomi keluarga dari jenis pekerjaan 1) pekerjaan sebagai pedagang sebanyak 35,7%, 2) pekerjaan sebagai pemulung 35,7%, 3) pekerjaan sebagai pembantu 14,3%, 4) 11,9% bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik. Sedangkan dari pendapatan 1) berpenghasilan 1,5 juta-2,5 juta sebanyak 47,6%, 2) 2,5 juta-3,5 juta sebanyak 40,5%, 3) sebanyak 11,9% berpenghasilan berkisar 3,5 juta 4,5 juta. Penyebab angka putus sekolah di Kota Tangerang adalah: 1) Tingginya angka putus sekolah di Kota Tangerang disebabkan oleh ekonomi masyarakat yang lemah, 2) Kurangnya usaha dari orang tua dalam membujuk anaknya dalam melanjutkan penddikan, 3) Kurang meratanya pendataan dari pemerintah setempat dalam merespon program pendidikan sehingga masih banyak orang yang kurang mampu tidak mendapatkan program tersebut.

Abstract

Literasi ekonomi merupakan kemampuan untuk memahami ilmu ekonomi yaitu bagaimana manusia memenuhi kebutuhannya. Litearsi ekonomi diukur dengan pernyataan terkait fenomena ekonomi mikro dan makro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku online shop di media social berpengaruh terhadap literasi ekonomi siswa di Kota dan Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengaruhnya bersifat negatif yang menunjukkan semakin sering siswa melakukan kegiatan online shop di media social maka akan menurunkan litearsi ekonomi, dan sebaliknya. Pengaruh perbedaan lokasi antara SMA di Kota dan Kabupaten Tangerang terhadap litearsi ekonomi siswa menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi siswa di SMA Kota Tangerang lebih tinggi satu tingkat dibandingkan dengan Litearsi Ekonomi siswa di SMA Kabupaten Tangerang
