The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.

Activities in improving literacy of scientific article writing by the KIR of SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung aims to encourage students in scientific article writing activities towards journal publications which so far have not been carried out, because writing skills are not obtained naturally through the process of practicing and continuing to learn. The training methods carried out include questionnaires, brainstorming, introduction of several writing tools, systematic deepening of writing good scientific articles, and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding and motivation of students and coaches about the importance of publishing articles that have a good impact on themselves, school and community. So three articles that are ready to be written and published in journals, a coaching clinic series that is needed is assistance to encourage the quantity and improve the quality of writing by direct practice.

Organic waste is still a problem that needs to be resolved. Piles of organic waste can cause the emergence of methane gas (CH4), giving rise to an unpleasant odor and can even potentially cause disease. The aim of this community service is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to the community regarding how to utilize household organic waste in the form of fruit and vegetable waste into eco-enzymes by fermentation. eco-enzyme is a multi-purpose liquid that can be used to purify waste water, as a household cleaning product, as a detergent, as a pest control product, to remove pesticide residues, and also as an organic fertilizer for plants. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) where the service team is integrated into the community and works with the community to increase the knowledge and abilities of the people who are members of the Women Farming Group (KWT) in understanding and changing the community to become better, more empowered and knowledgeable. The results of this activity were able to increase the understanding, knowledge and skills of Women Farmer Groups in 4 Districts of Bandar Lampung city both conceptually and practically, and have the awareness not to just throw away organic waste, but to use it because it not only protects the environment but also provides benefits to the community. This activity was considered successful and sustainable for future programs.

MSME Kerupuk 32 wants to create a competitive advantage so that it can compete to maintain the sustainability of its business by having halal certification and labels issued by BPJPH as the aim of the community service team providing assistance to help carry out the registration process. One of the things that can increase consumer confidence and is a value of excellence is by having recognition of the halalness of cracker products from the government through halal certificates and labels, besides that, because in Indonesia the majority of the population is Muslim, the government must guarantee the halalness of every product circulating in society which is a requirement. The main thing for Muslim consumers to consume food, in this case crackers. This mentoring activity goes through several stages, namely: preparation stage with interviews and observations with partners, document collection stage, account creation stage, data filling stage, data sending stage, validation process stage, inspection stage, halal certificate issuance stage, and certificate submission stage to partners. This mentoring activity ran smoothly and according to targets, and its success was marked by the issuance of a halal certificate which was handed over to partners. This activity can be continued to help MSMEs increase the value of their products in the eyes of consumers or the public so that it is hoped that they can increase sales and income for MSMEs in developing their businesses.

Digitalisasi siswa Sekolah Dasar penting untuk memberikan pelatihan membuat poster dengan menggunakan aplikasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi di pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian pada siswa SD Negeri 5 Talang, Kelas 6 di Bandar Lampung bertujuan mengajarkan siswa melalui menggunakan PixelLab dalam bereksperimen di pelajaran Matematika pada praktik Market Day yang diadakan sekolah. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendekatkan dunia pembelajaran kepada anak-anak melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi PixelLab dengan cara yang menarik dan interaktif, dapat mengakses bantuan teknologi dan mengembangkan kreativitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan komunikasi individual, dengan tahapan sosialisasi berupa ceramah, demonstrasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara umum menghasilkan keberhasilan berupa ouput bagi peserta pelatihan; keberhasilan dalam partisipasi peserta dengan keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi, sangat responsif dan bersemangat, tersampaikannya materi sesuai dengan rencana dan target, dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan jumlah siswa yang sebelumnya mengetahui aplikasi PixelLab hanya 5%, dan setelah sosialisasi meningkat menjadi 95%. Dan hasil pelatihan penggunaan disimpulkan bahwa tujuan pelatihan tercapai dengan baik dimana jumlah siswa yang awalnya bisa menggunakan aplikasi hanya sebesar 2%, dan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 98% mampu menggunakan aplikasi untuk menghasilkan poster. Hasil akhir adalah siswa mampu membuat poster-poster yang menarik dengan menggunakan aplikasi PixelLab.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan K3 dalam bentuk edukasi agar dapat membantu siswa mengidentifikasi bahaya di lingkungan sekolah, mengembangkan kebiasaan yang baik tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan, membantu anak-anak memahami pentingnya menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan diri sendiri dan orang lain, membantu untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup siswa dengan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan dan cedera, serta meningkatkan kesehatan, dan juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi dan tanya-jawab, dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan display. Dari hasil evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa sebesar 92% setelah kegiatan, juga terdapat display tentang K3 di lokasi sekolah sebagai pengingat dan pemberi petunjuk. Kegiatan berlangsung lancar dan sesuai dengan target dan tujuan.
