Abstract

Abstract : focus of this study is the low learning outcomes of IX IPS 1 students based on the daily test results where the average of student learning outcomes is 72, but the value is still below the standard value of 75. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether the school environment, partially and simultaneously effect to the students' learning outcomes in Economics lesson at SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan, Pelalawan District. The population in this study is the sum of the overall object that will be studied, the students of class X and XI IPS SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan who gets economics lessons, amounted to 240 people. The sample of this research is the students of Class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan District in Year 2018/2019 consisting of 40 students. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive with multiple regression model. Partial test results of school environmental factors significantly influence learning outcomes of student on XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District. Family environment also affects the results of learning outcomes of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District. The simultaneously results state that the school environment and family environment have a positive and significant impact on the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Petalangan Pelalawan District.Keywords: Environment and Outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSMA Negeri 1 sub-district is the stronghold of one of the schools that are inRokan Hilir . To determine the success learning conducted in an educationalinstitution would require evaluation . The existence of an evaluation is deemedimportant in education . The purpose of the study was to determine the evaluationof learning by the teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Kubu Sub Rokan Hilir . Thepopulation in this study was the teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Rokan Hilir Subdistrictfaction consisting of thirty- six ( 36 ) teachers with sampling using a samplingtechnique that is saturated sampling technique used when all members of thepopulation as a sample . The technique of collecting data using questionnairesand documentation . techniques of data analysis using descriptive methods . Theresults showed that the evaluation of learning by the teacher in SMA Negeri 1Kubu Sub Rokan Hilir 52.78% teachers in the criteria of " good " and 47.22%teachers who are on the criterion of "Very Good " . It can be seen in the abilityand expertise of the teachers at the time of the evaluation of learning that hasbeen noticed and understood education and evaluation procedures can alsointerpret the results of the evaluations are then followed up to obtain a moreoptimal learning .Keywords : Principles of assessment, assessment techniques, evaluation oflearning

Abstract

Research goal is to provide recommendations to the principal policy strategybasic state in singingihilir district kuantansingingi, with subfokus: (1) Strengths andWeaknesses factors that held in primary SingingiHilir quality improvement in schools (2)Opportunity and Threat factors owned primary schools SingingiHilirKuantanSingingi inschool improvement, (3) strategies used to improve the quality of primary school educationin singingihilir. This study uses swot analysis with qualitative approach. This studyconducted in 19 primary schools in SingingiHilir. The results showed that the school hasstrengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats in an effort to improve thequality of education, as for short-term strategy WO : (1) complementary facilities andinfrastructure in accordance with government regulations, (2) complete media learning,(3) professionalism and improving the quality of human resources schools, (4) increasingnumber of employees, (5) optimization of resources to increase the effectiveness ofeducation professional organizers. Long-term strategy for the best, (1) improving academicqualifications human resources with scholarships and tasks learning from government,(2) formulating programs principal and syllabus, plan learning process in accordancewith regulation and state school, (3) building activity education partnership with variousparties, (4) mutual assistance and kinship can maximize the school activities for theimplementation of education, (5) improving the quality of principal and teachers, (6)maximize the functions of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with existingprovisions.

Abstract

This reseacrh of data consisted three variables, one dependent variable andtwo independent variables. The dependent variable (Y) is the work stress, while the firstindependent variable (X1) is teacher competence and second independent variables (X2) is theworkload. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of teacher competencewith work stress, workload against work stress, teacher competence and workload with workstresstogether. Respondents were teachers of State Senior High School in Mandau Sub-DistrictBengkalis Districwith totaling 160 people obtained byrandom sampling proportional technique.This research of data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Before thestudy tested the following instruments validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used isdescriptive analysis, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of correlationcoefficient indicates a strong relationship between teacher competency against work stress of0.679 and correlation workload against occupational stress by 0.543. While jointly relationshipteacher competence and workload of the work stress of 0.757.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) achievement motivationon teacher performance, (2) creativity of teachers on teacher performance, (3) the achievementmotivation and creativity of teachers together on teacher performance. Respondents areelementary school teachers throughout the first cluster of Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD)Handsome Pekanbaru totaling 114 obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collectedthrough questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis,inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculatedusing Cronbach alpha. In the partial results show the positive influence of achievement motivationon teacher performance of 0,537, and a positive influence between the creativity of teachers onteacher performance amounted to 0,397. While simultaneously the positive influence ofachievement motivation and creativity of teachers on teacher performance of 0,913.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui apakah konsep diri berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di SMPN 3 Tapung Hilir; (2) Mengetahui apakan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di SMPN 3 Tapung Hilir; (3) Mengetahui apakah konsep diri dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di SMPN 3 Tapung Hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 3 Tapung Hilir, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket penelitian dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang diproses  melalui SPSS versi 17 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan Y = 9,052a + 0,763X1 + 0,203X2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, konsep diri (X1)  dan motivasi (X2) mampu mempengaruhi prestasi belajar (Y). hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji F. Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 78,378 > 2,52. Sedangkan secara parsial konsep diri (X1) dan motivasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Tapung Hilir (Y). hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t. dimana t hitung konsep diri 9,862 (X1), dan motivasi sebesar 2,688 (X2) dan t tabelnya sebesar 2,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel. Selanjutnya nilai Koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 73,3%,  ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dan motivasi memiliki konstribusi terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 73,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,7 dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Konsep Diri, Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The goal of achieving student learning outcomes is not entirely only values in numbers or cognitive learning outcomes. But it also attaches great importance to the affective learning outcomes shown in attitudes or behavior. This study aims to analyze the effect of contextual learning approaches and teacher morale on learning motivation and its impact on student affective learning outcomes. The population in this study were 728 grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 20 and SMP Negeri 23 in Tampan. With the cluster random sampling technique a sample of 155 students was obtained. Data collection used a questionnaire then the data were analyzed by path analysis. The results found that contextual learning approaches have an influence on student motivation, the experience of working with friends while learning has an effect on student motivation and learning behavior, a positive effect on behavior is shown in attitudes manifested in affective domain learning outcomes. The work spirit of the teacher contributes to student affective learning outcomes, high teacher enthusiasm and the teacher's ability have an effect on student motivation to positively impact student affective learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This development research was conducted because of the students' understanding of the material was still not stable and they tended to be bored when following the learning process. The aim of this research is to add learning resources to make it easier for students to understand the material and make students more interested in participating in learning through smartphone-based e-modules. This development research uses a development model (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The e-module development before being tested was validated by material experts and e-module experts, with the research subjects was students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Baso. The results of the validation of materials and e-modules obtained an overall average score of 4.67 and 4.93 these values were included in the very decent. the results of a limited trial that was tested on teachers and students obtained an overall percentage of 97.3% of the teacher's response and 85.15% of the student's response, the value was included in the very effective.Keywords: E-module, development, smartphone, bank, payment systems

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development process and feasibility of Microsoft Sway-based e-modules, analyze the effectiveness of Microsoft Sway based e-modules. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class XI IPS SMAS Cendana Mandau, for Economics subject. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This research was a Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE steps. The results of this study are (1) the results of the assessment after the e-module was revised by a material expert resulted in an overall average score of 3.9. While the results of the assessment after being revised by the e-module expert e-module resulted in an average overall assessment score of 3.58, the value was included in the very good category, (2) The results of the limited trial, the teacher and student responses met the positive criteria with the overall percentage result a score of 98.33% and the response of students to get an overall score of 88.72% the value is included in the very good category.Keywords: E-module, R&D.
