<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship in SMKN 6 Pekanbaru. The data collection technique was carried out by means of documentation to obtain student entrepreneurial knowledge and using a questionnaire to obtain data about the family environment and interest in entrepreneurship. The population used in this study were students of class XI, amounting to 129 students. This study uses the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples used from the entire population with an overall level of 10%, so the sample taken is at least 57 students. The collected data were then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment had a significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru with the regression equation Y = -22543,608 + 566,336X1 + 0,597 X2 and contributed 41% to the interest in entrepreneurship.Key word : Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Interest.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of interest in learning and learning discipline on learning outcomes of accounting computer at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This study used a quantitative descriptive method and the population in this study were 106 students of class XI and XII accounting, using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was the F test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the multiple linear regression test. The results in this study are that interest in learning affects the learning outcomes of accounting computer where the tcount is 2.859 ≥ 2.016 and a significant value is 0.006 ≤ 0.05. Learning discipline has an effect on the learning outcomes of accounting computers where the tcount is 3.177 ≥ ttable 2.016 and a significant value is 0.003 ≤ 0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between interest in learning and learning discipline where the value of Fcount 30.698 ≥ Ftable is obtained and a significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 39,868 + 5.028 X1 + 5,730 X2. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.543 or 54.3%, meaning that this means that the variables of interest in learning (X1), learning discipline (X2) together contribute to learning outcomes by 54.3%, and the rest ( 45.7%) influenced by other factors not included in the study.Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Interest In Learning, Learning Discipline]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Unemployment is one of the main problems that have always faced by each country. Therefore the institution particularly SMK must be capable of setting up and directing its students enter the workforce that has the soul of entrepreneurship. In addition to the factors of the institution in such a personal self efficacy and parental background also affects the students to become entrepreneurs. This research aims to examine the influence of the economic background of the parents and self efficacy entrepreneurship interest efficacy of students. The population of this research are all students of smk labor class XI who got the entrepreneurial subjects as much as 193 students, with the number of samples as much as 115 students. The analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed 1) parental economic background is positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students, 2) self efficacy are positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students, and 3) economic background parents and self-efficacy is simultaneously positive and significant effect against the interest in entrepreneurship students.Key Words: economic background of parents, Self Efficacy, interest in Entrepreneurship]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal factor influencing the development of Rural Unit Cooperarives, to analyze the external factor influencing the development of Rural Unit Cooperatives, and to determine the strategy HANUMAS of Rural Unit Cooperatives development in Mayang Sari. Data collection based on interviews and questionnaires. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling totaling 26 respondents. Data analysis used is swot analysis. The results of this study indicate that the strategy applied to HANUMAS of Rural Unit Cooperative activites is strategy (SO) revitalizing cooperativis and expanding the scope of cooperative management, innovating in terms of procedures and mechanisms for Rural Unit Cooperatives and maximizing cooperative business units to attract community interest using village unit cooperative services (ST) socialize and approach the community (WO) develop a village unit cooperative business unit (WT) improvement of management to improve cooperative competitiveness.Key Words: Development Strategy, SWOT anality]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of economic literacy on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University; (2) the influence of lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University; (3) the influence of economic literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP, Riau University. The subjects in this study were students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University Class of 2017 and 2018 with a total sample of 61 people who were taken using simple random sampling technique. The research approach is a quantitative approach, while the data collection methods used are test questions and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP, Riau University; (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP Riau University; (3) Economic literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students of Economic Education FKIP, Riau University.Key Words: Economic Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:This study aims to determine the level of financial performance of Cooperatives in Kampar Regency Village Unit views of the financial statements based on financial ratios Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability. This study in village cooperatives located in Kampar District, amounting to 24 units of village cooperatives. The data collection technique is to use the financial statements of the Kampar district cooperative offices. The analysis technique used is a financial ratio analysis. the results showed: 1) the level of liquidity unfavorable 7.17% -185%. 2) the level of solvency is less baik112, 31% -471.55%. 3) the level of capital itself shows baik371 conditions, 55% -1.93%. 4) the rate of return on assets indicates a good condition 21.61% -0.10%. 5) rates of return of capital alone showed a good condition 54.93% -1.67%.Keywords: performance, financial reports and financial ratios]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research purpose to determine the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes on the Online Business lesson of XI BDP student’s class of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The data of research collection used were documentation to get learning outcomes students and questionnaire to get data of learning independence. The population in this research was students of XI BDP class, consisting of 30 students. Sampling in this population using the technique until saturated that is where the entire population become sample that amount to 30 students. The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results descriptively indicate that the learning outcomes of online business subjects are categorized enough amounting to 16 students (53%) and high learning independence categorized as high as 25 students (83%). The results of research are there is a positive effect of learning independence on student learning outcomes by the contributed of 28,8%, meanwhile the rest was 71,2% which was affected by another factor that was not included in this research.Key word : Learning Independence, Learning Outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic conditions and educational background of parents on the learning motivation of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kempas Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Kempas. This number cannot be determined. The sampling technique uses the simple random sampling method, which is a way to identify, select and take samples in a continuous network or chain of relationships until the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The data analysis used is the prerequisite test that has been carried out by the SPSS Statistics Version 22 program. The results of the study stated that 1) the socio-economic conditions had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, 2) the educational background of parents had a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, 3) the socioeconomic conditions and educational background of parents had a positive and significant effect on Student's motivation to study.Keywords: Socio-Economic Conditions, Parents Background, Learning Motivation]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : This research aims to know the difference in the ability of students ' creative thinking through the application of the learning Teams model Games Tournament (TGT) on economic subjects X-grade IIS in SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. The population of the research was to grade X as much as 72 students and all was made of a sample of research. The data collected using the technique of the now. Analyzed by Independent t-Test Analysis Test results. find the existence of significant differences of creative thinking ability of students through the application of pembeljaran model Times Games Tournament (TGT) control class and the class experiments with value significant 0.000 < 0.05.
