Abstract

This study aims to determine how teachers can implement human resource management (HR) at the Integrated Islamic School (SIT). This study focuses on teacher human resources at a Junior High School (SMPIT) Jambi. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the field research show that the implementation of teacher HR management at SMPIT Al Fatih Jambi has not been implemented perfectly, judging from the performance of the teachers and the lack of firmness of a leader or principal. Several things must be considered, especially with regard to the selection process, placement, and teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dengan Kualitas Kerja Guru. Pengambilan sampel secara proporsional random sampling sebanyak 284 orang Guru PNS pada SMP Negeri di Kota Jambi, Sementara uji hipotesis pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05, Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sequential explanatory mixed methods yaitu penelitian dengan mendahulukan metode kuantitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif sehingga diperoleh hasil yang mendalam dan komprehensif. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan (r = 0,4612, p<0,01) antara Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dengan Kualitas Kerja Guru, koefisien determinasi 0,2127 (r2= 21,27%) dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 83,539 + 0,450X1,

Abstract

Kepemimpinan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi karena sebagian besar keberhasilan dan kegagalan suatu organisasi ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dalam organisasi tersebut. Suatu organisasi akan berhasil atau bahkan gagal sebagian besar ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan. Suatu ungkapan mulia yang mengatakan bahwa pemimpinlah yang bertanggungjawab atas kegagalan pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan, merupakan ungkapan yang mendudukkan posisi pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi pada posisi yang terpenting. Madrasah sebagai organisasi yang berbentuk lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat komplek dan unik. Bersifat kompleks karena madrasah sebagai organisasi. Di dalamnya terdapat berbagai dimensi yang satu sama lain saling berkaitan dan saling menentukan. Sedangkan sifat unik menunjukkan bahwa madrasah sebagai organisasi memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu yang tidak dimiliki oleh organisasi-organisasi lain, ciri-ciri yang menempatkan madrasah memiliki karakter tersendiri, dimana terjadi proses belajar mengajar tempat terselenggaranya pembudayaan kehidupan umat manusia. Dalam tulisan ini dijelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan dan madrasah tidak bisa dipeihakan untuk melakukan suatu perubahan maka harus dilakukan suatu upaya yaitu benchmarking, mempelajarai apa yang sudah lembaga lain lakukan dan menjadi contoh bagi lembaga yang lainnya.

Abstract

Pencapaian Eksistensi Guru dengan Sikap Komitmen dan Keterampilan Mendidik Peserta Didik sangat penting untuk dilakukan, dalam penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan Library Research menemukan berbagai referensi tentang pentingnya Komitmen dan Keterampilan Mengajar yang harus dimiliki seorang guru sehingga guru bisa memiliki eksistensi. Tentunya guru perlu mengambil langkah-langkah yang bermakna bagi peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Supaya pendidikan yang dilaksanakan efektif, seorang guru harus memiliki kompetensi dan komitmen. Selama ini para guru telah berusaha meningkatkan kualitas kemampuannya, antara lain : mengikuti berbagai pendidikan dan pelatihan, mengikuti kegiatan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP), belajar secara mandiri dengan membaca buku-buku referensi dan keguruan, menyaksikan tayangan program edukasi di televisi, berdiskusi dengan teman sejawat, mengikuti berbagai seminar pendidikan dan giat menulis untuk pembuatan bahan ajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Training effectiveness is one of the determinant factor that could improve employees’ job performance. When we found in a government district office at Jambi Province where the organization had provided many training program to the employees but it had not had significant impact on their employees’ job performance. We realized that we need to study the factors which assumed to have relationship with the training effectiveness. Prior research in training effectiveness found that employees perceived toward the training program designed by organization and individual employees’ emotional intelligence had influence the training effectiveness. Based on those findings we formulated the aim of this study that is to investigate the relationship between the training program and employees’ emotional intelligence with the training effectiveness. This study designed as a quantitative research used sample of 209 employees derived by random sampling from its population. This study utilized questionnaires as instruments to collect empirical data. The correlational analysis technique used to analyze the data. This study had generated findings that there were strong relationship between the training program and employees’ emotional intelligence with training effectiveness.

Abstract

Principal supervision aims to improve teacher performance. Next is teacher performance, namely strengthening teacher characteristics in an effort to improve the quality of work life, as stated by Sellar and Maura, which states that teacher characteristics have traditionally been assessed as a desired indicator or as teacher quality, the latter is closely related to the impact of values, attitudes and understanding as a professional practitioner educator. For teachers to be effective in the information age, they need to get to know students more about their backgrounds and learning styles. Teachers must be effective and act positively in the classroom to improve educational outcomes. In order to do this they must have the will to enhance cognitive learning inthe process.

Abstract

Indonesian is the third largest country that produced rice in the world with yield result 54,65 billion ton grinding dry grain. Rice is the primary food for people in indonesian. the main problem that can reduce yield result is pest and disease that attack rice plant. the main purpose of this research is build an application expert system based on web with forward chaining and backward chaining methode to help farmers handle pest and disease problem that attack rice plant, forward chaining methode in this application is used to know what kind pest and disease that attack rice plant, and backward chaining methode is used to know what kind of action if pest and disease attack rice plant. the research result is this application can get 88,5% accuration, from the accuration in this application can get declared succed and can be use by farmer.
