Abstract

Semakin majunya teknologi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi suatu perusahaan ataupun instansi untuk tetap mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusianya dalam berkompetisi menghadapi perkembangan yang selalu berubah. Teknologi suatu organisasi diharapkan dapat  meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, efisiensi, dan produktivitasnya. Pentingnya kehadiran teknologi informasi menjadikannya suatu tuntutan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap organisasi. Saat ini teknologi menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia baik dalam bekerja maupun dalam beraktititas sehari-hari. Seperti halnya yang dilakukan Pengadilan Negeri Magelang untuk melengkapi kegiatan kerja pegawainya Pengadilan Negeri Magelang menyediakan komputer yang digunakan sebagai fasilitas untuk menunjang kerja pegawainya. Namun adanya teknologi informasi menjadi tuntutan setiap organisasi untuk tetap berkembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menunjukkan seberapa pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan pegawai agar memiliki peningkatan dalam efektifitas kerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan hasil bahwa Teknologi Informasi sangat berguna untuk mendukung aktivitas kerja pegawai dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja yang didukung dengan adanya berbagai teknologi dan aplikasi serta website yang digunakan dalam memperoleh serta mengolah data yang dibutukan.

Abstract

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) provides information to all leadership in an organization. One of the efforts made by the Magelang City Government to create a good personnel administration system as well as in order responding to the rapid development of information and communication technology by developing the Management Information System Staffing (MISS). The purpose of this study is to find out what is meant by HRIS and describe it MISS  at the Magelang City Government . In this study, the author uses design qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the system can serving staffing administration becomes easier, such as employee transfers, promotions and retirement as well as ease in managing and completing various staffing documents and other requirements such as rank decree, position decree, STTPL and training needs.

Abstract

Human resource planning determines in anticipating of future business, demand in the corporate environment, and discovers personal requests that arise from those needs. While human resource planning as a management process to determine how organization determines position. However, the link between human resource planning and strategic management is often overlooked. The research method uses an empirical qualitative design that is descriptive exploration to describe and explain the activities or objects under study relating to the study of phenomena in more detail or distinguish them from other phenomena. Through this process the company is expected to have Human Resources in the right amount, quality, place, time and produce long-term benefits for both individuals and organizations. The tourism sector is one of the sectors and the Indonesian government to generate foreign exchange, therefore the use, development, management and funding of tourism areas must receive serious attention from the government by involving the role of government agencies, stakeholders involved in participating share public relations. Human Resources planning must be integrated with the organization's short-term and long-term planning goals. The results of the evaluation of long-term HR planning are used as a basis for organizational succession planning. The planning process often does not run smoothly, because policy planning is not made in detail, resulting in a gap between company policy and personnel policy and its application in practice.

Abstract

An organizational transformation that results in "dramatic" events that must be addressed by all members of the organization. This study uses three basic theories from Kurt Lewin that explain the process of change in an organization, namely unfreezing, movement, and refreezing. The phenomenon that occurs at Tidar University as a new university is the optimization of human resources towards Indonesia 2045. Humans with self empowerment and flexibility as agents of change in developing management strategies for successful organizational performance towards equality with other PTN. This research was conducted to examine the implementation of the role of professional resources on organizational transformation as an agent of change. This research was conducted through a literature study that refers to research and critical review of previous theories. As for the relevance of our data, we distributed questionnaires to 25% of the total employees as baseline deep in interviews in group discussions to share professional experiences, understand our own assumptions and assumptions of others and to understand the profession. The analysis uses Lewin's three-step process approach to agents of change in change in organizations. In a critical review change management has a constructive framework for managing organizational change through the process phase. The results of this study provide theories and practical implications of a process of change by the "agent of change".

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri yaitu sebuah lembaga peradilan tingkat pertama dilingkungan peradilan umum yang bekedudukan di ibu kota kabupaten atau kota. Pengadilan berfungsi untuk memeriksa, memutus, dan menyelesaikan perkara pidana dan perdata bagi rakyat pencari keadilan pada umumnya. Pengadilan Negeri Magelang tidak hanya sebagai lembaga penegak hukum dan memutuskan perkara saja, namun juga memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakannya dari pengadilan negeri lainnya, yaitu melalui inovasi teknologi yang diciptakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh inovasi didunia peradilan dalam hal melayani masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi yang telah diciptakan sudah dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin dan dapat memacu kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

National development is a continuous effort to improve the quality of people and society in Indonesia. Economic development that was originally oriented to the growth of large-scale industries shifted to economic development that was more emphasis on the populist economy. One of them through SMEs but many small industries or SMEs that can not grow one of them is the industri krupuk rambak  in Kendal because of the lack of ability of their MSDM so many businesses out of business. With the improvement of the quality of MSDM and also the role of government is expected to improve the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs in terms of technology, facilities and infrastructure, capital and marketing.

Abstract

Adaptation in Universities during the pandemic certainly affects human resources performance. This study aims to develop a model of organizational commitment in Universitas Tidar based on the foci commitment in order to improve human resources performance. Foci commitment consists of commitment to the institution, commitment to leaders, commitment to colleagues, and commitment to customers in this case are students. The population of this study was all human resources both lecturers and educational staff. The sample of respondents used was 102 based on the cluster sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. This study used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) as the data analysis method. The results showed that the proposed model was fit and all hypotheses were accepted. The results of the research are expected to become a consideration and evaluation for policymakers to formulate appropriate policies to increase organizational commitment and human resources performance at Universitas Tidar.

Abstract

Tingkat kualitas diri mahasiswa pada pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Sistem pembelajaran Student Center Learning merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang memusatkan pembelajaran pada mahasiswa. Metode window shopping ini merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang masuk dalam pembelajaran Student Center Learning. Proses dimana dosen dan mahasiswa belajar bersama dalam mengoptimalkan pengetahuan yang ter up-date. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari penerapan metode pembelajaran baru terhadap keberhasilan hasil belajar dan tingkat hubungan dosen dengan mahasiswa dengan memasukan proses pengimplementasian metode pembelajaran window shopping teori kepemimpinan berbasis asah, asih, dan asuh. Metode penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui (1) indepth interview (2) observasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori pembelajaran konstruksivisme. Pemilihan teori ini didasarkan atas obyek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen pada kelas Kewirausahaan 1 dan 2. Dari hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui sinkronisasi antara metode, pembelajaran, dan harmonisasi menunjukkan hasil (1) pembelajaran berpusat pada mahasiswa mengoptimalkan pencapaian CPL; (2) Tercapainya harmonisasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Saat ini proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran tidak harus bergaya konvensional dimana dosen menerangkan di depan kelas, dan mahasiswa mendengarkan di mejanya masing-masing. Melalui perkembangan teknologi pendidikan diperkenalkan berbagai metode baru yang dapat mengoptimalkan tingkat penyerapan ilmu di kelas maupun di luar kelas, sekaligus interaktif dan menyenangkan. Salah satunya adalah pembelajaran berpusat pada mahasiswa (SCL). Pada mata kuliah Perilaku Organisasi di Prodi Manajemen FE Untidar, metode SCL diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi bertajuk ELITA (E-Learning UNTIDAR). Tujuan penelitian metode ini menjadikan pembelajaran Perilaku Organisasi menjadi lebih efektif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Studi kasus tataran ini dilakukan terhadap sebuah unit sosial terkecil. Analisa dengan metode ini menghasilkan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengamatan, data dokumenter, kesan dan pernyataan orang lain mengenai kasus. Validitas data pada penelitian tahap ini ditempuh dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, triangulasi peneliti, dan triangulasi teori. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Blended Learning mampu untuk meningkatkan Critical Thinking Skill mahasiswa secara optimal.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to get a demographic bonus in 2020-2030. A demographic bonus will be beneficial if Indonesia's human development index (HDI) is high quality. In ASEAN, HDI Indonesia ranks 6th out of 10 countries. The government is intensively pushing the creative industries and MSMEs to become agents of development to maximize the demographic bonus that Indonesia will face. The government is targeting at least 2020 to print 1,000 digital technopreneurs, one million farmers and fishers, and eight million SMEs going digital. The purpose of this study is to determine the general picture, the benefits, and the extent to which HR influences the creative industry and MSMEs. Total Quality Management is an approach that tries to maximize the competitiveness of organizations through several improvements: increasing human resources, the quality of products, services, processes, and the environment. The results of research with the application and implementation of the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the creative industry and MSMEs that human resources have a significant role in increasing creativity to produce products according to market demand, optimizing the use of information and communication technology, and increasing creative industries with fellow creative industries as well as colleges.
