Abstract

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha ditengah masyarakat, selain swasta dan BUMN, dimana terdapat kompetisi dalam memperoleh pelanggan dan mempertahankan kesetiaan pelanggan, sehingga dibutuhkan pelayanan yang merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam berbagai usaha atau kegiatan yang bersifat jasa. Tujuan penelitian  mengetahui  pengaruh citra koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Karyawan RSAB Harapan Kita. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosectional, sampel 91 orang diambil dengan teknik Insindental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil koefisien regresi berganda Ada hubungan variabel Citra Koperasi dengan Kepuasan Anggota dengan nilai p 0,000, ada Hubungan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Anggota dengan nilai p 0,001. Konstanta sebesar 55,150 citra Koperasi  dan kualitas pelayanan nilainya adalah 0, maka kepuasan anggota nilainya adalah sebesar 55,150.Koefisien regresi variabel Citra Koperasi sebesar 0,380 artinya jika variabel bebas lain nilainya tetap dan Citra Koperasi naik 1%, maka Kepuasan Anggota akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 38%. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi pengaruh positif antara Citra Koperasi dengan Kepuasan  Anggota. Semakin tinggi tingkat Citra Koperasi maka semakin meningkat Kepuasan Anggota. Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 0,267 artinya jika variabel bebas lain nilainya tetap dan Kualitas Pelayanan naik 1%, maka Kepuasan Anggota akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 26,7%. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi pengaruh positif antara Kualitas Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Anggota, semakin meningkatnya Kualitas Pelayanan maka semakin meningkat Kepuasan Anggota. Kesimpulan Citra Koperasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi karyawan Rumah Sakit . Saran Sebaiknya Koperasi Karyawan RSAB Harapan Kita tetap mempertahankan, meningkatkan dan menjaga Citra Koperasi  maupun kualitas pelayanan Kata kunci : Citra Koperasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota

Abstract

Aroma pada beras muncul karena tanaman memiliki gen yang mengendalikan sifat aroma. Penelitian inibertujuan mengidentifikasi gen aromatik pada beras lokal Indonesia. Isolasi DNA tanaman dilakukandengan metode Doyle dan Doyle (1999) yang dimodifikasi, diikuti amplifikasi DNA PCR dengan 5 primerpenanda SSR. Nilai PIC dalam bentuk scoring data digunakan untuk melihat tingkat kekerabatan dalambentuk dendogram menggunakan program Nonomical Taxonomy dan Multivariate System (NT-SYS). Hasilpenelitian gen aromatik pada 23 aksesi beras lokal menunjukkan bahwa alel bersifat polimorfik (100%) danterdapat 3 kelompok utama, yaitu kelompok 1 (aromatik) dan kelompok 2 dan 3 (non-aromatik). Kelompok1 terdiri dari 19 varietas padi dengan kemiripan genetik 0,822-0,96 atau tingkat keragaman genetik 4%-17,8%, Kelompok 2 terdiri dari 3 varietas padi dengan kemiripan genetik 0,832-0,921 atau tingkatkeragaman genetik 7,9%-16,8%, kelompok ketiga terdiri dari 1 varietas padi dengan kemiripan genetik 0,79-0,96 atau tingkat keragaman genetik 4%-0,21%.

Abstract

Pelabelan-k total tak teratur titik dari suatu graf G adalah suatu pemetaan dari himpunan titik dan sisi ke himpunan bilangan bulat positif  sedemikian sehingga bobot setiap titiknya berbeda. Nilai total ketakteraturan titik dari graf Gyang dinotasikan dengan tvs(G) adalah label terbesar minimum yang digunakan untuk melabeli graf G dengan pelabelan total tak teratur titik, yang dinotasikan dengan tvs(G).Padamakalahinidiperolehnilai total ketakteraturantitikdarigrafhasil kali korona  dan  yang dinotasikan dengan , yaitu .

Abstract

Sugar palm is a commodity that has the potential to be developed. Sugar palm is developed to produce various products and raw materials for derivative products. Currently, there is a lot of morphological diversity of sugar palm plants found in the field. Presently, identification of various types of sugar palm morphologically in Banten Province is still limited. Sugar palm in Banten Province is found in various locations, such as in Lebak. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of Aren seedlings originating from Lebak Regency. The hypothesis in this study is that there are several characteristics of palm seedlings originating from Lebak Regency. This research was conducted in August 2019 - November 2019 located in Green House, Cinanggung Village, Serang City, Banten Province. This study uses a descriptive method, through a quantitative approach with data analysis and interpretation, and conclusion. The observation parameters in this study were: Plant Height (cm); Number of leaves per plant (strands); Leaf width (cm); Leaf length (cm); stem diameter (cm); Leaf color. The results showed that Aren from Lebak Regency aged 1 year have an average plant height of 28.1 cm, a pinnate leaf shape and a thick like a palm leaf, with an average number of 1 leaves, an average leaf length of 16.4 cm, and an average leaf width of 6.8 cm, with dark green leaf color. The stem diameter has a strength correlation with plant growth level like as plant height, the higher the plant. The greater the stem diameter obtained in this study is 2.19 cm.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Cikayas Village, Angsana Sub district, Pandeglang Banten Regency from December 2019 until February 2020. The first research was using randomized completely block design with factorial design group, consisting two factors, the first factor was concentration of nano-based compound fertilizer consisting of four levels: without nano-tech fertilizers, 2.5 ml/L, 5 ml/L, 7.5 ml/L. The second factor was:variety consisting of three levels: Bima Brebes, Maja Cipanas, Trisula. The experiment was repeated three times, the whole experimental unit was 36. The results showed that the application of nano-tech compound fertilizer with 5 ml/L gave the best growth and yield to the height parameters of four WAP (42.33 cm), number of leaves four WAP (39.33 cm) and five WAP (42.67 strands), and tuber weights without roots and leaves per clump (37.19 g). Bima Brebes variety gave the best growth and yield to the height parameters one WAP (10.74 cm), two WAP (25.55 cm), 3 WAP (35.27 cm), 4 WAP (42.63 cm) and 5 WAP (47.33 cm), and tuber weights without roots and leaves per clump (36.29 g). There was no interaction between several Concentrations of Nano-tech Compound Fertilizer and varieties to all parameters observed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the cutting eksplan banana (Musa paradisiaca) c.v. Ketan and the granting of several concentrations of coconut water to the growth and development of in vitro eksplans. This research was carried out in the laboratory of Biotechnology , Faculty of agriculture, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, from August 1995 to  November 2013. This study used a Randomized Complete Design (RAL) with two factors. The first factor was the cutting eksplan (b) consisting of two levels, namely eksplan without slashing eksplan (b1) and (b2) halved. The second factor was the coconut water (e), which consists of six levels, namely 0%/l (e1), 3%/l (e2), 10%/l (e3), 3%/l (e4), 20%/l (e5) and 25%/l (e6). Each treatment was repeated as many as 3 times so that there are 36 units attempted.The observation was done every day to grow the buds and time each week to the high number of variables buds, shoots as well as at the end of the observation to the independent living eksplan percentage, the percentage of contaminated eksplan, the percentage of dead eksplan and eksplan form the percentage of roots. Cutting eksplan gave no real influence in banana. Giving coconut water gives a real influence over time grow shoots, buds and high number of shoots banana. The best coconut water coconut water at concentrations of 20%/l MS media.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Integrated Agricultural System of the Banten Province Agricultural Service at an altitude of 60 m above sea level. from July to September 2021. The design of this study using a factorial randomized block design, the first factor varieties treatment consists of 3 levels: v1 = Maserati varieties, v2 = Sanren varieties, and  v3 = Tuk Tuk varieties.  Factor fertilization treatment consists of 3 levels: p1 = 54 kg/ha P2O5 +  90 kg/ha K2O, p2 = 72 kg/ha P2O5 + 120 kg/ha K2O, and p3 = 90 kg/ha P2O5 + 150 kg/ha K2O. The results showed that there was no interaction between varieties and combinations of P and K fertilizers on all observed parameters. Varieties treatment affected the number of leaves 5 weeks after planting, leaf area, plant wet weight and plant wet weight per plot, where the sanren variety had the best value, successively 16.5 strands; 499.28 cm2; 86.90 grams and 2105.01 g. The combination of fertilizer application of 90 kg/ha P2O5 + 150 kg/ha K2O was the best for the parameters of leaf area, wet weight per plant and wet weight per plot, respectively 482.02 cm2; 82.37 grams; and 2065.61 grams.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a staple crop that is always needed throughout the world, including Asia. Rice is one of the staple foods in Indonesia. One form of abiotic stress that becomes the main obstacle in rice production is drought stress. It is necessary to test rice varieties that are resistant to drought stress. This study aims to determine drought-resistant rice varieties based on SSR markers and to determine the morphological characteristics of drought-resistant rice. This research was carried out from January to April 2021 at the Laboratory of Physiology and Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and the Screen House of the Agricultural Technology Research Center Banten. The DNA isolation process in the molecular resistance test used the Doyle & Doyle (1990) method which used three SSR markers to detect drought resistance genes. Analysis of DNA bands using Gel Analyzer software, grouping analysis using the UPGMA method in NTSYS software. The results of the morphological study of six rice varieties on drought showed significant to very significant effects on the parameters of plant height (cm), root length (cm), number of tillers, and number of panicles. Molecular test results from three SSR primers on six rice varieties showed a high level of polymorphism with an average polymorphism information content (PIC) of 0.72 which was included in the very informative category and could be researched on drought resistance. The genetic similarity identified Jawara Hawara rice variety have drought resistance genes.

Abstract

Background: ESR is one of the routine blood parameters that is often requested as a complement to other haematological examinations. Purpose: To determine the description of the results of the blood sedimentation rate (LED) using the Westergen method on outpatients. Methods: This type of research is quantitative using cross sectional research design with sampling techniques using accidental sampling obtained a sample of 82 respondents. Results: that the results of the LED examination using the Westergren method on outpatients found 11 people (22%) with normal ESR, and 39 people (78%) with abnormal ESR. Suggestion: input material in improving the quality of examinations and services in the health sector, so that it is more detailed and thorough in carrying out LED examinations using the Westergen method. Abstract

Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan tanaman pangan penting yang di tanam hampir sepertiga dari jumlah total bahan pangan di dunia. Plasma nutfah padi berupa varietas lokal yang memiliki keunggulan genetik secara turun temurun. Penggunaan varietas padi berumur genjah dan tahan wereng batang coklat biotipe 3 akan menguntungkan dalam banyak hal, diantaranya adalah mengurangi resiko gangguan lingkungan hama, penyakit, dan gagal panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengeksplorasi padi lokal Indonesia dan Introduksi yang memiliki sifat umur genjah dan tahan terhadap hama wereng batang coklat biotipe 3 berdasarkan keragaman genetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode clustering yang digunakan untuk membangun pohon filogeneti dan selanjutnya menganalisis kekerabatan dan elektroforegram. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Keragaman Genetik aksesi plasma nutfah padi yang memiliki umur genjah dan tahan wereng batang coklat biotipe 3 berbasis marka SSR memiliki kemiripan 87-100% atau jarak genetiknya yaitu 0-13% yaitu pada kelompok I sub kelompok A dan B. Penggunaan primer SSR (RM6838, RM5607 dan RM17) menghasilkan pola pita polimorfis yang memiliki nilai Polymorphic Information Content (PIC) ≥0,5 yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat marker penseleksi gen umur genjah dan gen tahan wereng batang coklat.
