Abstract

Immunization is an effort to actively increase a person's immunity against a disease. Follow-up immunization for toddlers under two years old (Baduta) (aged 18-24 months) is a repeat immunization to maintain the level of immunity and to extend the protection period of children who have received immunization. Not all children can receive further immunization, this can be seen from global vaccination data in 2021, it is known that 25 million children did not receive vaccinations, 2 million more than in 2020 and 6 million more than in 2019. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between knowledge, maternal employment and family support simultaneously in providing follow-up immunizations to children aged 12-24 months at the Tanjung Api-Api Banyuasin II Community Health Center in 2024. Type and Design of Research is quantitative using analytical survey methods with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers with babies aged 18-24 months who visited the Tanjung Api-Api Community Health Center, totaling 60 people. The sample used was 60 respondents. The results of univariate analysis obtained from 60 respondents, there were 43 respondents (71.7%) who provided follow-up immunization and 17 respondents (28.3%) who did not. The results of the chi-square statistical test showed that the mother's knowledge variable was ρ value = 0.011, the family support variable was ρ value = 0.002 and the mother's employment variable was ρ value = 0.019, which was smaller than α=0.05, indicating that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and family support. and maternal work by providing follow-up immunizations to children aged 12-24 months at the Tanjung Api-Api Banyuasin II Community Health Center in 2024.

Abstract

Standar-standar dalam konstruksi bangunan mengalami perubahan dari waktu ke waktu, sehingga dalam merencanakan konstruksi bangunan perlu mengikuti standar yang terbaru sesuai peraturan. Berdasarkan standar yang terbaru, wilayah Kabupaten Mempawah termasuk dalam zona gempa, sehingga gaya akibat gempa perlu dipertimbangkan dalam merancang struktur bangunan agar tidak terjadi kegagalan struktur yang merugikan. Sehingga diputuskan akan dilakukan perancangan struktur Bangunan Gedung Kantor di Kabupaten Mempawah menggunakan material utama beton bertulang dan akan dirancang elemen berupa balok, kolom, pelat, joint, dan fondasi. Digunakan program analisa struktur dalam analisa dan ukuran elemen-elemen yang digunakan adalah 110 mm untuk ketebalan pelat lantai; 300/600 mm untuk balok induk; 250/500 mm dan 300/500 mm untuk balok anak; 500/500 untuk kolom; serta  pile cap fondasi tiang pancang F1 1000/1800/600 dan F2 1800/1800/600. Untuk tulangan pelat lantai pada lantai 1-8 digunakan wiremesh M8-100 mm dan untuk tulangan pelat lantai pada atap digunakan wiremesh M8-200 mm. Untuk tulangan balok digunakan tulangan longitudinal D16 mm dan tulangan tranversal ∅10. Untuk tulangan kolom digunakan tulangan longitudinal 16D19 mm dan tulangan tranversal ukuran ∅10. Untuk tulangan yang digunakan pada hubungan balok kolom (HBK) digunakan tulangan tranversal 3∅10-50 mm. Untuk tulangan pile cap fondasi digunakan tulangan lentur D25 mm. Struktur banngunan ini masuk kategori KDS C. Dengan demikian digunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Perancangan mengikuti Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).

Abstract

Reinforced concrete, a popular construction choice, is often selected due to the limited availability of materials like wood and increased familiarity with concrete. However, coastal structures using steel bars in reinforced concrete usually face corrosion issues. Corrosion can be mitigated by increasing concrete compressive strength and enlarging the concrete cover to protect the steel from saltwater. These measures are challenging for small structures due to the small dimensions of columns, beams, and plates, making thick concrete covers difficult. Additionally, small structures are often built manually or semi-manually, complicating the achievement of higher compressive strength and watertightness. However, there is hope. Researchers have developed reinforced concrete with non-metal reinforcement, such as fiber mesh and nylon rope, and combined regular and lightweight concrete to reduce dead loads, creating a sandwich concrete slab. Test results show that the slab has sufficient strength for light construction, with a strong bond between mortar and foam concrete. Although fiber mesh and nylon rope do not yet increase the slab's flexural strength, nylon rope prevents brittle failure. This promising research paves the way for further studies and potential improvements in the future.

Abstract

Buildings should be designed for strength and longevity, considering various loads like live, dead, and wind. In Kalimantan Barat, particularly Pontianak City, mild to moderate earthquakes are common, making it crucial to follow SNI 1726-2019 regulations for earthquake-resistant design. This includes using a Moment Resisting Frame system that allows the structure to absorb lateral forces and prevent sudden collapse. The chosen system reflects the building's function and soil data, ensuring it meets safety and practicality standards. For the Ayani Square Building, intermediate Moment Resisting Frames with seismic design category C were employed. The structure must adhere to SNI 1726-2019 for safety, with reinforcement designed per SNI 2847-2019 to enhance robustness. Spun piles are used in the foundation to provide stability and load-bearing capacity, effectively reducing seismic impact in moderate hazard zones.Keywords: Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame Systems, and Seismic Design Category C
