Abstract

AbstractThe Implementation of green accounting in hospital activities is the first step to solved environmental problems. Implementation of green accounting will work up the ability to minimize the environmental problem. The purpose of this accounting process is to improve the efficiency of environmental management by assessing environmental activities from a cost point of view (environmental cost). This research is a descriptive qualitative study using case studies method on Semen Gresik Hospital. This study aims to determine how to conduct environmental management and the application of the concept of green accounting. The research results revealed that Semen Gresik Hospital has not implemented the concept of green accounting yet. This can be seen in the identification of costs, there is no aspect of measurement and clear classification how a costs is categorized as environmental costs or not. The results also showed that the Semen Gresik Hospital had not made the environmental financial report.

Abstract

Abstract

Background – College students are one component of society that plays an important role for the change of the nation (agent of change). At this moment they are in a situation where they face financial independence and start making responsible decisions. Financial education can be done by providing understanding to the public, especially the younger generation about finances and their management that is good and wise, that is why, financial knowledge is needed. Today's society tends to buy things as they wish, so, financial knowledge requires skills and tools for individuals to be able to provide financial decisions and with confidence can manage individual welfare efficiently. Good personal financial management must have at least knowledge so that individuals can apply their knowledge based on their financial attitudes. Purpose - Determine and analyze the factors that influence the behavior of financial management of college students, focusing on Economics and Business, in Gresik Regency. Design / methodology / approach – This research methodology uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Chosen population was 2,636 college students and the sample used was 347 students. Data collection taken by questionnaires and analysis was using multiple linear regression. Finding - Three research variables (1) Financial Attitude, (2) Financial Knowledge, and (3) Locus of Control have an influence on the Financial Management Behavior. College students who tend to have a good financial attitude then they have good financial behavior in managing personal finances. College students with financial knowledge will better understand financial problems and be better in terms of financial behavior. College students who have a good locus of control will be able to measure the risks that occur so that they can easily make a decision and their finances tend to have a level of trust, confidence and good control over their financial management. Research Implication – This research has implications for assessing student behavior in managing personal finances in an effort to meet the needs of education and daily life. Limitation – In assessing financial management behavior (Financial Management Behavior), this research student only uses 3 variables, namely Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge, and Locus of Control.

Abstract

Background – The development and use of financial technology services, especially in payment transactions (digital e-payments), are also influenced by the millennial generation who are now the majority generation of the population in Indonesia (Susenas, 2017). In its development, financial technology also continues to require innovation and development in the financial system so that it can be accepted by each individual user. So that research related to what factors are of interest to millennial individuals is important to do. Purpose – This study identifies the faktors that interest individuals in the millennial generation using e-payment services with the Innovation Diffusion Theory framework. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - The sample in this study were 159 users of e-payment services aged 20 years to 40 years who live or have activities in Gresik Regency and use e-payment applications obtained by convenience sampling technique. This research includes exploratory research. The method used in this research is faktor analysis. Result and Discussion - The results of the research and analysis that have been carried out as a whole, in determining the most dominant faktors can be seen in the total variance results in the total variance table explained, the economic benefit faktor which is the dominant faktor with a variance value of 40.550%, the payment instrument faktor with a variance value of 5,894%, information faktor with a variance value of 5,369%, technical, economic and social faktors with a variance value of 4,942% and the utility faktor which is the last faktor with a variance value of 4,676%. Conclusion – The most influential factors that lead to E-payment Adoption decisions sequentially are: economic benefit factor which is the strongest influencing factor, then the payment instrument factor is a strong influencing factor, in the third position there is the Information factor, in the fourth position is technical, social and economic factors. The utility factor which is the last factor that has a strong enough effect. Research Implication - The public can find out the things that cause them to adopt e-payments. The majority of respondents agreed that they get economic benefits when using e-payment in transactions for using financial services and make the respondents interested in adopting e-payment, therefore companies that provide e-payment must maintain the quality of the e-payment application

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Hofstede’s cultural dimension on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at State-Owned Companies in Java, Indonesia. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression analysis with the sample consisting of 100 employees at 50 state-owned company in Java, Indonesia taken by using a purposive sampling method and the return rate of the questionnaire is 62%. The results indicate that the five dimensions of Hofstede’s culture only Power Distance and Individualism/ Collectivism have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility by State-Owned Companies in Indonesia, while Uncertainty Avoidance, Masculinity/ Femininity and Long-term/ Short-term Orientation have a negative but not significant effect on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility. The results also indicate that not all of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions affect the implementation of corporate social responsibility to state-owned companies in Java, Indonesia. This research is expected to provide benefits for researchers and the community that culture is one of the factors that can be considered as a component that can influence the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

The development of online commerce, popularly known as online stores, has rapidly changed people's lifestyles. Lately, online shopping trends do not mean that offline stores are no longer prioritized, especially in beauty clinics that sell their services and products. ZAP Clinic Indonesia is a beauty clinic focusing on offline and online sales to increase the company's brand equity. The research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of omnichannel and experiential marketing on brand association using the Customer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) method. The research applied a quantitative approach with a sample size of 101 respondents. The respondents were the consumers who had visited and tried the services and products of ZAP Clinic in Surabaya. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a questionnaire as the instrument. Then, data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method to determine whether omnichannel and experiential marketing affected the brand association at ZAP Clinic. The results show that omnichannel and experiential marketing have a positive effect on brand association. Experiential marketing has a dominant value to create a stronger positive association. Moreover, omnichannel will boost the creation of brand association about ZAP Clinic through the marketing campaigns and delivering new experiences related to technology usage in skincare treatment.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri E-commerce Indonesia diprediksi mencapai sebesar US$ 130 miliar pada tahun 2020. Pertumbuhan industri E-commerce per tahun yang mencapai 50 persen ditambah dengan pengguna smartphone yang terus bertumbuh merupakan peluang yang sangat besar untuk pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka. Seiring dengan program pemerintah yaitu program gerakan nasional delapan juta UMKM go online dari Kominfo, pengabdian masyarakat ini ingin membantu mensukseskan dengan memberikan workshop online kepada para UMKM khususnya di Kota Gresik agar dapat memanfaatkan media sosial tanpa batasan waktu dan geografis. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif untuk mengetahui kendala dan kebutuhan para UMKM sehingga penulis dapat merancang metode pelatihan tematik melalui webinar secara efektif. Setelah mengikuti sesi pelatihan, peserta UMKM dapat mengaplikasikan teknik dasar melakukan promosi melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Purpose: The purposes of this study are to determine the effect of compatibility, cost effectiveness, trust, and interactivity on the use and the effect of media social (instagram) on the non-financial performance and financial performance. Design/methodology/approach: This is a quantitative study approach. Statistical analyses were based on the data collected, through online and offline survey questionnaire from 265 housewife online seller in Indonesia with the accidental sampling technique. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Findings: The findings in this research are: (1) compatibility has no impact on the use of Instagram, (2) cost effectiveness has a strong positive impact on the use of Instagram,(3) trust has a npositive impact on the use of Instagram, (4) interactivity has a strong positive impact on the use of Instagram, (5) the use of Instagram has a strong positive impact on non-financial performance, and (6) the use of Instagram has no impact on financial performance Research limitations/implications: This study is limited in selection of samples. The samples only covered on online seller from housewife in Indonesia which limits generalizability of the findings. Practical implications: Instagram is expected to always be able to innovate and update features with better quality so that it can still be used by online sellers from housewife. And for online sellers from house wife in Surabaya are expected consider various factors in the selection of online sales media, especially Instagram. This is very important because it will affect only the non-financial performance. The selection of the right sales media will have a positive impact on developing the business world to become bigger. Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity in the assisted villages is to create a mapping model for the tourist vehicle of Raci Tengah Village, Sidayu Gresik District. The resurrected village rides are game tourism vehicles for children to improve the economic activity of local residents. This modeling is expected to be able to provide an overview of the mapping of the tourism vehicle sector and also the infrastructure sector supporting game tourism for these children.
