Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan menyimak siswa Kelompok B TK Mawar Indah dengan metode Story Telling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak anak Kelompok B TK Mawar Indah melalui penggunaan metode bercerita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dan guru kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 anak kelompok B TK Mawar Indah, yang terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 12 anak perempuan. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menyimak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes perbuatan. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Target dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu peningkatan kemampuan menyimak anak dengan kriteria sangat baik miniml mencapai 81%. Pada kondisi awal, kemampuan menyimak anak diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebanyak 42,5%. Setelah dilakuan tindakan pada Siklus I, peningkatan kemampuan menyimak diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebanyak 76,25%. Penelitian ini dihentikan sampai Siklus II karena telah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan dengan hasil rata-rata mencapai hingga 97,5%. AbstractThe aim of this classroom action research is to increase children’s Listening ability in group B TK Mawar Indah through Story Telling Method.This is a classroom action research which is collaboratively piloted by researchers and the teachers. The sample of the research were 20 childrens of group B TK Mawar Indah consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls. The object of the study is the listening ability. Data collection is done through action test. The data is analyzed by using quantative descriptive. The target of this research is the improvement of listening ability of the children with a very good criteria at least 81%. The result showed that listening ability of children increased after being given action through story telling. The increasing can be seen from the initial condition of listening ability of group B children by 42,5%, then in the first cycle increased to 76,25% and then increased in the second cycle to 97,5%. The researches were stopped in the cycle II because the indicator has been fullfilled.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of the story telling method of drawing creativity children aged 5-6 years in academic year of 2019/2020. Type of the research is descriptive quantitative research. Sample of this research are 20 children in group B TK EL Patisia in academic year of 2019/2020. The technique of collecting the data is documentation and performance of the work. Technic of analyzing the data is technical analysis of the correlation product. Based on the results of the correlation found that r xy = 0.712 ( rhitung> rtabel ) or 0.012> 0.412 with 0 ,05 significance level. It can be concluded that storytelling method affect the students drawing creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class III B students at SD Negeri 066652 Bakti Luhur, Medan in the material of writing poetry through a contextual learning approach. This research is Kemmis and Mc Class Action Research (CAR). Taggart Research Subjects were students of class III B, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques to see the implementation of contextual learning using tests, research instruments using test sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive.The results of the study showed that the application of the contextual learning approach in Indonesian language learning could improve student learning outcomes in the poetry writing material of class III B SD Negeri 066652 Bakti Luhur. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in class III B from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 60.29 and the second cycle 90.29. The level of completeness in the first cycle is 10% and in the second cycle becomes 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the constraints of teachers in implementing the online learning system during the Covid-19 period at SDN 101747 Klumpang Kebun, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using primary data sources. Data collection used a written interview test to determine the teacher's constraints. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles faced by teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are the limitations of teachers in using online learning applications so that the learning process is not optimal, students who do not have Android and computers and the availability of internet packages. This causes the learning process not optimal and students do not understand the material presented by the teacher

Abstract

Language maintenance is one of the efforts that can be done to keep regional languages from extinction. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of language maintenance of Batak Toba and Karo languages of middle age  teenager  of 15-18 years at Kwala Bekala District, Medan. The method used in collecting data is the ‘cakap semuka technique’ using a questionnaire distributed to informants and continued with interview. This research data assessment method uses quantitative methods and the data is analyzed using sociolinguistic theory. From the results of the study it was found that the maintenance of Batak Toba Language among middle age teenager of 15-18 year old at Kwala Bekala district  XVII was (30 %) and the maintenance of Karo Language of middle age teenager of 15-18 at  Kwala Bekala district XVII was (58 %). It can be concluded that the maintenance of Karo language among middle age teenager of 15-18 years old is higher than the maintenance of Batak Toba language among middle age teenager of 15-18 years at Kwala Bekala Medan.

Abstract

The effect of reading purpose on the reading comprehension was studied at Madrasah Alyah Diniyah Riau.The aim was to know and identify the effect of reading purpose on the reading comprehension of 12th-grade students 2021 – 2022 Academic Year at Madrasah Alyah Diniyah Riau . A mixed-method approach and quantitative and qualitative of an ex-post-facto study was applied. The 42 of 12th-grade IPA and IPS students of Madrasah Alyah Diniyah Riau 2021–2022 academic year were taken as sample by using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument of questionnaire and a test of reading comprehension were used to collect the data. Hypothesis testing (t-test) were used to analyse the collected data. From the analysis result it was found that the t-value = 277,543 > t-table 1,689 with a sig. value of 0,000 < 0.05,it can be interpreted that reading purpose affected the reading comprehension of Grade XII students 2021 – 2022 Academic Year of Madrasah Alyah Diniyah Riau

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode bercerita terhadap perkembangan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penerapan metode bercerita berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan moral anak, maka dengan penerapan metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan kemampuan daya ingat anak serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengembangkan ide dalam bercerita. Penelitian ini menggunakan (Library Research) atau Kajian Literatur dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles and Huberman, data reduction, data display, dan Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Berdasarkan hasil Kajian Literatur dari beberapa penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan metode bercerita terhadap perkembangan moral anak usia 5-6 tahun.
