Abstract

Perusahaan Planet Host adalah perusahaan penyedia layanan pembelian domain dan web hosting untuk menyimpan data website yang dibutuhkan konsumen. Selayaknya perusahaan lain, strategi pemasaran melalui promosi menjadi salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan perusahaan untuk menyediakan penawaran produk yang menarik konsumen dengan tujuan konsumen akan berlangganan secara terus-menerus. Strategi promosi dilakukan pihak perusahaan agar tepat sasaran, sehingga tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Biaya modal pemasaran yang cepat kembali menjadi salah satu tujuan perusahaan. Tingkat kesuksesan dalam kegiatan pemasaran menerapkan perhitungan menggunakan ROI (Return on Investment). Hasil perhitungan ini dibantu penelusuran melalui database untuk mengetahui hasil profitable dari ROI untuk membantu pengambil keputusan mengukur efektivitas dari keseluruhan operasi perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian setelah penelusuran query basis data dengan View, Store Procedure, Trigger, analisa ROI penjualan produk pada kode promo Harbolnas total pembelian 12 produk, Black Friday total pembelian 23 produk dan total pembelian nonpromo 12 produk. Namun, kode promo Harbolnas lebih signifikan dalam memperoleh laba yaitu 54% selama periode November-Desember, dibanding dengan promo Black Friday yaitu 51,75%.Kata Kunci — web hosting, domain, strategi promosi, basis data, ROIPlanet Host company is a company that provides domain and web hosting services to store website data needed by consumers. Like other companies, a marketing strategy through promotion is one of the things that companies must do to provide product offerings that attract consumers with the aim of consumers going to subscribe continuously. Promotion strategies are carried out by the company to be right on target, so that the company's goals are achieved. The cost of marketing capital is fast becoming one of the company's goals. The level of success in marketing activities applies calculations using ROI (Return on Investment). The results of this calculation are assisted by searching through the database to find out the profitable results of ROI to help decision makers measure the effectiveness of the company's overall operations. Results from research after searching database queries with View, Store Procedure, Triggers, analysis of product sales ROI on Harbolnas promo codes total purchases of 12 products, Black Friday total purchases of 23 products and total purchases of 12 nonpromo products. However, Harbolnas promo code is more significant in gaining profit, which is 54% during the November-December period, compared to the Black Friday promo, which is 51.75%.Keywords — web hosting, domain, promotion strategy, database, ROI

Abstract

Permasalahan manajemen kepegawaian pada Kantor Kementerian khususnya kantor Pekerjaan Umum adalah pada data kepegawaian, data pegawai yang di setiap tahunnya mengalami pengurangan dan penambahan, sehingga perlunya analisis data pegawai untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pegawai (SDM) tersebut sesuai dengan jabatan dan kebutuhan. Solusi dari permasalahan diatas yaitu menganalisa database yang lama dan merekomendasikan skema database yang baru dengan menganalisis dari aspek-aspek kualitas skema database untuk memberikan rekomendasi langkah yang sesuai kebutuhan kepegawaian khususnya pada data pegawai yang berhubungan dengan data pensiun dan data jabatan minimal 3 tahun yang sudah ada, agar tidak adanya tumpang tindih pegawai dalam satu unit dan agar mempermudah dalam mendata kebutuhan SDM untuk keperluan rekrutmen karyawan yang lebih seimbang, terstruktur, efektif dan efisien. Hasil dari menganalisa database kepegawaian ini menggunakan acuan dari aspek-aspek kualitas skema database yang meliputi kebenaran dengan belum ada kejelasan pada kepemilikan constraint, konsistensi penghapusan pada primary key yang berpengaruh ke foreign key dan relevansi masih diperlukan reference primary key ada parent table ke child table.Kata Kunci — kualitas, skema database, kepegawaian, optimalisasiPersonnel management problems in the Office of the Ministry especially the Public Works office are on staffing data, the data of employees in each year experience a reduction and addition, so the need for employee data analysis to determine the needs of employees (HR) in accordance with their position and needs. The solution to the above problems is analyzing the old database and recommending a new database scheme by analyzing the quality aspects of the database schema to provide recommendations for steps that suit staffing requirements, especially on employee data relating to pension data and minimum 3-year occupational data that already exists In order to avoid overlapping employees in one unit and to make it easier to record HR needs for more balanced, structured, effective and efficient employee recruitment needs. The results of analyzing this personnel database use references from database aspects that contain truth with no clarity on constraint ownership, consistency in primary keys related to foreign keys and relevance still requires primary key references there are parent tables to child tables.Keywords— quality, scheme database, employee, optimization

Abstract

Information technology (IT) now plays an important role in the performance process of an organization or government agency, particularly in improving services that are efficient, effective and transparent. Implementation of good IT governance will guarantee the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of an organization or government agency. Seeing the benefits of applying IT for the creation of a governance and information system that is in accordance with the standards, an evaluation of the maturity level of information technology governance in government agencies will be used using COBIT 4.1 in the sub-domains that meet the problems and needs of the government agencies. The results of this measurement are a description of the results of IT governance and the current Information System and the results of recommendations that will be a reference for future improvements so that government agencies become more measurable and better. In this study, the conclusion of the level of maturity in the domain Delivery and support (DS ) DS1 = 2.81, DS4 = 2.56, DS5 = 2.67, DS11 = 2.65, so that the level of maturity at ABC company is at level 2.5 (Defined Process). Keywords: Cobit, Maturity Level

Abstract

Abstrac : Kriptografi (cryptography) merupakan ilmu dan seni untuk menjaga pesan agar aman. (Cryptography is the art and science of keeping messages secure) Crypto berarti secret (rahasia) dan graphy berarti writing (tulisan). Para pelaku atau praktisi kriptografi disebut cryptographers. Sebuah algoritma kriptografik (cryptographic algorithm), disebut cipher, merupakan persamaan matematik yang digunakan untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan plaintext dan chipertext baru dalam pemecahan masalah di kirptografi : A = 101, B = 253, C = 358, D = 548 , E = 136 , dst dan terdapat 26 kunci (key) kemungkinan pada proses enkripsi dan dekripsi untuk menyandikan pesan atau informasi. Kata kunci: Kriptografi, Fibonacci, Hexagonal.

Abstract

Mango is a fruit plants that has the potential to be developed because it has a high level of genetic diversity. Mangoes vary in shape, size and color of the fruit, indicating a fairly wide genetic diversity. Of the many genetic diversity and types of society, there are still many who cannot distinguish them. This study builds an application to distinguish mango species based on the leaf bone structure where the feature extraction process uses the Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) method. Then do the merging to produce a specific feature vector, then the classification calculation is carried out using the Euclidean Distance method to identify the type of mango fruit. The results of the study with the amount of training data as many as 6 images and testing data as much as 15 obtained system accuracy, with the calculation results, the remaining clusters are cluster 3 with a centroid value of R = 151.67 G = 145 and B = 153.33. From the test results with 2 scenarios, the mango golek type has low values, namely 50 and 60 because the mango golek type has less brightness than the other 2 types of mango.

Abstract

Basically, some people will use website services to find quick and easy access to information. Website is the most commonly used online facility/service on the internet in addition to other services. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the website of the Qamarul Huda Badaruddin University. The framework used to measure the quality of website services in this study is WebQual 4.0 which is a development of Servqual which is usually used to measure service quality. the interests (expectations) of users on the quality of the uniqhba.ac.id website. Of the three variables, the greater contribution is found in the service interaction variable of 0.471 and the Sig value is obtained. 0.001 < = 0.1. So from the results of this study it can be translated that, evaluation of website quality needs to be done on usability dimensions or variables, respondents feel less in understanding or have difficulties in operating the website, and find it difficult to explore the website.

Abstract

Sosialisasi konsumen melalui komunikasi menggunakan situs media sosial telah menjadi masalah pemasaran yang penting melalui pengembangan dan peningkatan popularitas media sosial. Dipandu oleh kerangka sosialisasi, artikel ini menyelidiki komunikasi melalui situs web media sosial; kekuatan ikatan tingkat individu dan identifikasi tingkat kelompok dengan kelompok sebaya sebagai anteseden; dan sikap produk serta keputusan pembelian sebagai hasil. Data survei dari 50 peserta yang terlibat dalam komunikasi tentang produk melalui media sosial mengkonfirmasi bahwa kedua anteseden memiliki pengaruh positif pada hasil komunikasi. Sosialisasi konsumen online melalui komunikasijuga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam dua cara: langsung (sesuai dengan teman sebaya) dan secara tidak langsung dengan memperkuat keterlibatan produk. Selain itu, kebutuhan konsumen akan keunikan memiliki efek moderat pada pengaruh komunikasi pada sikap produk. Temuan-temuan ini memiliki implikasi politis dan manajerial yang signifikan.

Abstract

Apples are one type of fruit that is increasingly popular in Indonesia. This fruit is not only popular because it tastes good, but is also rich in nutrients and fiber which are beneficial for the health of the body. Along with the development of the agricultural industry in Indonesia, domestic apple production is also increasing. This study aims to classify types of apples based on RGB color using research methods that include apple image data collection, RGB feature extraction, data division with k-fold cross validation, classification model with Naive Bayes. This method utilizes color features taken from apple images as input to determine the appropriate class or type of apple. The test results show that the accuracy for the sweet level has a value of 100%, for the medium level it has a value of 86.66% and for sour it has a value of 80%. The average accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method is 88.88%. Classification results using the Naïve Bayes algorithm.

Abstract

This study offers a system to be able to calcify the ripeness level of avocado butter using the K-Nearest Neighbor method based on fruit skin color. The purpose of this study was to test the accuracy of the optimization of the k-nearest neighbor algorithm on the classification of butter avocado maturity levels. The problems raised in this study are to make it easier for farmers and traders of avocado butter in determining or sorting avocado butter based on the level of ripeness as seen from the color of the fruit skin for further classification. Based on the results of research using the K-Nearest Neighbor method by examining the skin color of 20 butter avocado samples, consisting of 7 unripe butter avocados, 6 half-ripe butter avocados, and 7 ripe butter avocados, the results obtained an accuracy rate of 80. %. The results of sample testing conducted on unripe butter avocados illustrated an accuracy rate of 85.71%. In contrast to unripe butter avocados, the results of testing half-ripe butter avocados showed an accuracy rate of the K-Nearest Neighbor method of 66.66%. There is a significant difference in the level of accuracy for the two types of butter avocado maturity of 19.05%.

Abstract

Abstract: Purchasing climbing tickets at Anak Dara Hills is still manual, making it difficult for climbers who are outside the area to book tickets or find information regarding climbing conditions on Anak Dara Hills. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to design a user interface / user experience for an android-based online climbing ticket using the cognitive walkthrough method, this method uses 5 participants as material to find information or conduct usability trials. Based on the results of the analysis and observation, a prototype design was made. Then a trial was conducted on the five participants. After testing the prototype, the five participants were very satisfied with the application design and prototype that was easy to understand. Abstrak: Pembelian tiket pendakian di bukit anak dara tergolong masih manual, sehingga menyulitkan bagi para pendaki yang berada di luar daerah untuk melakukan pemesanan tiket maupun mencari informasi terkait kondisi pendakian di bukit anak dara. Berdasarkan masalah diatas maka dibutuhkan perancangan user interface/user experience tiket online pendakian berbasis android dengan menggunakan metode cognitive walkthrough, metode ini menggunakan 5 responden sebagai bahan untuk mencari informasi ataupun melakukan uji coba usability. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan observasi maka dibuat rancangan prototype. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba kepada kelima responden. Setelah melakukan uji coba protoype kelima responden sangat puas terhadap desain aplikasi dan prototype yang mudah dipahami.
