Abstract

Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  adalah  untuk memenuhi  kewajiban  dosen  untuk  melakukan  tridharma  perguruan  tinggi.  Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen  berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan  pengembangan  manajemen system pertandingan olahraga   agar  senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi sistem pertandingan olahraga dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Desa Girimukti Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandung Barat dapat  menjalankan  fungsi  dan  perannya secara  optimal  sehingga  mendatangkan  manfaat  bagi  Karang Taruna Desa Girimukti Kecamatan Saguling. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan  kualitas  sumber  daya manusia Karang Taruna dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan keolahragaan di Desa Girimukti Kecamatan Saguling Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sistem Pertandingan Olahraga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between body mass index with the basic motion ability of fifth grade students of SD Cimahi Mandiri I. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a correlation approach and data collection techniques using measurement tests. The subjects of this study were students in class V SD Cimahi Mandiri I with a sample of 30 students. Measurement of body mass index using body weight and height (BT / TT) and basic mobility tests using the positional balance stork test, 4x10 meter shuttle run, 1 meter ball throwing, and 30 meter sprinting. Data analysis technique used t test. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.481. Hypothesis testing obtained t-test of 36.36 and t-table of 1.701. This means that there is a significant relationship between body mass index and basic mobility. The conclusion that there is a significant relationship between body mass index with the basic movement ability of fifth grade students of SD Cimahi Mandiri I.

Abstract

The occurrence of obesity cannot be separated from lifestyle, such as decreased physical activity. Obesity is considered the first signal of the emergence of non-infectious diseases such as diabetes and cholesterol. This study aims to determine physical activity in obese people. Through SmartWatch, people will get data that is footsteps, heart rate, calories. Method: This research using experiment research or Single-Subject Research called SSR. Subjects had 110 kg in weight and 171cm in height with a BMI of 37,6 (Very Fat/Obesity). Analysis of the physical activity of obese people using the active lifestyle rubric and SmartWatch. The research findings that the average score obtained by obese subjects for the footstep category was 1,704 (very low category), which means that the physical activity carried out is also included in the light physical activity category. The average score for the heart rate category obtained by the subject was 67bpm which was included in the normal and low categories, while for the category of calories in and out, the average score obtained was 44 calories used, including into the low category. Physical activity of obese people based on monitoring using SmartWatch also concluded that the active lifestyle of an obese person is very low or low; this can be seen from the results of monitoring physical activity, namely footsteps, heart rate, calories, and Body Mass Index (BMI).

Abstract

Physical education learning is one of the places or containers to develop and apply good and positive behaviors that are sportsmanship attitudes. This research aims to find out if there is an influence in physical education learning on students' sportsmanship. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with ex post facto design and this research instrument in the form of questionnaires/questionnaires of sportsmanship attitude, this research was conducted at SMA PGRI 1 Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used Cluster Random sampling with a population of 5 classes with a total of 150 students and a sample of 30 people. Analysis of research data uses a percentage descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the impact of penjas learning on sportsmanship on students was on most criteria with a percentage result of 86.48%. Thus it can be concluded that the impact of penjas learning on the attitude of sportsmanship is on the criteria of most.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical activity of TNI-AD soldiers in the 201/Jaya Yudha Mechanic Yonif Unit during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a survey method. All TNI-AD Soldiers in the 201 / Jaya Yudha Mechanic Yonif Unit, totaling in 1 company, consisted of 108 people, and the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, so the sample used was 23 people. The instruments used were a questionnaire about physical activity from Baecke and analysis of BMI (Body Mass Index) with the formula BMI = BW (Kg)/TB (m) 2. The technique of calculating and analyzing data in this research is through a quantitative approach in the form of a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the results of the average physical activity index when exercising get an average value of 3.4 in the fairly active category, mean that physical activity at the time when you get an average value of 3.5 is in the active category, and the results analysis on the Body Mass Index (BMI) of the soldiers scored 24.2 kg / m2, which means that they are in the Normal category.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the level of basic techniques skill of volleyball game students who did not know volleyball extracurricular at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung was not yet known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the level of basic techniques skills in volleyball game extracurricular volleyball students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the method used in this study is a survey method. The population used is the volleyball extracurricular students at amounting to 20 people. Data collection techniques using the top passing test using AAHPER face wall volleyball test, bottom passing test using the Brumbach forearms pass volleyball test, smash test using the stanley spike test, service accuracy test using the AAHPER serving accuracy test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive survey test. The results of the study can show that, as many as 3 students or (15%) are in the "very good" category, 1 student or (5%) are in the "good" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "moderate" category, 8 students or (40%) are in the "less" category and 0 students or (0%) are in the "very less" category. Whereas based on the average value, which is 79.2; the basic technical skills of volleyball ball extracurricular students at Saguling 1 Senior High School West Bandung are "medium".

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much impact the use of technology media in the period of limited face-to-face learning has on aspects of student responsibility in Physical Education learning. The method used is to use an ex-post facto quantitative  approach. The population in this study was all students at SMKN 10 Bandung,  with the samples in this study being class XII Karawitan 1, 2, and 3 students. The sampling technique used  the sampling quota technique, and  the number of samples in  this study was  70 people.  The research instrument used is with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis calculations with the help of the SPSS for windows version 22 and Microsoft Excel programs. The results of this study show that the impact of the use of  PJOK learning technology media  during the face-to-face learning period is limited to the aspect of student responsibility that is in the "moderate" category with a perception rate of 78.6%. It is hoped that  schools must still develop, pay attention to, and maintain the  use of school application media, and a teacher must be able to package the PJOK learning  process so that obstacles in PJOK learning can be minimized properly, and  students must remain enthusiastic  and enthusiastic in physical education learning  with various methods given by the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ladder drill-based method on the ability to dribble football players. The method used in this study was the experimental method, design "The One Group Pretest Posttest Design. 10-12 years who are enrolled in PS Pas FC and actively participate in training activities, namely as many as 30 people, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, while the sample used is part of the population, amounting to 15 people. The data collection technique in this study used the dribbling test. Based on the results of the research analysis of the dribbling test, there is a difference, namely there is a significant difference in soccer players in the 10-12 year old group at PS Pas FC, with an average result of 24.2547 seconds. the final test (posttest) results increased by 23.4827 seconds. Data analysis used the t test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of ladder drill-based on the ability to dribble in the 10-12 year old group in PS Pas FC, with t count 7.987> 2.145 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Kurangnya aktivitas fisik dikalangan guru-guru PJOK Sekolah Dasar menjadi permasalahan yang penting untuk dikaji dan ditanggulangi. Disamping itu proses pemberian materi yang hanya itu-itu saja (monoton) membuat peserta didik cenderung enggan dalam melaksanakan aktivitas jasmani. Hal ini tentunya jika dibiarkan sangat membahayakan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik itu sendiri, serta juga pandangan atau citra terhadap guru PJOK akan berdampak kurang baik. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan memperkenalkan olahraga baru yang sekarang-seakarang ini sedang mengalami peningkatan dan banyak dilakukan di beberapa daerah. Berdasarkan dari permasalahan tersebut, kami selaku orang akademisi pada bidang pendidikan jasmani perlu kiranya memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai jenis olahraga baru yang sekarang sedang digemari banyak orang di semua kalangan, dan salah satunya adalah memperkenalkan olahraga Pickleball. Beberapa metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta demontrasi atau praktek secara langsung. Penelitian ini telah terlaksana di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Citeureup Mandiri 2 Kota Cimahi, melibatkan satu gugus dengan jumlah sekolah yang terlibat sebanyak lima sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apa yang diajukan dalam rencana kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan terpenuhi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menemukan jawaban bahwa guru PJOK memiliki antusias yang cukup tinggi untuk mengetahui cabang olahraga pickleball.
