Abstract

The interior design describes one of the interior planning systems that functions to stay away from the state of the area by producing an atmosphere and image that fulfills the comfort, safety, and physical and spiritual needs of its users, without neglecting the aesthetic aspects of the area. Layout planning and interior design of the building. This research was attempted to identify the position of Raudahatul Athfal Bi Al-Nazhar in the interior design which is very meaningful because a good and attractive spatial layout can be more enthusiastic, not only providing comfort for children in learning and learning. So that all aspects of children's growth can grow better. This research uses qualitative research. The results of this research show that the condition of the study room will affect the quality of education. An unorganized space will definitely make children lose motivation to learn. beautiful, and also organized, integrated with the theme of learning, will definitely facilitate the learning of teachers and children. Abstract

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, school principals need good leadership skills to master competencies as school principals in building quality education. On this basis, researchers conducted research on the Principal's Strategy in Maintaining Education Quality During the COVID 19 Pandemic at PAUD ADINDA, Tebing Tinggi City. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the research subject is the principal and the object of research is the quality of education, which is located in ADINDA PAUD in the road Tuanku Imam Bonjol Lk, Tambangan Hulu Village, Padang Hilir District, Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used Miles and Huberman, namely da a reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study indicate that there is an awareness of the importance of the quality of education in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is followed by the implementation of the various roles of school principals in maintaining the quality of education, by providing the best service to students, parents and the community.Keywords: Principal, Quality, Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

At this time the advancement of digital technology has influenced parents in educating children. In an all-digital era like this, there are many changes in how to educate parents. In the past, they preferred to play with their children, but now there have been many changes in educating children, for example, it is easier for parents to provide and introduce technology to children on the grounds that children can be quiet and not fussy. This method is recognized by many parents so that their children are not fussy and stay quiet. Digital technology is developing very rapidly at this time of course as parents need to be very clever in introducing digital literacy to early childhood. Because in the current era of digital technology, digital literacy for early childhood is also developing very rapidly.

Abstract

Educational infrastructure makes a significant contribution to achieving the goals of education. The better the facilities and infrastructure, the more successful the teaching and learning process in education will be. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure is very important to support the achievement of learning planning facilities and infrastructure in achieving educational goals. The teaching and learning process will be more successful if educational facilities and infrastructure are sufficient. For this reason, educational institutions and infrastructure are very important. It is hoped that facilities and infrastructure can be utilized appropriately according to PBM's needs. This research uses: Qualitative methods using literature reviews. The results of this research will help the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in a comprehensive process that is planned and implemented well, and can develop sustainable education objects by being always ready to be used in the learning process, so that the learning process contributes more effectively and efficiently to achieving the educational goals that have been set. achieved, and can be used as a requirement in the use or maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure implemented by the school. Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations.The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment.
