Abstract

Retail trade or now often called retail trade, even shortened to retail business, is a business activity of selling goods or services to individuals for their own, family, or household needs. In this study, customer satisfaction is influenced by two variables, namely the perception of price and merchandise and the impact of this satisfaction is the intention to repurchase at the Golden Swalayan retail Kediri. The results of this study indicate that prices and merchandise have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intentions. The results of this study also indicate that the merchandising variable has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.Keywords: price perception, merchandise, satisfaction, repurchase

Abstract

The implementation of community service involves the "Kampung Lele" Educational Tour as a partner located in Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. Partners are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have businesses in the maintenance, processing and educational tours of catfish. During the Covid-19 pandemic, activities at Kampung Lele continued even though there were fewer visitors. Currently Kampung Lele is also running a food delivery order system made from catfish. The problems that occur are the lack of variants of processed products, unattractive packaging, not having structured financial reports and lack of product marketing. The solutions offered are providing education and training related to the management of processed food production made from catfish, packaging design training, providing assistance and training related to making simple financial reports, HR training and appropriate marketing strategies, especially through social media. The methods used are participatory methods, counseling, training and mentoring. The results obtained from the implementation of this community service are that partners get knowledge transfer on making new products, are able to make attractive product packaging and labeling, are able to make simple financial reports, knowledge in HR job training and do online product marketing through social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membahas dan menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan kompetensi kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian produksi PT. Wilis Indonesia Steel Kediri. Penelitian ini berjenis metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu semua karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Wilis Indonesia Steel Kediri yang berjumlah 66 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, dan kompetensi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel yang ditelili mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektifitas kerja sehingga kefektifitasan kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan kompetensi yang dimiliki karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development on the performance of employees of a limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. This study uses a quantitative approach which the samples are taken from 31 permanent employees using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the data are obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Using analysis techniques such as validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), and the coefficient of determination test, the results showed that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri. The results of the coefficient of determination show that extrinsic motivation, work discipline, and career development affect the performance of 78.6% of employees at the limited liability company, Raga Gunawan Mandiri Kediri while the other 21.4% is influenced by variables other than the variables studied by researchers.
