Abstract

Retail trade or now often called retail trade, even shortened to retail business, is a business activity of selling goods or services to individuals for their own, family, or household needs. In this study, customer satisfaction is influenced by two variables, namely the perception of price and merchandise and the impact of this satisfaction is the intention to repurchase at the Golden Swalayan retail Kediri. The results of this study indicate that prices and merchandise have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intentions. The results of this study also indicate that the merchandising variable has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.Keywords: price perception, merchandise, satisfaction, repurchase

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the participants of the PKK Dusun Cakruk Tales Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency which has Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Technology that is developing rapidly allows us to continue to communicate and carry out business activities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. With the existence of social media, of course, it can make it easier, help businesses and develop their marketing strategies.The purpose of this service is to provide training on the use of social media to improve marketing. The problem that occurs with partners is the lack of product marketing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The solution offered here is to provide education and training related to the use of social media and skills training in taking product photos. The method of activity used in this community service is the method of lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice. The result of this community service is the transfer of partner knowledge to market MSME products through social media and the skills to take photos of their products

Abstract

Indonesia dan dunia tengah dilanda wabah covid-19 yang berdampak pada ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap berbabgai aspek kehidupan termasuk pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Perilaku konsumen pada era pandemi covid-19, (2) Faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling dominan saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung, (3) Faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling dominan dan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung pada era pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pedagang dan pembeli di Pasar Pucung Jambean Kras Kediri. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1). Terdapat beberapa perubahan perilaku konsumen pada era pandemic covid-19. 2). Faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era pandemi covid-19 di Pasar Pucung yaitu faktor kebudayaan dan faktor psikologis. 3). faktor perilaku konsumen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian saat berbelanja di Pasar Pucung pada era pandemi covid-19 adalah faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis.

Abstract

Student achievement is influenced by many factors, both internal factors and external factors. One of the internal factors that contribute to the achievement of learning is learning motivation factor, while contributing to the achievement of the Learning Achievement of external factors such as infrastructure learning and teaching capabilities (competencies). This study aimed to determine: (1) Whether or not the effect of learning motivation on learning achievement, (2) Whether or not the effect of Learning Infrastructure on learning achievement, (3) Whether or not the effect of the ability of teachers to teach to the learning achievement, (4) Whether or not the effect between learning motivation, learning infrastructure and the ability of teachers to teach to the learning achievement. The results showed a significant effect between motivation to learn, Learning Infrastructure, and the ability of teachers to teach Learning Achievement. It is based on the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.734 This means that 73.4% variation in the presentation of learning (Y) can be explained by the motivation to learn (X1), learning infrastructure (X2), and the ability of teachers to teach (X3) along together. According results suggested teachers should constantly strive to motivate and encourage students to learn actively, and is expected to increase student learning achievement, school parties should take into considerations in determining school policies in order to improve learning achievement and provides learning facilities to support learning activities . And for the students themselves should further foster motivation to learn so as to improve learning achievement.

Abstract

Every firm always focus on their existing services product and also introducing the new products, in which public relations has an important role. The research aims to analyze the role of public relations in informing the public about the new and existing services products of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri. 50 respondents selected accidentally to fill the questionaires. The results identified the unsatisfied role of public relations section in the corporate to inform and/or introduce the services products offered on public. In the case, a lot of customers still not aware the offered products.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai masalah manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada strategi potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Hikmah Mart dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : 1) Potongan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, 2) Kelengkapan produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terbukti dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, 3) Potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 < sig. 0,05 sehingga Hipotesis ketiga dapat diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 33 orang karyawan P.T Lemsi Triguna Abadi Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). pada penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2 ) Adjusted R square memiliki pengaruh sebanyak 64,8% dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 35,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey and simultaneously stated that the variable skills and work culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey
