Abstract

This study aims to describe creative dance learning at RA Nurul Huda Bandung City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The subjects of this study were students, school principals, and educator’s RA Nurul Huda, Bandung City. Collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used refers to the Milles and Huberman model. While the validity test was done by triangulating techniques and sources. The results of the study can be described that learning creative dance at RA Nurul Huda includes developing themes in the core activities of the learning process. The process of learning creative dance at RA Nurul Huda includes: initial, core and closing activities. The initial activity contains brainstorming, prayers, and reading short letters. This activity contains an explanation of the theme and dancing according to the theme. The closing activity contains evaluation of creative dance activities.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan seberapa besar peranan olah tubuh dan olah rasa dalam pembelajaran seni tari serta dampak olah tubuh dan olah rasa terhadap pengembangan karakter individu. Olah tubuh dan olah rasa merupakan tahapan sebelum dilaksanakan pembelajaran seni tari, tentunya dengan maksud agar tarian dapat terolah dengan optimal, baik dari segi fisik maupun dari psikis. Dalam tubuh manusia terdapat sistem kontrol motorik dan kognisi yang menjalankan fungsi dari otak, yakni kontrol motorik sebagai pengontrol gerakan tubuh dan kognisi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk berpikir, membayangkan, serta merasakan. Otak manusia mengandung karya yang berasal dari saraf yang secara bersamaan bertanggung jawab untuk kontrol motorik, persepsi, imitasi, perencanaan gerakan, dan berimajinasi. Dewasa ini, banyak fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan yang disebabkan oleh tidak selarasnya pikiran dan hati manusia. Permasalahan tersebut merupakan gejala dari krisis karakter atau kerusakan moral individu. Hal tersebut sangat berdampak negatif terhadap masa depan para generasi penerus bangsa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan adanya sebuah media dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam pengembangan karakter individu, yaitu dengan pembelajaran seni tari. Olah tubuh dan olah rasa dalam tari diharapkan mampu mengembangkan karakter individu, karena menyangkut aspek motorik dan kognisi. Tulisan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak bagi keterampilan individu dalam menari dan pengembangan budi pekerti.  Kata Kunci : Olah Tubuh, Olah Rasa, Pembelajaran Seni Tari, Pengembangan Karakter

Abstract

Pancasila has critical, fundamental, rational, systematic, comprehensive thoughts and eventually this system is a value. Pancasila provides fundamental and universal foundations for human beings in social, national, and state. Thus, through the philosophical values of Pancasila, the development of science education is expected to make it as main reference to national education system, which takes place as way to achieve goals and national objectives. The method in this paper is descriptive analytical. The data entered is the most relevant and primary related to the study of Pancasila and education science, then analysis is carried out to produce an ideas. The results demonstrate that educational philosophy of Pancasila as the spirit of national education system should actually lived as source of values and reference to planning the development of science education in Indonesia, both theoretically and practically. Keywords: Educational Philosophy; Science Education; Pancasila; Values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss gender equality regarding women's leadership in the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon campus environment according to the perspective of authentic Bukhari hadith. The method used in this research is literature study and field study. The research resulted in findings that in the campus environment IAIN Syekh Nurjati has implemented gender equality with examples of female leaders in the campus leadership structure or student organizations. This is in line with the authentic hadith of Bukhari regarding women's leadership explaining that this hadith has a special meaning if it is aligned with asbabul al-wurud because the incident occurred in ancient times with conditions that are of course different from today.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the increase in Islamic economic potential in the Sunan Gunung Jati tomb complex. this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical method. The results and discussion in this study show that, economic potential can be characterized by the success of an increase in income in the community's economy. As well as, increasing the tourism sector, and sales in Indonesia are able to make the country's economy and society increase every year. Thus, one of the areas that has increased its economy is the Sunan Gunung Jati tomb complex, whose residents choose to improve their economy in the field of religious tourism sector and the sale of food, drinks and clothing with batik motifs and pictures of walingsanga. The limitation in the research is in terms of data collection which only uses previous literature, so it is recommended for further research, to collect data directly into the field.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss strategies for fostering a sense of tolerance in the midst of the diversity of the people of Cisantana Cigugur-Kuningan village. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. This type of research data is qualitative data that does not use numerical statistics. The data source in this study uses secondary data sources obtained from journals, documents and articles related to the topic to be studied. Data collection techniques in this study included literature study, through journals, articles, letter magazines, and the internet. This study explains how to foster tolerance in each individual. Cisantana Village is a village that has a variety of religions embraced by its people, namely Islam, Catholicism, ADS (Djawa-Sundanese Religion), and a number of people who adhere to Hinduism and Buddhism. Even though people differ in their beliefs, they live side by side in harmony. However, as time goes by, recently there has been a conflict between Islam and the adherent religion, due to differences of opinion. Therefore, in maintaining harmony, tolerance needs to be cultivated in each individual, so that the harmony and calm that has been established for a long time will get stronger.

Abstract

This study aims to collect data that rationalizes the reasons for pragmatism in friendship patterns at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon after college, daring with field data on senior students in today's reality. This study used a qualitative method by applying open interview techniques to senior students. The primary source is the result of a literature study related to the notion of pragmatism through online journals. The results and discussion show that some students recognize friendship because of benefits or interests. In other words, pragmatism has been embraced by most students. This is reasonable, because the concept of using philosophy is actually a way of perceiving, thinking, and acting that is honorably experienced by every human being. Some students seem to dissect in advance what is the advantage or benefit for them, unlike the pragmatism developed by John Dewey. This research resulted in the conclusion that pragmatism towards reality is quite massively carried out by various groups, especially students of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, regardless of whether pragmatism is realized or not.
