Abstract

Abstract– The aims of the study were to analyze the factors that influence the online purchase decision, such as cash on delivery service, consumer online rating, and review. This study took 100 samples by using the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results showed that 1) there was a significant and positive effect of cash on delivery service on the online purchase decision partially, 2) consumer online rating and review had a significant and positive effect on the online purchase decision partially, 3) there was the significant and positive effect of cash on delivery service, consumer online rating, and review on the online purchase decision simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan baik omzet maupun profit usaha kuliner selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan populasi adalah usaha kuliner di Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara Kabupaten Kotabaru Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 usaha kuliner. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan baik omzet maupun profit yang diperoleh pelaku usaha kuliner dalam bentuk rata-rata penurunan omzet dan profit antara sebelum dan saat terjadi Pandemi COVID-19. Keywords:  Pendemi; COVID-19; Usaha Kuliner

Abstract

The aims of the study were to analyze the factors that influence the intention of entrepreneurship among students, such as educational support, relational support, personal attitudes and behavioral control factors. This study took a sample of 60 students by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a partial significant influence of educational support on students' entrepreneurship intention but had a negative causality pattern, the effect was -36.3%, 2) relational support had a positive causality pattern, but did not have a significant partial effect on students’ entrepreneurship intention, the effect was 12.7%, 3) there was a partial and positive significant effect, personal attitudes on students’ entrepreneurship intention and has the most dominant effect than other independent variables with a significant effect was 39.8%, 4) there was a significant effect and partially positive, behavioral control on students’ entrepreneurship intention with a signifikcant effect was 30.0%.

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 2) to analyze the significant effect of job characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 3) to analyze the significant effect of organizational characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 4) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employees’ performance simultaneously. The types of research was causal research. The populations were employees at PT. Trans Nusantara Borneo (TNB), with 30 peoples as samples in this research and sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of research showed that individual characteristics have insignificant effect on employees’ performance partially. Job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance partially. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap omzet, profit, permodalan, distribusi produk dan bahan baku UMKM di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 8.158 UMKM di Kotabaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 UMKM yang didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Lameshow. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan omzet dan profit yang diperoleh UMKM dalam bentuk rata-rata penurunan omzet dan profit antara sebelum dan saat terjadi Pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Kotabaru, 2) UMKM cukup mengalami kesulitan dalam perputaran permodalan, rantai pasok bahan baku dan distribusi produk selama Pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Kotabaru.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze the significant and positive effect of technology acceptance factor, website service quality, specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially and simultaneously. The population were Polytechnic of Kotabaru students with 95 people as the samples by purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) there was no significant effect technology acceptance factors on customers’ loyalty partially but has a positive effect, 2) there was negative and no significant effect website service quality on customers’ loyalty partially, 3) there was positive and significant effect specific holdup cost on customers’ loyalty partially, 4) there were positive and significant effect on technology acceptance factors, website service quality, specific holdup cost simultaneously.

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 2) to analyze the significant effect of job characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 3) to analyze the significant effect of organizational characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 4) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employees’ performance simultaneously.The types of research was causal research. Abstract

Community Partnership Stimulus Program of Clothing Tailor Group in Sungai Bali Village, Sebuku Island District, Kotabaru Regency, South Kalimantan Province The problems faced by partners are: 1) Equipment and production equipment are still limited so that it takes a long time to fulfill large orders; 2) The equipment and production equipment are still very simple, which hinders the production process; 3) Inadequate place for display and stock storage; 4) The partner has never made a business financial report so that the partner cannot measure the development of his business so far; 5) Marketing is still very limited and passive where buying and selling is only waiting for the buyer to come to the house; 6) Promotional activities have never been carried out so that the product is only known to the community in the village; 7) The absence of a business name board so that prospective buyers from other villages is difficult to find partner business places. This community service program aimed to help partners overcome problems in the aspects of production and business management. The method or approach applied was discussion, training, mentoring, and adding the business equipment and equipment to motivate partners to achieve business success. The results and outcomes achieved were 1) Partners received additional production equipment such as portable electric sewing machines, new manual sewing machines, and storefront cabinets for product stock storage and name boards/signs; 2) Partners got training and assistance in making notes or financial reports, marketing management, and business correspondence; and 3) Partners could improve skills, product quality, product quantity, product types, production capacity, assets, and business income.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on MSME turnover, profit, capital, product distribution and raw materials in Kotabaru Regency. This study carried out using a quantitative method with the type of case study with the population of MSMEs in Kotabaru. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling with a total sample of 385 MSMEs obtained based on Lameshow’s formula. The collecting data in this study used observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the study showed that 1) there were significant difference in turnover and profit got by MSMEs in the form of an average decrease in turnover and profit between before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Kotabaru Regency, 2) MSMEs were quite experiencing difficulties in capital turnover, supply chain of raw materials and distribution of during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Kotabaru Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang terdiri dari layanan cash on delivery, consumer online rating dan review. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis causal research. Penelitian ini mengambil 100 sampel yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik sampling incidental. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statisitik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif layanan cash on delivery terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial, 2) consumer online rating dan review memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif layanan cash on delivery, consumer online rating dan review terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan.
