Abstract

This paper aims to examine the application of strategic analysis with the TIROCA (Tangible Asset, Intangible Asset, and Organisational Capability) model as a basis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a company, namely, PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk. (PT SPINDO, Tbk.). The company is one of the steel pipe manufacturers in Indonesia. The company has the largest production capacity in Indonesia and has experience in producing various kinds of steel pipes / tubes and various other related products. The company is one of the largest steel pipe manufacturers with the largets production capacity in Indonesia. The paper used a case study research method in order to explore the strategic strengths and weaknesses of the company through its: tangible asset, intangible asset, and organisational capability. The results of the study show the company's superiority come from the following three-resources: (1) tangible resources are derived from the sophistication of machinery and factory equipment; (2) intangible resources are generated from the innovation and creativity of the firm’s HR in creating various products; and (3) organizational capability resources derived from the firm’s competencies and skills in managing product development and the ability to recruit HR.

Abstract

Online buying and selling activities on the Facebook platform specifically for residents of Grand Cikarang City housing under the name of the Online Market group "Pasar Khusus COD Grand Cikarang City". With the development of online buying and selling, various kinds of risks arise that will haunt users, especially buyers, such as fraud, the obscurity of goods (gharar), incompatibility of goods and prices that reach the hands of the consumers, and so on. The purpose of this study is to find out the mechanism of buying and selling online in special groups on the Facebook platform and to find out the harmonization of Sharia Economic Law with buying and selling online in special market groups on the Facebook platform. The research method used in this research is a descriptive research method with qualitative data types. The results obtained in this study can be concluded that the implementation of online buying and selling in special groups on the Facebook platform uses a salam contract. There are cases where there is often uncertainty in terms of goods, prices, and the lack of certainty for the buyer to return the goods.

Abstract

Abstract. Technological developments in the world of banking impact the convenience of transactions for customers. Mainly when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, which resulted in limiting activities in the community to reduce the chain of transmission. This is in line with the people's choice to conduct remote transactions during a pandemic. In addition, the bank will receive a fee based on the results of services provided to customers and also as a source of income other than interest income. This study aims to determine the growth in the number of e-banking transactions and fee-based income and the effect of the number of e-banking transactions and fee-based income on return on assets (ROA) partially or simultaneously. This study uses data from the annual reports of commercial bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. A sampling of this research object used a purposive sampling technique, so that 8 banks fit the research criteria. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics, panel data regression and hypothesis testing using the Eviews 12 application. The results show that partially, the number of e-banking transactions and fee-based income does not affect Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously, the number of e-banking transactions and fee-based income affects Return on Assets (ROA). Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi di dunia perbankan berdampak pada kemudahan dalam bertransaksi bagi nasabah. Apalagi saat terjadi pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan pembatasan kegiatan pada masyarakat untuk mengurangi rantai penularan. Hal ini sejalan dengan pilihan masyarakat yang melakukan transaksi jarak jauh saat pandemi. Selain itu, bagi bank akan mendapatkan fee based dari hasil jasa layanan yang diberikan kepada nasabah dan juga sebagai sumber pendapatan selain pendapatan bunga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan jumlah transaksi e-banking dan fee based income serta mengetahui pengaruh jumlah transaksi e-banking dan fee based income terhadap return on asset (ROA) secara parsial maupun simultan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data dari laporan tahunan perusahaan bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Pengambilan sampel objek penelitian ini meggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga terdapat 8 bank yang sesuai kriteria penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, regresi data panel dan uji hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, jumlah transaksi e-banking dan fee based income tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Sedangkan secara simultan, jumlah transaksi e-banking dan fee based income berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset (ROA).

Abstract

Abstract. The current generation in Indonesia is more modern, previously known as the older generation and the younger generation based on the year of birth. Now the generation in Indonesia is dominated by generation Z as evidenced by the highest percentage, namely 27.94%, the second is the millennial generation of 25.87%, the third generation of X is 21.88%, the fourth generation of Baby Boomers is 11.56%, and Post generation Z with the least percentage of 10.88%. With the characteristics of generation Z, there are many skills that need to be possessed by generation Z, one of which is managing personal finances. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal finance generation Z in Bandung City Colleges. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with data analysis techniques using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 669,193.5 people, while the number of samples obtained was 180 Z generations at Bandung City Colleges. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to generation Z at Bandung City Higher Education. The results showed that financial literacy has a partially significant effect on personal finance, lifestyle has a partial significant effect on personal finance, and simultaneously financial literacy and lifestyle have an effect on personal finance for generation Z in Bandung City Colleges. Abstrak. Generasi di Indonesia sekarang sudah lebih modern yang sebelumnya dikenal dengan generasi tua dan generasi muda berdasarkan tahun kelahiran. Kini generasi di Indonesia didominasi oleh generasi Z yang dibuktikan dari jumlah persentasi terbanyak yaitu 27,94%, yang kedua ada generasi milenial sebanyak 25,87%, yang ketiga generasi X sebanyak 21,88%, keempat generasi Baby Boomer sebanyak 11,56%, dan Post generasi Z dengan persentase paling sedikit yaitu 10,88%. Dengan karakterisik generasi Z sekarang banyak keterampilan yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi Z salah satunya adalah dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pegaruh financial literacy dan lifestyle terhadap personal finance generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motode deskriptif verifikatid dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 669.193,5 jiwa, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 180 generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan mengebarkan kuesioner kepada generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bnadung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh siginifikan secara pasial terhadap personal finance, lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap personal finance, dan secara simultan financial literacy dan lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap personal finance generasi Z di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Bandung.

Abstract

People in Indonesia are already involved with the internet and involve it in their lives. Referring to these conditions, it provides an opportunity for Financial Technology to develop in Indonesia, especially Sharia FinTech, because the majority of the population is Muslim. One of the implementations is digital zakat payments. However, there are still pros and cons because the implementation of digital zakat must follow sharia principles. Some say that digital zakat makes it easy for muzakki because they can pay zakat wherever and whenever and according to the current lifestyle of society. Indonesia, which is dominated by Millennials at a productive age, can be the right target for implementing digital zakat. The development of digital zakat in Indonesia is quite good because there are currently many digital zakat platforms so that people can easily choose. The method used in this study is bibliometric analysis using vosviewer, with the aim of seeing how far digital zakat has developed in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore deeper conceptually about crowdfunding as alternative funding according to Islamic principles. There are still limitations to looking for similar research, so this research will be fundamental to study, especially for business actors or investors who want to take part in a halal business and have a high social value. Based on published studies and indexed by Scopus, this research is based on bibliometric research to see the conceptual development of Islamic crowdfunding. The bibliometric approach to reviews has gained popularity due to several factors, including the introduction of software, cross-disciplinary methods, and increased ability to handle large volumes of data. The results showed that the development of literature on Islam Crowdfunding as alternative Islamic funding had made rapid progress in recent years. The existence of public awareness of social values and welfare is one of the factors that support the success of Islamic crowdfunding. Crowdfunding is beneficial for funding companies. It dramatically facilitates investors in getting access to information related to the distribution of funds that must be done as well as from the side of the return of funds.

Abstract

Abstract. The fair price or intrinsic price is stock price of a company. Basically, intrinsic price is the estimated value or estimated value of a stock that is calculated based on the risk with wich it is taken. If the stock price is above fair value, it means that the stock is expensive and if it is sold below fair value, it means that the stock is cheap. The objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the intrinsic value or fair price of shares in the coal mining industry that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2022. The problems that are formulated in this study are as follows: (1) how to calculate the fair price of shares in the coal mining industry using the Benjamin Graham method? (2) how are the fair price recommendation of shares in the coal mining industry incorporated in IDX High Deviden 20 using the Benjamin Graham method. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Based on the purposive sampling criteria, 4 companies in the coal mining sector were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the 2022 High Dividend Index, namely PT. Bukit Asam Tbk, PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk, PT. Adaro Energi Tbk., and PT. Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk. The final results of the analysis of the fair price of shares in the coal mining sector using the Benjamin Graham method show that of the 4 sample companies used, 4 of these companies are undervalued, namely PTBA, ITMG, ADRO, and BSSR companies. This condition indicates that the shares are worth buying. Abstrak. Harga wajar atau harga intrinsik merupakan harga saham sebuah perusahaan. Pada dasarnya harga intrinsik adalah nilai estimasi atau perkiraan nilai saham yang dihitung berdasarkan resiko dengan pengambilannya. Jika harga saham diatas nilai wajar artinya saham tersebut mahal dan jika dijual dibawah nilai wajarnya artinya saham tersebut murah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris nilai intrinsic atau harga wajar saham pada sector pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut yaitu : (1) Bagaimana menentukan harga wajar saham pada sektor pertambangan batubara dengan menggunakan metode Benjamin Graham ? (2) Bagaimana rekomendasi harga wajar saham paa sektor pertambangan batubara yang tergabung dalam IDX High Deviden 20 dengan menggunakan metode Benjamin Graham. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan kriteria dengan purposive sampling diperoleh sebanyak 4 perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan Index High Deviden 20 tahun 2022 yaitu, PT . Bukit Asam Tbk, PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk, PT. Adaro Energi Tbk., dan PT. Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk. Hasil akhir dari analisis harga wajar saham pada sektor pertambangan batubara dari metode Benjamin Graham menunjukkan dari 4 sample perusahaan yang digunakan, 4 perusahaan tersebut dalam kondisi undervalued yaitu perusahaan PTBA, ITMG, ADRO, dan BSSR. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa saham-saham tersebut layak untuk dibeli.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of self-control and self-reward on the personal financial management of generation Z people in RW 12 Dago Village, Coblong district, Bandung City. Researchers use multiple linear regression analysis techniques using quantitative approaches. The population selected in this study is generation Z community in Rw 12 Dago Village, Coblong District, Bandung City. With the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and obtained the number of research samples as many as 79 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The classical assumption test used in this study are normality test, multicollinear test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. In addition, there are two statistical test in this study, namely the t test and the F test. The result of this study are: there is a positive relationship between self-control of personal financial management which is included in the strong/high category. There is a negative relationship between self-reward and personal financial management which is included in the strong/high category. There is a simultaneous influence between self-control and self-reward on personal financial management. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh kontrol diri dan self reward terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi masyarakat generasi Z di wilayah RW 12 Kelurahan Dago, Kecamatan Coblong, Kota Bandung. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat generasi Z di wilayah RW 12 Kelurahan Dago, Kecamatan Coblong, Kota Bandung. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 79responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Adapun uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinear, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Selai itu, terhadap dua uji statistik dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: terdapat hubungan posistif antara kontrol diri dan pengelolaan keuangan pribadi yang termasuk kategori kuat/ting. Terdapat hubungan negatif antara self-reward terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi yang termasuk kategori kuat/tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kontrol diri dan self-reward terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.
