Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of leadership on the work commitments of teachers of State Islamic Junior High School of Medan City, (2) The influence of work teams on the work commitments of Teachers of State Islamic Junior High School of Medan City, (3) The effect of decision making on the work commitments of Teachers of State Islamic Junior High School of Medan City. The research method is path analysis which aims to obtain the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables of research. The subjects of the study were Teachers of State Islamic Junior High School of Medan City. With a total sample of 155 people. Sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling techniques. The path analysis research method aims to test the theory and obtain information about the research. Based on hypothesis testing it can be concluded: (1) there is an influence of leadership on teacher work commitments (2) there is an influence of work teams on teacher work commitments (3) there is an influence of decision making on teacher work commitments. These three variables have an impact on the formation of teacher work commitments of 48.5%. Efforts to establish teacher work commitments are determinants in educational institutions. Teachers who have a strong commitment to work and the institution will make it work more professionally and without pressure. For this reason, systematic and sustainable efforts are needed to form teacher work commitments. Keywords: Leadership, Team Work, Decision making, Teachers’ Work Commitment

Abstract

Lisik adalah singkatan dari lima pilar kebijakan internal RA Al Hijrah Badrul Ulum, yakni Leadership, Ikhlas, Solid, Integritas dan Komunikatif. Penamaan lisik, didasarkan pada ungkapan bahasa Gayo yang berarti rajin. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa program lisik dan aspek harmonisasi sivitas lembaga dalam menciptakan iklim belajar kondusif di RA Al Hijrah Badrul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara secara langsung dan melalui WhatsApp, serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, display data dan menarik simpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh dari teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan internal Kepala RA Al Hijrah Badrul Ulum dengan konsep lisik mampu menciptakan iklim belajar kondusif, hal ini ditandai melalui keselarasan temuan dan teori belajar efektif (kondusif) Gilbert H. Hunt, (1) harmonisasi antar warga RA, (2) kesadaran dalam mendidik anak sebagai amanah Allah swt.; dan (3) pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif

Abstract

Dampak adanya covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat luar biasa bagi masyarakat karena dampaknya menyerang berbagai aspek mulai kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan terkena imbasnya. Di satu sisi banyak masyarakat yang cenderung acuh dengan adanya covid-19 sehingga penyebarannya makin meluas dan penderita covid-19 selalu mengalami kenaikan, disinilah peranan mahasiswa KNN-DR 81 Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara dalam memberikan edukasi dalam pembuatan handsanitizer dan disenfektan dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar selalu menjaga diri sendiri dan orang-orang sekitar dari bahaya covid-19 serta mengurangi dan menekan jumlah penambahan masyarakat yang positif covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan cara observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka (yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal-jurnal). Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat memiliki pemahaman betapa pentingnya menjaga kesehatan agar terhindar dari covid-19, dan dengan kesadaran yang dimiliki masyarakat penulis berharap ini akan mampu mengurangi peningkatan jumlah masyarakat yang positif covid-19.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) the positive and significant contribution of students 'learning habits to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, (2) the positive and significant contribution of students' interest in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, and (3) positive and significant contributions. between study habits and student interest in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education.  The results of the research are: (1) there is a positive and significant contribution of study habits to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of SMP Muhammadiyah 49 Medan. This means that the higher and more positive the study habits, the higher and more positive the student learning outcomes by providing an effective contribution of 9.90%, (2) there is a positive and significant contribution between interest in learning and the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of SMP Muhammadiyah 49 Medan. This means that the higher and more positive the interest in learning, the higher and more positive the learning outcomes by providing an effective contribution of 20.00%, and (3) there is a positive and significant contribution together between study habits and interest in learning with learning outcomes of Religious Education. Islamic students of SMP Muhammadiyah 49 Medan. This means that the higher and more positive the study habits and interest in learning, the higher and more positive the learning outcomes by providing an effective contribution of 30.20%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing think pair share cooperative learning strategies and learning interest on learning outcomes of Islamic  Education. This research method is a quasi experiment. The study population was all grade V students spread over 3 classes. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used was two-way analysis of variance in the α = 0.05 test. The results showed: (1) the average learning outcomes of students taught with the TPS learning strategy were higher than the average learning outcomes of students taught with expository learning strategies, (2) the average learning outcomes of Islamic Education for students with high learning interest  were higher than those for students with low learning interest, and (3) there is an interaction between learning strategies and interest in learning.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) the different effect between colaborrative and competitive instructional strategy toward Islamic Education achievement, (2) the difference of the Islamic Education achievement between  student with high learning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3)  the interaction between instructional  strategy and learning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement. The instrument used to measure the Islamic Education achievement was a multiple choice test. The instrument used to measure the students’ learning motivation was questionnaire.  The normality test used Liliefors and the homogeneity test was Fisher test and Bartlett test. The data analysis technique was Analysis of Variance with two-way at the level of significance a = 0,05 followed by Scheffe test.  The research findings were: (1) on average the students’ Islamic Education achievement taught with colaborrative instructional strategy was = 28.14 which was higher than the average the  students’ Islamic Education achievement taught with competitive instructional strategy, which was = 27.07 with F count = 35.08 > Ftable = 3.96,  (2) on average the student’ Islamic Education achievement with high learning motivatione was = 29.91, which was higher than the student’ Islamic Education achievement with low learning motivation was = 26.05 with F count = 4.28 > F table = 3.96, and (3) there was an interaction between instructional strategy and learning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement with F count =  9,94 > F table= 3.96.

Abstract

The research study aims to identify and describe: (1) the effect of implementing learning strategies on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan, (2) the influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan, and (3) interaction. between learning strategies and learning motivation on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students of SMP Negeri 4 Medan. The population was all students of class VII SMPN 4 Medan consisting of 11 classes. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and tests. Testing for normality using Liliefors and homogeneity testing using Fisher and Bartlett. The data analysis technique is a two-way analysis of variance at α = 0.05 .The results showed: (1) there is an effect of the application of learning strategies on learning outcomes of learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education, this is evident from the results of statistical tests which show Fcount = 4.35 > Ftable 3.96, (2) there is an effect of learning motivation on the results. learning Islamic Religious Education, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fcount = 5.14 > Ftable 3.96, and (3) there is an interaction between learning strategies and learning motivation, this is evident from statistical testing which shows Fcount = 104.36 > Ftable 3,96.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the learning outcomes of students who are taught by problem-based learning strategies and student learning outcomes taught by expository learning. (2) Knowing the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History students who have high logical thinking skills and students who have low logical thinking skills, and (3) Knowing the interaction between learning strategies and students' logical thinking abilities on learning outcomes of IslamicCultural History. This study used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study were all students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Aceh Tamiang which consisted of three parallel classes, namely class XII1, XII2, XII3. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The data collection technique is done by testing. The finding of the research showed that: (1) The learning outcomes of students who were taught the history of Islamic culture with problem-based learning ( = 28) were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using expository strategies ( = 26.97), with F count = 29.56 > F table = 3,968 (2) Students' learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History based on high logical thinking skills ( = 30) were higher than low logical thinking skills ( = 26.06), with F count = 4.47 > F table = 3,968 (3 ) there is an interaction between the learning strategy and the ability to think logically on the learning outcomes of students' Islamic Cultural History. The statistic is found to be 9.88 > F table = 3.968.

Abstract

Di Indonesia guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting karena mereka merupakan sesorang yang memiliki peranan dalam membimbing generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, dalam hal tersebut diperlukan pembinaan guru yang di Indonesia dengan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia membutuhkan dukungan dan inventasi yang kuat. Dalam upaya menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang cerdas dan berdaya saing tinggi dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju dan semakin canggih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru professional dalam mengoptimalkan dalam kelas sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dmiliki serta dapat pula untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa jenis varietas tomat dataran rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Desember 2017 hingga 23 Februari 2018 yang berlokasi di Desa Tumpak Sari, Nguter, Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada ketinggian 104 meter di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama: Variasi permata (T1); Varietas Tantyna (T2), faktor kedua: kotoran sapi (K1); kotoran kambing (K2); kotoran ayam (K3). Analisis data menggunakan uji F pada level 5% dan 1% dengan varians, dan jika ada perbedaan yang signifikan, dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan 5% dan 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berbagai jenis pupuk kandang secara signifikan mempengaruhi jumlah bunga per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, dan pengaruhnya terhadap umur berbunga, berat buah per tanaman dan volume buah per tanaman. Perlakuan berbagai varietas secara signifikan mempengaruhi jumlah bunga per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, dan pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah buah dan volume tanaman. Interaksi antara varietas dataran rendah dan perlakuan pupuk kandang memiliki efek yang sangat signifikan terhadap volume buah perkebunan dan tidak berbeda pada jumlah tanaman, terutama ketika berbunga, jumlah buah yang ditanam, berat tanaman. Kata kunci: Organik, Dataran Rendah, Tomat, Pupuk Kandang
