Abstract

Penelitian aspek biologi ikan butini (Glossogobius matanensis) di Danau Towuti, Sulawesi Selatan dilakukan sejak Maret 2002 sampai April 2004 dengan menggunakan contoh yang diambil dengan eksperimental jaring insang (ukuran mata jaring ¾, 1, 1¼, dan 1½ inci). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibeberapa aspek biologi yang meliputi tingkat kematangan gonad, indeks somatik gonad, fekunditas, diameter telur dan kebiasaan makanan. Kematangan gonad diduga secara morfologi, dan fekunditas dihitung secara gravimetrik. Isi lambung diamati dengan menggunakan mikroskop pembesaran 50 kali. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui nisbah kelamin (J/B), indeks somatik gonad (GSI), Indeks isi lambung (ISC), indeks kesukaan (IP) dan indeks similaritas. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa ikan butini yang tertangkap terdiri atas 193 jantan dan 219 betina. Nilai nisbah kelamin bervariasi, namun secara umum tidak berbeda nyata dengan 1:1 (α = 0.05).Musim pemijahan diduga sekitar Maret-April dan Oktober-desember, dengan puncak sekitar Maret dan November. Fekunditas berkisar antara 20 667–178 133. Diameter telur berkisar antara 0.04 sampai 0.65 mm. Berdasarkan pola distribusi diduga pola pemijahan ikan ini adalah pemijah sebagian-sebagian. Nilai ISC ikan butini berdasarkan bulan pengambilan contoh berkisar antara 0.02-2.93% (jantan) dan 0.02- 3.20 (betina), dan keduanya diperkirakan lebih aktif mencari makan pada bulan April dan Oktober. Berdasarkan nilai IP, makanan utama ikan butini adalah udang baik pada ikan jantan (77.54%) maupun betina (68.74%). Berdasarkan Indeks similaritas, jenis makanan ikan butini jantan dan betina adalah serupa (0.91).Kata kunci: kematangan gonad, kebiasaan makan, ikan butini, danau Towuti, Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Lowongan kerja merupakan informasi tentang kebutuhan tenaga kerja khususnya untuk orang yang tidak mempunyai pekerjaan atau sedang mencari pekerjaan yang disertai dengan keahlian dan syarat-syarat khusus. Berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis di Politeknik TEDC Bandung diperoleh informasi bahwa jumlah alumni Program Studi (Prodi) Teknik Informatika tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2015 yaitu sebanyak 470 lulusan, lulusan yang mengisi tracer study baru sekitar 8% sementara alumni yang sudah bekerja banyak yang tidak mengisi tracer study. Sementara Sistem Informasi terkait pencarian lowongan kerja untuk alumni hanya tersedia di papan pengumuman atau di grup facebook. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut dari sekian banyak alumni Prodi Teknik Informatika Politeknik TEDC Bandung dan banyaknya mitra kerja dengan perusahaan/penyedia lowongan pekerjaan maka diperlukan sistem yang dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola informasi lowongan pekerjaan. Sistem ini dibuat penulis dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk mempercepat alumni Prodi Teknik Informatika Politeknik TEDC Bandung dalam memperoleh informasi lowongan kerja. Sistem Informasi Pencarian Lowongan Pekerjaan yang berbasis Web dibangun dengan waterfall model. Sistem informasi dirancang berdasarkan analisis kondisi eksisting untuk memperoleh user requirements sebagai dasar dalam membangun aplikasi yang diusulkan (proposed). Implementasi (coding) dan terakhir pengujian kepada sejumlah responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji sistem informasi lowongan kerja untuk alumni berbasis web yang dirancang secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemakai (90%) atau dengan nila rata-rata 4.5 (rentan nilai 1 s.d 5).

Abstract

Annona is a genus belongs to Annonaceae family, consisting of numerous species that produce edible fruit.   Four species namely A. glabra, A. montana, A. muricata and A. squamosa collections of Purwodadi Botanic Garden  were recorded for its flowering and fruiting times, since November 2010 to April 2013. The data were scored and complemented with climate data (temperature, rainfall intensity, humidity) then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The result showed that humidity was the most affected climate factors on the flowering and fruiting times of those species.  Specifically, rainfall intensity (0-550 mm) affected to  Annona muricata, temperature (25,56-28,33 °C) and humidity (66,83-85,02%) to  Annona squamosa, and  humidity to  A. glabra (71,62-85,02% )  and  A. montana (71,62 to 82,94 %) as well. Flowering time of A. glabra occurs three times a year in wet and dry, and fruiting occurs twice a year in the same month. Annona muricata is flowering throughout the year and fruiting twice a year in wet. A. montana and A. squamosa recorded one a year during the wet month.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of religious character education in madrasa. In this connection, this study aims to determine the implementation of religious character education at MIN 3 Purworejo. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data uses triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing. This study produces the following conclusions. (1) The values ​​that are internalized in shaping the religious character of students in MIN 3 Purworejo namely Religious, Honest, Tolerance, Discipline, Hard Work, Creative, Independent, Democratic, Curiosity, National Spirit, Love Homeland, Respect Achievements, Friendly / Communicative, Love Peace, Love to Read, Care for the Environment, and Care for Social, and Responsibility; (2) How to instill the values ​​of religious character education in MIN 3 Purworejo namely by: (a) Integrating religious character through the learning process, and through school extracurricular activities, as well as through the involvement of students directly or with giving motivation. (b) Values ​​and Morality Modeling, where the principal of the madrasa, all teachers and employees are the models for others. All madrasa citizens realize that their behavior becomes a model for the character of students. Therefore, all madrasa citizens always try to be careful in their behavior and speaking in front of students. (c) Facilitating values ​​and morality, where this is done by providing opportunities for students to solve problems related to activities in madrasah. The principal, teachers, and employees always listen seriously to the complaints and suggestions of students.

Abstract

Most adolescent have problems in the quality of sleep caused by fatigue as a result of irregular physicalactivity. This research to determine the relationship between physical activity with sleep quality for femalestudents at “Darul Hijrah Puteri” Islamic Boarding School. The design of this study was analytic surveywith cross sectional approach design. The study population was 484 female students. Cluster randomsampling is a technique used in sampling so that 243 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed usingChi-Square test. The instrumentxof thisxstudy usedxaxquestionnaire. The results showed (p-value = 0. 384>0.05) that there was no relationship between physical activity and sleep quality in female students of theDarul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in Martapura. There are several factors affect sleep quality, so thephysical activity cannot be the only factor for causing sleep quality problems.
