Abstract

Fish landing place of  Labuhanhaji is a place that support the economy of marine in fishiness south Aceh District. Fish landing place of Labuhanhaji is a fishiness port Type D that fu fill local resident needs. The development of PPI’s Labuhanhaji is guide well because of its strategies photon  and abundant of its resources. Besides, it is supported by current transports from south Aceh District to other place as North Sumatera. The goal of this research is to understand Condon and utilization rate of the PPI. The research benefits is to give input and consider to in future development. Data is analyzed  by technical utilization rate, and SWOT analyzes. The result is 26,14 %. For berth, 112,41 % to TPI 533,37 % port asin and 41 % to the depth of pot basin   Kata Kunci : Fish landing Harbors, The Condition of facility, capacity.

Abstract

Abstrak Kanker mammae merupakan jenis neoplasma ganas yang menyerang jaringan mammae, yang dapat dipicu oleh agen karsinogenik DMBA (dimethyl benz (α) anthracene). Kanker mammae akibat induksi DMBA mempunyai kemungkinan untuk menyebar ke organ lain seperti ovarium. Peningkatan jumlah ROS secara sistemik dapat menimbulkan kondisi stress oksidatif pada ovarium, hal ini memicu makrofag untuk mengaktivasi sitokin proinflamatori, yaitu IL-1 dan COX-2 untuk menimbulkan reaksi inflamasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi kombinasi kurkumin dengan vitamin E dalam menurunkan ekspresi IL-1 dan COX-2 pada ovarium tikus model kanker mammae yang diinduksi oleh DMBA. Pembuatan hewan model kanker mammae dilakukan dengan induksi DMBA dosis 10 mg/kg BB dan estrogen dosis 20.000 IU/kg BB. Penelitian ini dibagi dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (KN), kontrol positif (KP), perlakuan satu (P1) terapi dengan kurkumin 48mg/kg BB dan vitamin E 300 IU/ekor, perlakuan dua (P2) dosis 72mg/kg BB dan 200 IU/ekor, dan perlakuan tiga (P3) dosis 108mg/kg BB dan 100 IU/ekor. Ekspresi IL-1 dan COX-2 diamati dengan Imunohistokimia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji ANOVA, karena terdapat perbedaan nyata hasil antar perlakuan, maka dilakukan uji Tukey (α<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terapi kombinasi kurkumin dan vitamin E pada tikus kanker mammae mampu menurunkan ekspresi IL-1 sebesar 60% dan COX-2 sebesar 43% secara signifikan dengan dosis efektif kurkumin 108 mg/kg BB dan vitamin E 100 IU/ekor.   Kata kunci : Kanker Mammae, Ovarium, DMBA, IL-1, COX-2, Kurkumin, Vitamin E

Abstract

The aims of this research was to determine the density level of lumbal vertebrae on ovariectomized rats administered with Cissus qudrangula Salisb stem extract with various doses. In this research twelve female rats were randomizedly divided into 4 groups with 3 treatment repetition. K1-groups were ovariectomized rats without Cissus quadrangula Salisb trunct extract administration; K2, K3, and K4, were ovariectomized and given with Cissus quadrangula Salisb extract  with 500 mg/kg/Bw, 700 mg/kg/Bw, and 900 mg/kg/Bw as doses perday for 30 days. On day-31, rats were euthanized using chloroform and the os lumbal-5 were collected, followed with histological preparations. Research parameters were the density of active osteoblasts, passive osteoblasts, and osteoclasts. The results showed that the damage in K1 was clearly marked with the high number of osteoclasts, K2 and K3 indicate lower osteoclasts levels than K1 and had repaired bone structure characterized with active cuboidal shaped  osteoblast  activity and passive flat shaped osteoblasts and K4 showed increasing  level of active osteoblasts. The administration of Cissus quadrangula Salisb stem extract at 900 mg/kg/bw for 30 days showed bone repair due to ovariectomy indicated with high level of active osteoblasts.
