Abstract

Basically, from year to year, business always develops. This is what makes a transformational leader needed to be able to face the demands of the ever-changing market. This study itself discusses transportation service companies in Indonesia that have undergone massive changes and adjusted to market needs. One of the things that affects this is the learning orientation of the Institute as well as creative self-efficacy and work creativity. The purpose of this study proves that employee creativity encourages the organization to develop. This study uses the SmartPLS analysis method as analysis. The test results prove that Transformational Leadership has an impact on employee creativity in this company. In addition, why learning orientation has less impact on employee creativity is also explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of human resource issues in MSMEs. Human Resources at MSMEs are interesting because the more advanced times companies and organizations are required to continue to develop and innovate cannot be separated from the MSMEs themselves. The leadership style is one of the points in the company to develop. Not only the culture of the organization or company also has a link to building learning in the organization which will have an impact on the performance of employees in this company. This research is a qualitative method which is carried out in MSMEs in the East Java region. Researchers used survey methods and in-depth interviews in the data analysis process. In testing the validity of the data, the author uses the data triangulation technique from resource persons compared to other informants. Meanwhile, data analysis was performed using the classical assumption test. This research is expected to find the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

Global warming that occurs, one of which can not be separated from the garbage that is thrown away by people carelessly and they are not fully aware of the dangers of the waste. Even though the waste has been disposed of in its place, then transported by the cleaning staff to the Final Disposal Site and without any follow-up handling it will also be dangerous. Examples of organic waste that mixes with the environment such as in the soil, then decomposes will cause methane gas which can thicken the layer of the greenhouse effect. Then what about non-organic waste, such as plastic, rubber, yarn, to metal, which also have a very polluting impact on the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to follow up the handling of waste, especially household waste (SRT) in the community. The service team this time used a bottom up system to solve partner problems. In addition to using the system, the canvas business is also used as a solution to solve this problem. The results of the service show that with the implementation of the health protocol, the economic activities carried out by partners gradually improve and can run with strict and regular protocols.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi bagaimanapun bentuk serta tujuan organisasi dibuat berdasarkan berbagai visi untuk kepentingan manusia dan dalam pelaksanaan misinya dikelola dan diurus oleh manusia. Oleh karena itu, manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam seluruh kegiatan institusi/organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Terhadap Paramedis Medis Rumah Sakit Al-Rohmah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Al-Rohmah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan metode survei menggunakan kuisoner. Dari hasil analisis penelitian ini dapat dilihat seberapa besar pengaruh indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja paramedis  Rumah Sakit Al-Rohmah, diketahui juga pengaruh secara individu variabel bebas Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Pada Kinerja Paramedis Rumah Sakit Al-Rohmah, dan diketahui juga salah satu indikator variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja paramedis Rumah Sakit Al-Rohmah. Abstract

The research focused on the role of work-life balance to mediate the effect of work autonomy and workload on female workers’ job satisfaction, particularly in the banking sector. By applying quantitative approach and data collection, the research used questionnaire to 100 female workers in the banking sector in Malang city, East Java, and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results show that workload has a significant effect on work-life balance. Work autonomy, workload, and work-life balance have a direct and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Nevertheless, the research highlights the importance of managing work-life balance especially for female workers related to high workload and less autonomy for their job satisfaction in the banking sector especially in Malang.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pertama, Ikatan Pengusaha ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS) adalah pengembangan pada jumlah produksi yang harus ditingkatkan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil observasi, juga diketahui bahwa produsen susu IPAS sudah memiliki beberapa jenis produk susu yang dapat dikembangkan. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra juga terkait dengan produk olahan yang memiliki kemasan yang kurang menarik yang membuat tim pengabdi merasa itu menjadi salah satu permasalah yang dialami oleh mitra padahal produk mereka sudah banyak dikenal dipasar namun kapasitas produksi mereka juga masih kecil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pengusaha susu yang berada di IPAS adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengembangkan rebranding produk sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih di masyarakat. Metode implementasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Pemberian pelatihan terkait dengan peningkatan produktivitas menggunakan teknologi baru, (2) Pelatihan dan pengembangan terkait dengan rebranding produk. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan beberapa pandangan terkait desain kemasan produk yang dianggap menarik dan bernilai jual dipasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para mitra, memberikan poin penjualan tambahan untuk produk IPAS, publikasi terkait dengan diferensiasi produk IPAS, meningkatkan volume produksi untuk pengusaha susu IPAS, dan memberikan pandangan terkait inovasi yang dapat mereka perbaiki untuk terus mengembangkan pasar mereka di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The research was done due to employee satisfaction which should be facilitated by the proximity of the leader as mediation because of the closeness of the leader and proactive personality existing employee identification expectations related to job satisfaction of the workers will increase. In this study, the proximity of leadership serves as a mediating variable. Malang Strudel used as an object of research is based on the continued development of Strudel Malang in Malang area. As well as the tightness of growth and development in the food business impact capabilities demand tightness employees to have a proactive personality that serves to complete the work of the company. High target of company makes leaders must also engage with employees in order to have an impact on employee satisfaction. Respondents for the study were all employees of Malang Strudel (70 people). The research variables are described in the questionnaire that will be distributed to the respondents for this study using saturated sample and data will be processed using smart analysis of PLS. Based on research conducted showed that employees Malang Strudel are employees who have a positive personality. This is indicated by the value of the three variables (proactive personality, job satisfaction and the closeness of the relationship between leaders and employees) high. Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 is a senior secondary education institution under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Foundation. SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang always aligns the school learning curriculum with the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the competencies of the planned graduates. One example is the holding of entrepreneurship laboratory subjects. This entrepreneurship subject aims to provide entrepreneurial skills and instill an entrepreneurial spirit in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang students. In this subject, students are taught about the entrepreneurial spirit and traits such as persistence, independence, creativity, innovation, independence and so on. Students are also provided with skills in making products by teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects. Based on the process of situation analysis, the servant found that the activities of entrepreneurship courses at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang in the aspect of product manufacture had been going well, but partners experienced problems in marketing communication activities for the products that had been produced. The purpose of the implementation of this service program is to provide knowledge and improve student skills in marketing communication of products resulting from entrepreneurial subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this service, the service will carry out a social media marketing workshop and photo styling products. Through this service program it is hoped that students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang will have technical skills in the aspect of product marketing so that when they graduate they have additional skills for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The banking sector is one of the sectors driving the Indonesian economy whose contribution is above. Banking activities are engaged in managing financial and non-financial products that are known to have a high employee turnover rate. The high level of employee turnover is influenced by various things, including work autonomy, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. For this reason, this study aims to examine the effect of work autonomy, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on turnover intention in the banking sector of Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with online questionnaire data collection. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires (online and offline) using a Likert scale ranging from 1-5. The population in this study were employees in the banking sector. The sample in this study uses a non-probability method with a sample size of 100. Data analysis uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) to describe the relationship between variables. The Sobel test was used to analyze the effect of the mediating variables, namely work-life balance and job satisfaction. The results showed that work autonomy significantly affected job satisfaction, work-life balance, and turnover intention. Work-life balance also has a significant effect on turnover intention. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention. In terms of mediating effects, work-life balance can mediate the effect of job autonomy on turnover intention. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has no mediating effect between work autonomy and turnover intention.

Abstract

This community service program tries to answer problems related to economic development that must be carried out by the Pujon Kidul tourist village, based on information that there are facilities and tourist attractions that are developing are not supported by other economies. This area also does not have any characteristics related to its superior products. Some of the resources that can be utilized are the abundant bamboo land which can be used as various processed products that have economic value. This development is not only for processing bamboo, but how bamboo can be packaged properly which will be in great demand by tourists visiting the Pujon Kidul area. Some of the programs that will be carried out are training in bamboo material processing, making bamboo packaging, and marketing the finished bamboo products to attract them. With the creative economy development program, we, the community service team, hope that the creative economy of the community will eventually have income outside the existing ones. Through merchandise in the form of processed bamboo taken from the potential of the surrounding area. The hope is that residents will have income not only from existing tourist attractions. Because seeing the tourist areas that are visited by many tourists, apart from some handicraft products produced by the service team, they also provide material related to the use of bamboo and must also be used at several points in tourist attractions in order to image the Pujon Kidul tourist area that is superior to its bamboo products.Based on the results of the training that has been carried out by the service team, it can be said that the processed bamboo produced has more selling value and can eventually be sold in bulk. Through this service program, several bamboo products can be produced, ranging from glass to fountains made from bamboo. These products will later become characteristic of Pujon Kidul village as merchandise that can be brought home and can be used in several units in the village.
