Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif disebabkan oleh keinginan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang berlebih termasuk para remaja. Siswa SMA di usia remaja seharusnya mampu mengelola keuangan yang dimilikinya secara tepat dan rasional. Rendahnya literasi keuangan berdampak pada rendahnya keinginan menabung yang berdampak pada kebiasaan belanja berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji model perilaku konsumtif dengan rasionalitas sebagai variabel intervening literasi keuangan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung literasi keuangan dan rasionalitas terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -48,5%, variabel rasionalitas berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -20%, variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap rasionalitas sebesar 26%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui rasionalitas adalah sebesar -53,7% dengan total effect sebesar -5,2%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, rasionalitas yang tinggi menurunkan perilaku konsumtif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas XI Ilmu Sosial se-Kota Semarang dengan rasionalitas yang tinggi cenderung memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang rendah dan mampu memprioritaskan kebutuhannya dengan baik sehingga menekan perilaku konsumtifnya.   Consumer behavior caused by excessive desire fulfillment including teenagers. High school students in their teens should be able to manage its money appropriately and rationally.  The effect of low financial literacy adversely will be spending habits of excessive and make people become consumptive. The research purpose is to analyze the models of consumptive behavior with rationality as an intervening variable between financial literacy and to determine the direct effect of  financial literacy and rationality on consumptive behavior. By Employing a quantitative method. By using SPSS application the study try to analyze with path analysis. The result of this study found that financial literacy influence consumptive behavior by -48.5%, rationally influence consumptive behavior by -20%, financial literacy influence rationally by 26%, while for the indirect effect of financial literacy against on consumptive behavior through rationally by -53.7% with total effect by -5.2%. The conclusion of this study, the high rationality lowering consumer behavior. This suggests that a class XI student of Social Sciences as the city of Semarang with rationality that tend to have low consumption behavior and be able to prioritize their needs so well that pressing consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Murabahah is 99.80% of the contracts used in financing distribution in Kanindo Sharia. This study aims to determine the problems faced by kanindo sharia in the implementation of the murabahah contract. This study uses phenomenology to answer the research objectives. Understanding of AO, guarantees, understanding of members, and accuracy of contracts used are four problems found in financing activities. The solutions used to solve these problems are training employees, rescheduling installments and withdrawing collateral, socializing and intensive approaches to members, as well as reviewing financing agreements. Accounting practices carried out by Kanindo Syariah are not in accordance with PSAK 102. Accounting recognition in accordance with PSAK 102 is only found in murabahah asset acquisition transactions.

Abstract

Upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat). Kesadaran pribadi dalam melakukan PHBS diharapkan mampu menolong diri sendiri dan keluarga untuk terhindar dari virus Covid-19 ini. PHBS juga dapat menjadi sarana masyarakat untuk ikut berkontribusi aktif melawan penyebaran Covid-19. Salah satu program kerja yang dapat diberikan adalah edukasi kepada masyarakat khususnya di Desa Ngingit tentang perilaku hidup besih dan sehat yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk video animasi. Program kerja ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat melalui vidio animasi tentang PHBS di era new normal. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi melalui vidio animasi kepada seluruh warga Desa Ngingit. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa Masyarakat sangat antusias dalam keikutsertaan pada program keja ini. Antusiasme ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di kawasan Desa Ngingit. Keberlanjutan dari perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ini dapat menjadi salah satu langkah desa untuk memberikan semangat pada warganya sehingga mampu menekan dan mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19 di era new  normal. Lingkungan bersih dan sehat di kawasan Desa Ngingit akan menjadikan proses kegiatan belajar di rumah menjadi lebih baik, produktifitas anggota rumah tangga menjadi lebih baik, serta produktivitas kerja di instansi desa juga menjadi lebih baik. Kata kunci— Covid-19, Era New Normal, Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Video Animasi Abstract Efforts to break the distribution chain of Covid-19 can be done by implementing PHBS (Perikaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat). Personal awareness in conducting PHBS is expected to be able to help myself and family to avoid this Covid-19 virus. PHBS can also be a means for the community to actively contribute to the spread of co-19. One of the work programs carried out is to provide education to the people of Ngingit village about clean and healthy living behaviors which are manifested in the form of animated videos. This work program aims to educate the public through animated videos about PHBS in the new-normal era. The method of implementation was carried out through socialization through animated videos to all Ngingit villagers. The results of the socialization show that the community is very enthusiastic in participating in this working program. This enthusiasm is expected to be able to create a clean and healthy lifestyle in the Ngingit village area. The sustainability of this clean and healthy lifestyle can be one of the steps taken by the village to encourage the people to be able to suppress and prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in this ne-normal era. A clean and healthy environment in the Ngingit village area will make the learning process at home better; productivity of household members is better; as well as work productivity in village agencies also getting better. Keywords— Animation Video, Covid-19 Pandemic, New Normal Era

Abstract

Improving human resources can never be separated from the process of educational activities. The role of education is expected to produce a generation that is superior, highly insightful, and has competitiveness to face the global era. Entrepreneurship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students. In practice, students are given the opportunity to go into the field to create a business according to their field or expertise. There is an assumption that business is only used as a sideline to meet the necessities of life or just to achieve personal pleasure to buy consumer goods. To overcome the problems faced by young entrepreneurs, especially students, a comprehensive material is needed to support knowledge and ability in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to identify the financial literacy materials needed in entrepreneurship courses. The research data was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with students who have taken entrepreneurship courses and have businesses and lecturers who are lecturers in entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study stated that there needs to be a balance between material on financial literacy and the depth of material related to financial management and business financing. In further development research, further developments related to planning, implementation and evaluation of financial literacy materials in entrepreneurship courses can be carried out as well as a more in-depth analysis of material development trial activities. The development of technology-based materials is expected to be the next alternative solution for the application of financial literacy materials in this course.

Abstract

This study examines whether concept map and power point influence learning motivation. This study is a quantitative research using a quasy experiment method. The population used in this study is all students in SMKS Kepanjen 2017/2018. simple random sampling is used to obtain 32 students of class X AK 4 to apply mind mapping and 32 students of class X AK 1 to apply power point. Methods of data collection using a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test are employed to analyze the data. The results of this study show that (1) application of mind mapping further increases student’s motivation from the media power point with sig level of 0,003

Abstract

Kota Malang sebagai ‘Kota Pendidikan’ menjadi potensi yang besar untuk memunculkan wirausahawan-wirausahawan muda di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Dengan ragam usaha atau bisnis yang telah dan/atau sedang dirintis, tim menemukan permasalahan yaitu minimalnya pengetahuan akan merintis usaha yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing disektor riil. Mahasiswa pelaku bisnis dihadapkan dengan ragam persaingan pasar yang kompleks dan inovatif, sehingga untuk menjadikan usaha tersebut berkelanjutan diperlukan adanya edukasi mengenai cara meningkatkan daya saing UKM. Dengan mengusung tri dharma perguruan tinggi solusi yang diberikan bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi Red Ocean Strategy (ROC) dan Blue Ocean Strategy (BOC) sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya saing UKM bagi mahasiswa pelaku bisnis dan pecinta bisnis. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 15 mahasiswa pelaku bisnis di Univeritas Negeri Malang (UM) dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Hasil dari kegiatan (evaluasi) adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan analisis akan inovasi strategi mahasiswa pelaku bisnis yang diwujudkan dalam pembuatan analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC).

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer what business actors can do to be able to maintain their business amid the COVID-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world. This study also aims to describe what are the survival strategies that must be carried out by business actors. Therefore, they can survive and become more responsive and adaptable to business changes, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Usually, even though there are online sales, many consumers still buy products directly at the store or shopping center. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is the right type of research to capture human perception with direct contact through an inductive process and symbolic interaction. Using literature review, the decomposition of the data was obtained. This research provides an opinion in finding opportunities and maintaining business in the new normal era for MSME in the form of recognizing consumer behavior, improving quality and services, using technology in MSME in the form of digital marketing, building synergies between digital MSME and citizens, and use the Customer relationship marketing (CRM).

Abstract

One of the impacts felt by entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic was the decline in the economy and business. In this modern era, social media has become a basic need for society. Therefore, business people must optimize digital marketing strategies. One way that is considered the most effective is using the services of an influencer. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the role of influencers and digital content is in increasing a business. This type of research is narrative qualitative research and data collection method by interview. The results of this study are entrepreneurs admit that influencers and digital content are very influential on their online business. Especially during the covid 19 pandemic like now, both in terms of turnover and followers.
