Abstract

Imunisasi memberikan daya proteksi optimal agar bayi terhindar dari penyakit infeksi bila diberikan sesuai dengan interval yang telah ditentukan, namun jumlah bayi yang mendapat imunisasi dasar lengkap belum sesuai dengan standar cakupan imunisasi yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Ketidaklengkapan Imunisasi Dasar Pada Bayi di Puskesmas Garuda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Sampel penelitian ini di ambil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Garuda Kota Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan Hasil dari penelitian bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu terhadap ketidaklengkapan imunisasi, adanya hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap ketidaklengkapan imunisasi, adanya hubungan antara status pekerjaan terhadap ketidaklengkapan imunisasi

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi wanita adalah keputihan. Angka kejadian keputihan di dunia sangat besar. Rata-rata lebih dari 50% perempuan di setiap dunia mengalami. Selain sangat menganggu, keputihan juga memiliki banyak pengaruh, serta merupakan salah satu tanda keganasan. Keputihan terjadi karena berbagai faktor antara lain pemakaian pembersih vagina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemakain Pembersih Vagina Terhadap Kejadian Keputihan Pada Siswi di SMPN 12 Pekanbaru. Metode: Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas XI dan XII di SMAN 12 Pekanbaru sejumlah 131 siswi dari 8 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dengan Proportional Stratified Random sampling diperoleh sampel 131 dan analisa data chi square.Hasil: Dari perhitungan chi square dengan value = 0,0071 maka ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan penggunaan pembersih vagina dengan kejadian keputihan. Diharapkan kepada remaja putri untuk tidak menggunakan pembersih vagina atau Douching dalam bentuk apapun untuk daerah kewanitaannya apalagi dalam bentuk bahan kimia. Selanjutnya mencari informasi atau media yang dapat membantu responden dalam pengetahuan luas tentang pengaruh dari penggunaan pembersih vagina atau Douching sehingga salah satunya akan mencegah terjadinya keputihan pada remaja. Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women is still a problem in Indonesia because KEK as a condition where a person experiences nutritional deficiencies (calories and protein) that lasts long and years, with marked weight less than 40 kg or looks thin and with arm circumference or (MUAC) less than 23.5 cm. Objective: increase knowledge and insights on midwifery care for pregnant women with early detection of Chronic Energy deficiencies in Trimester I at the Pratama Karya Bakti Clinic in Pekanbaru City using the SOAP approach and documentation method. Case Method Midwifery care for pregnant women with early detection of chronic energy deficiency Trimester I by providing health education (PENKES) and supplementary foods such as milk, fruits and vegetables. Conclusion: from midwifery care to Mrs. T G2P1A0H1 age 30 years gestation 6 weeks 3 days, with early detection of chronic energy deficiency in general good condition, after midwifery care for 2 days visit to the patient the results obtained in the last study are early detection of chronic energy deficiency which can gradually both with the help of consuming additional food. Suggestion: the need for the involvement of health workers to overcome the early detection of chronic energy shortages in the city of Pekanbaru so that no more pregnant women who experience complications.

Abstract

The nursing process is never out of the process interactions that occur between nurses and patients that nurses should be aware that to communicate effectively in professional nursing practice very influential or assist the patient in the healing process or in fulfilling their basic needs during hospitalization. Service quality issues in hospitals Saber Duri still far from what is expected of society, one patient told nurses seem unfriendly, do not care about the complaints and diseases of the patient, and also like to delay in providing nursing care. This study aims to determine the relationship of effective communication nurse with patient satisfaction level at inpatient hospitals Saber Duri Year 2019 type of quantitative research with cross sectional design allnurses inpatient amounted to 108 people with a sample of 85 respondents. The sampling technique stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate with chi-square test (? = 0.05). The results of the bivariate analysis of six variables there are five of them found a significant relationship between attitude (? = 0.046?? = 0.05), communication (? = 0.011 ?? = 0.05), perception (? = 0.001 ?? = 0.05), facilities (? = 0.004 ?? = 0.05), and environmental (? = 0.025 ?? = 0.05), while the variable no significant relationship between gender (? = 0.239 ?? = 0.05) with patient satisfaction. Then the conclusions and suggestions for hospitals Saber Duri to improve human resources such as nurses, and maintain his skill in communicating effectively with patients, as well as complementary facilities inpatient room.

Abstract

Dating Violence (DV) is any form of violent acts which be done against a couple, either physically, sexually, emotionally / psychological in a dating relationship. DV can cause physical and psychological impact. This research intends to knowing relation between knowledge, attitude, peer group influence, sex and conflict in the family with DV. The research be done in the STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. Type of the research quantitative analytic with cross sectional design. The number of sample as much 92 people with technique proporsionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The result of this research shows that there is no relation between knowledge, attitude, peer group influence, sex and conflict in the family with dating violence by ? value> ? (0.05). So it can be concluded that good knowledge, reject attitude of DV, not get influence from peer group, male sex and not have conflict in the family not guarantee a person to spared from DV. Adolescent should can think rationally, be more alert in undergoing a dating relationship and be more open to tell the problem to parents.

Abstract

Unmet need is the proportion of women of childbearing age who are married or living together (sexually active) who do not want to have more children or who want to space their pregnancies, but do not use contraceptives. The impact of unmet need for family planning is the occurrence of unwanted pregnancies and the pregnancy is too close. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with unmet need in Simpang Empat Kelurahan Pekanbaru City in 2017. This type of research is quantitative analytic with a cross sectional design. The population was 507 households with a sample of 81 people. This research was conducted in Simpang Empat Village, Pekanbaru City, conducted in September-December 2017. Data analysis used chi-square. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between age (p value = 0.000), number of children, level of education, knowledge, attitudes, partner support and social media with unmet need. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between the role of health workers and unmet need (p value = 0.930). The suggestion is for PUS to be able to increase knowledge about the right variety of contraceptive methods according to their needs. Correct information and knowledge can eliminate wrong perceptions and attitudes towards contraceptives. It is recommended that fertile age couples use social media wisely without swallowing the circulating information.

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise is one of the recommended sports for pregnant women to do because it aims to prepare a pregnant woman mentally and physically. Disorders during pregnancy that usually occur are poor sleep quality, high levels of maternal anxiety, low back pain, increased urinary frequency and leg cramps.Experienced anxiety pregnant women are about pregnancy, childbirth, and its role as a mother. Pregnant women will also transmit their emotional physical effects to the fetus. If the anxiety increases, it will affect the fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of pregnancy exercise on the level of anxiety in pregnant women. This type of research is Quasi experimental. The population in this study were pregnant women at the Pratama Deliana Clinic Pekanbaru. The results showed that pregnancy exercise was effective in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the level of anxiety of pregnant women between before doing pregnancy exercise and after doing pregnancy exercise in pregnant women. Abstract

Pregnancy is a period of crisis in a woman's life process. The period in which changes occur in all body systems, including the cardiovascular, respiratory, hormonal, gastrointestinal, and musculoskletal systems. Pregnant women during pregnancy experience physical and psychological changes that can cause discomfort from the 1st to 3rd trimesters.One of them is the enlargement of the uterus, it will affect the fulfillment of sleep rest because of difficulty in determining a comfortable position, besides hormonal changes can cause psychological changes in pregnant women making it difficult to meet and maintain sleep. Sleep is an important factor in overall health. Improving sleep quality can be done in many ways, which among them are pharmacological and non-pharmacological techniques. Pharmacological method is a therapy commonly given to sleep disorder sufferers which functions to reduce anxiety, stress and give calm. But not for pregnant women, because it has the potential to increase the risk to the fetus and its impact on fetal growth and development. Therefore, choosing to use a non-pharmacological method is more appropriate, because its use has less side effects compared to pharmacological methods. One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can be given to overcome sleep difficulties in pregnant women includes relaxation techniques such as loving massage, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, massage, music therapy, meditation, swimming, deep breathing techniques and walking.

Abstract

One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can be given to overcome sleep difficulties in pregnant women includes relaxation techniques such as loving massage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of loving massage on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women. The type of research carried out was a Quasi experimental which was carried out on 03-17 October 2020 which was conducted at PMB Deliana Pekanbaru City. The population and samples used were all pregnant women who visited in October 2020. The results obtained a value of p = 0.000, so it was concluded that there was an effect of Loving Massage on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester (p <0.000). It is hoped that the next research will be able to carry out different interventions to deal with discomfort in pregnant women.
