Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung produktivitas dan kinerja pelayanan yang lebih baik, pengurus dan pimpinan BLU LPMUKP terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pendidikan dan keterampilan bagi pegawai untuk memberikan dukungan pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengolahan data perhitungan yang baik dan benar, dikarenakan latar belakang pegawai BLU LPMUKP yang berbeda jurusan, sehingga tidak ada keseragaman pengetahuan khususnya mengenai penggunaan Microsoft Excel. Kendala lain adalah kurangnya kemampuan pegawai BLU LPMUKP untuk mengoperasikan komputer, terutama penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data, sementara kebutuhan untuk mengoperasikan komputer tinggi. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan komputer untuk pengolahan data yang baik dan benar terutama penggunaan Microsoft Excel sehingga keterampilan khususnya literasi komputer pegawai BLU LPMUKP meningkat baik pada pprogram Intermediate maupun Advanced. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan 2 (dua) tahap, tahap pertama pelaksanaan placement test untuk menentukan tingkat intermediate atau advance; tahap kedua pemberian materi pelatihan sesuai dengan penempatan. Hasil dari umpan balik (feedback) yang diberikan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan, sebanyak 90,4% peserta pelatihan baik intermediate maupun advance setuju terkait materi pelatihan untuk menyelesaikan tugas kesehariannya serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Microsoft Excel. To support better productivity and service performance, administrators and leaders of the LPMUKP BLU continue to strive to improve and develop employee education and skills to provide service support for the community. Some of the obstacles encountered included a need for more knowledge about good and correct calculation data processing, due to the background of the LPMUKP BLU employees from different majors, so there was no uniformity of knowledge, especially regarding the use of Microsoft Excel. Another obstacle is the need for more ability of LPMUKP BLU employees to operate computers, especially the use of Microsoft Excel for data processing, while the need to work computers is high. This community service method is in the form of computer training for good and correct data processing, especially the use of Microsoft Excel so that the computer literacy skills of BLU LPMUKP employees increase in both the Intermediate and Advanced programs. The training is carried out in 2 (two) stages, the first stage is the implementation of a placement test to determine the intermediate or advanced level; the second stage is the provision of training materials per the placement. The results of the feedback given after the training implementation, as many as 90.4% of both intermediate and advanced training participants agreed regarding the training material to complete their daily tasks and increase their knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Abstract

PT. Tixpro Informatika Megah is a trading company that focuses on Information Technology (IT) products, which have problems with the product distribution process, because there are several limited products, which are caused by product deliveries from unpredictable suppliers. So this research proposes to implement a decision support system (DSS) application for selecting priority customers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, with the aim of obtaining selected customers as priorities in product distribution and the selected customers getting 50 grams of metal gold. The criteria that will be used in the DSS application are total purchases, payment accuracy, number of transactions (per month), delivery distance, credit limit value, and length of subscription. In designing the DSS application, the programming language used is PHP, the database uses PhpMyAdmin, and the framework used is bootstrap. The conclusion of this study is that the DSS application for selecting priority customers using the SAW method can help users (admins) in making decisions about priority customers who are selected to be prioritized in distribution, because they have been selected with established limits such as criteria, sub-criteria, and weights. As well as with the validation module, the report team head who will be the determinant of final decision-making can make a priority customer order which according to him is better, as well as the module for printing validation reports and printing calculation reports can be given to leaders, as well as attachments that will be used by the head of warehouse for used as a reference in the distribution of products.

Abstract

Technological developments are now very rapid, one of which is the internet. The internet is the main topic in today's society, with the internet people are able to carry out various activities such as buying and selling goods online. Nowadays buying and selling are very easy with a viral business model, namely e-commerce, so customers don't have to come to the store to make a purchase transaction. Wahib Collection store is a store engaged in the sale of clothing. Products sold are various kinds of clothing such as negligees, women's clothing, t-shirts, pants, and jackets. The Wahib Collection store was founded in 2000 and is a family-owned business that has been passed down to their children. The Wahib Collection store has a problem, namely the Wahib Collection store markets its products only by opening store stalls in the market with marketing coverage only around the store, recording at the store is still done manually so the recording is not appropriate, there has been a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic implementing social distancing and people must comply with health protocols and avoid crowds so that the market is quiet. This is the background for utilizing e-commerce as a platform for selling and buying online. The purpose of this research is to make marketing reach wider, data recording will be stored correctly on the website, and sales can be made online. The methodology used is interviews, document analysis, and literature studies with the development of the system using Rapid Application Development (RAD). so that a sales information system is formed using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The Business Model Canvas (BMC) determines the proposed business model based on the current business model. The results of this study, customers can make purchases online using the website, they don't have to come to the store and the store records are computerized.

Abstract

This study visualises semiotic analysis of the meaning of nationalism in the 2020 ASEAN Football Federation championship using the constructivist paradigm. The primary data were collected through non-participant observation using Text Mining techniques with the help of a rapid miner. The method of this research consists of several stages including text processing and the use of the K-Means clustering technique to obtain data groupings that have similarities. Furthermore, the results of clustering were analyzed using the theory of semiotic triangle meaning Charles S. Peirce. The results showed that the sign includes texts that have the full meaning of nationalism or the teachings of love for the homeland. Sentences tweeted on Twitter social media are divided into state symbols represented by words such as national team as many as 22653 words, PSSI as many as 5097 words, and garuda with 1170 words. The attitude of nationalism is represented by words such as enthusiasm as many as 1893 words, fighting as many as 982 words, supporting as many as 11747 words, proud as many as 612 words, and hope as many as 506 words. Meanwhile, the cluster evaluation shows that 17 of the 28 available clusters have interpretations of nationalism values that emphasize texts that contain an attitude of national spirit through the 2020 AFF Cup final match.

Abstract

For vocational students, determining the choice of college majors according to their talents, interests, and abilities, which can determine future careers is a problem that is quite confusing and often occurs even until the time for college entrance selection arrives. Meanwhile, rapid technological innovation creates an IT industry that promises enormous career opportunities. Thus, vocational students need to know information about career prospects in the IT industry. This community service activity is carried out in the form of a webinar to provide information about careers in the IT industry and promising prospects in the future. The method used is the presentation of material online through the Zoom Meeting application to webinar participants who are vocational students in South Jakarta. The steps carried out in this activity are observation, data collection, literature review, material creation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is that vocational students get useful references and insights regarding career prospects in the IT industry.

Abstract

Media sosial twitter adalah salah satu media komunikasi yang diminati oleh masyarakat di dunia. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena twitter memiliki jumlah pengguna aktif sebesar 313 juta per bulan pada tahun 2016 dan sebagian besar pengguna mengakses twitter melakui perangkat mobile yaitu sebesar 82%. Karena jumlahnya banyak, maka menimbulkan tweet yang banyak. Tweet tersebut berisi tentang kabar terbaru atau komentar yang sedang menjadi topik didunia. Hal hal yang menjadi topik atau banyak dikomentari pengguna akan menimbulkan trending di twitter. Pada piala AFF 2020 ini, Indonesia memanggil 30 pemain dengan rata-rata usianya 23,8 tahun lebih muda dari skuad tim lain yang berlaga di ajang AFF 2020. Tentu banyak risiko menurunkan skuad yang didominasi pemain muda. Mulai mental yang belum teruji, emosi gampang lepas, sampai ketergesa-gesaan. Tapi di sisi lain, deretan anak muda itu juga menumbuhkan harapan, semangat, staminia menggelora, dan bekal persiapan untuk menuju ke turnament event yang akan datang. Peneliti menggunakan metode CRISP-DM (Cross- Industry Standard Process For Data Mining) dan mengimplementasikan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors(K-NN) untuk klasifikasi data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22.182 data yang diambil dari tanggal 30 November 2021 – 06 Januari 2022. Setelah data diproses dengan metode CRISP-DM dan implementasi algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors(K-NN), didapatkan akurasi sebesar 67.49%, precission sebesar 78.99% dan recall 47.69%.
