Abstract

Desa merupakan kesatuan masyarakat hukum yang memiliki batas-batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat, Desa dipimpin oleh Lurah atau Kepala Desa  yang dibantu oleh perangkat desa untuk menjalankan pelayanan kepada masyarakat seperti pembuatan surat keterangan dan surat penganta lainnya. Perangkat Desa Karangmangu Kecamatan Tarub Kabupaten Tegal rata-rata masih belum bisa mengoperasikan microsoft word dan excel, sehingga layanan kepada masyarakat waktunya menjadi lama dan kurang efektif. Padahal beberapa unit komputer telah tersedia, namun minimnya perangkat desa yang bisa mengoperasikan microsoft word dan excel, komputer tersebut tidak digunakan maksimal. Perlunya pelatihan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel 2013 untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM perangkat Desa Karangmangu Kecamatan Tarub Kabupaten Tegal. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan survey. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan microsoft word dan excel 2013 mampu meningkatkan skill perangkat Desa Karangmangu Kecamatan Tarub Kabupaten Tegal dalam mengoperasikan microsoft word dan excel 2013. Hal ini dapat membantu kelancaran pekerjaan sehari-hari dan meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi Desa Karangmangu.

Abstract

Assessment of Bank Soundness Level and Changes in Share Price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. A bank soundness assessment that stakeholders must know is critical, maximizing the intermediary institution's function to provide a paradigm in making investment decisions. In 2011, bank health was assessed using the RGEC component. The research years ranged from 2011 to 2019 through the public offering of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Researchers used a descriptive method with a quantitative case study design. This component is interesting for research to determine the effect of assessing RGEC component bank's soundness level on changes in stock prices scientifically. This indicator affects the independent variable Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, Capital and has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable on changes in share prices at PT BRI Agnoniaga Tbk. in 2011-2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is the influence supervision and sertification to the work of motivation and to teacher’s performance of vocational high school in adiwerna subdistrict Tegal regency. This research uses descriptive method. The supervition effect (X1), sertification (X2) as independent variable and work motivation (Y1), teacher’s performance (Y2) as dependent variable. The technique of sampling uses proportional random sampling with number of population 211 people and for sample 68 people. The result showed that : 1) the supervition takes effect to teacher’s wo the supervition takes effect to teacher’s work motivation of vocational high school in adiwerna subdisrtict Tegal regency. 2) the sertification takes effect to teacher’s work motivation of vocational high school in Adiwerna subdistrict Tegal regency. 3) the supervition doesn’t takes effect to teacher’s work motivation of vocational high school in Adiwerna subdisrtict Tegal regency. 4) the sertification takes effect to teacher’s performance of vocational high school in Adiwerna subdisrtict Tegal regency. 5) the work motivation takes effect to teacher’s performance of vocational high school in Adiwerna subdisrtict Tegal regency. Abstract

Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. Marketing is an important element that must be considered so that it is in line with expectations, which is to get the expected consumers. Various types of MSMEs that stand and various types of products offered from all that exist are almost the same because MSME products are easy to make with materials that are not so expensive. Of the many types of products that exist MSMEs need more creative innovation so consumers can be interested because there are types of products that are almost every day the same so here it is necessary to have the courage to create products that cannot be competed. Using a SWOT analysis can find out how the marketing strategy is right on target. Includes internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats that are owned by MSMEs. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used research documentation and descriptive analysis.
