Abstract

Abstract: Islam and Politics are like two currencies in a sense interconnected and inseparable from one another. Speaking of politics in Islam cannot be separated from the figure of the Prophet Muhammad especially related to his hijrah from Makkah to Yathrib (Medina) which is a new chapter in his leadership relay as prophet and apostle as well as a reliable political leader. He has a very strategic role as a highly respected negotiator among Medina society at that time. This is evidenced by the Medina Charter. The birth of the Medina Charter became a point of reference for the arrangement of inter-religious relations in Medina to live peacefully so that it can become a model in building inter-religious and inter-religious relations. This shows a historical fact that the religious-political values propagated by the prophet resulted in a success in bringing human civilization to a holistic-integralistic civilization. At first, Islam propagated by the Prophet Muhammad in the midst of the struggle of Arab society is a representation of the existence of a dialectic between revelation and the accompanying reality in Arab socio-cultural realm so that Islam plays a very urgent role as agent of change for growth and development Even the progress of Arab civilization at that time. In this paper will discuss the thoughts of Abdul Rashid Moten who seeks to build the ummah with the legality of the leader and his capacity as a khilafah raised by the people or peoples consensus.

Abstract

Abstract: Rapid technological development, the website has become a mandatory media for every agency, company and organization, especially in conveying information to the wider community. MSMEs have an important role in the success of national economic development and are also able to absorb a lower middle class workforce. Likewise, MSMEs in Tegal City, have now become pillars of the economic growth of the people of Tegal City. The City of Tegal MSMEs presents data on the profile of MSMEs that are still conventional and difficult to find, both in location and profile. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) should have been implemented at this time, by utilizing GIS, investors, customers and the wider community will easily get the MSME information. MSME MSMEs Tegal City was designed using the Waterfall method with a Website platform using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. The hope is that this Tegal City SME GIS can become a media of information, promotion to achieve competitiveness in this globalization era.Keywords: Geografis Information System, MSMEs, WaterfallAbstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kian pesat, website sudah menjadi media wajib bagi setiap instansi, perusahaan dan organisasi khususnya dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas. UMKM mempunyai peranan enting dalam mensukseskan pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan juga mampu menyerap tenaga kerja kelas menengah ke bawah. Begitu pula UMKM di Kota Tegal, kini sudah menjadi pilar pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat Kota Tegal. UMKM Kota Tegal penyajian data profil UMKM masih konvensional dan sulit dicari baik lokasi maupun profilnya. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) seharusnya sudah diterapkan saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan SIG maka investor, customer dan masyarakat luas akan mudah mendapatkan informasi UMKM tersebut.. SIG UMKM Kota Tegal dirancang menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan platform Website menggunahakan bahasa pemrogramman PHP dan database Mysql. Harapanya agar SIG UMKM Kota Tegal ini dapat menjadi media informasi, promosi untuk memcapai daya saing di era globalisasi ini.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, UMKM, Waterfall

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the computer can be used to control threephaseinduction motor with the help of Centronic interfaces and peripherals that runwith the program.These peripheral circuits consist of electronic components (circuit relay driver, relayand contactor magnet DC) which receives digital pulse from the interface thatoriginated from a computer and forward it to drive the relay pulse, peripheral circuitsare working with the help of a computer program that utilizes output data from thecard printer (LPT1) to communicate with peripherals that are made.

Abstract

The research purposes to improve the skills of stance empty hand martial arts at class XIIPA SMA Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2013/2014 by using model groups and pairs.The methodology of the study is a Classroom Action Research with subjects were students of class XI IPA totaling 35 students, the number of 20 male students and 15 female students. While data collection techniques is done by observation and using assessment instruments stance empty hand skills test in martial arts. The results showed : the first cycle with the use of group learning model and pairs of students were ordered to make a group consisted of eight students each group actually each group is gained mastery learning student success percentage of 40 % and for male student for 5.71% for female student in order to obtain mastery learning entirely 45 , 71 %.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatan keterampilan jurus tangan kosong dalam beladiri pencak silat siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kelompok dan berpasangan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA yang berjumlah 35 siswa, dengan jumlah 20 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan menggunakan instrumen penilaian tes keterampilan jurus tangan kosong dalam beladiri pencak silat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pada siklus pertama dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kelompok dan berpasangan siswa diperintahkan membuat kelompok setiap kelompok terdiri dari delapan siswa setiap kelompok sesungguhnya diperoleh prosentase keberhasilan ketuntasan belajar siswa putra 40% dan siswa putri 5,71% sehingga diperoleh ketuntasan belajar seluruhnya 45,71%.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kelompok dan berpasangan, keterampilan jurus tangan kosong, siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin, selain itu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan instrumen penelitian dengan koesioner yang dianalisis dengan Chi Square Goodness Of Fit dan Korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin termasuk kategori kurang baik. Sedangkan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin termasuk kategori kurang baik. Selain itu terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Assessment of Bank Soundness Level and Changes in Share Price of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. A bank soundness assessment that stakeholders must know is critical, maximizing the intermediary institution's function to provide a paradigm in making investment decisions. In 2011, bank health was assessed using the RGEC component. The research years ranged from 2011 to 2019 through the public offering of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk. shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Researchers used a descriptive method with a quantitative case study design. This component is interesting for research to determine the effect of assessing RGEC component bank's soundness level on changes in stock prices scientifically. This indicator affects the independent variable Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, Capital and has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable on changes in share prices at PT BRI Agnoniaga Tbk. in 2011-2019.
