Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang dosen.  Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Desa Kuin Besar Kabupaten Banjar dengan tema Stunting dan Pembangunan Desa yang merupakan masalah dasar yang sering terjadi di tengah kehidupan masyarakat desa saat ini.  Ditambah lagi dengan masalah Covid-19 yang melanda diseluruh negeri maka kemampuan pemenuhan makanan bergizi bagi ibu hamil dan menyusuhi menjadi pemicu tingginya angka stunting di Desa Kuin Besar.  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini mengunkan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi serta tanya jawaab masalah stunting di Desa Kuin Besar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak posistif terhaadap masyarakat sekitar terutama ibu-ibu hamil dan menyusui bayi karena dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tetang pentingnya menjaga Kesehatan, kebersihan dan kecukupan asupan gizi bagi ibu hamil dan balita. Kata Kunci: Ibu Hamil, Ibu Menyusui, Balita, Kurang Gizi, Stunting, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of excellent service that influence the satisfaction of tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The population and sample in this study were tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The sample in this study was 48 students by filling out research questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. namely the sampling technique based on population members who happen to be met and are willing to be respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to examine a particular population or sample. Abstract

Research used to know financial performance and compared with industry standards. Focus on this BMT Amanah Banjarmasin and compared with Bank Indonesia standards. Focus on this research is on a financial report 2017 and 2018. From the BMT financial statements then analyzed the liquidity, solvency, rentability, and effectivity for comparison of results in each year and will be adjusted to Bank Indonesia (BI) standard that can be analyzed to measure what the financial level and performance of the BMT . Data analysis method is comparative descriptive analysis. While the data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of bank financial statement documents. The results show, bank liquidity is able to meet the short term in a timely manner. The result of solvency is seen ability of bank in fulfilling and keeping its ability to always able to fulfill its obligation in paying debt in a timely manner. The profitability of banks has a good ratio. Maximally maximized resource viewing effectivity results.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Asset Structure, Profitability, Company Growth and Company Size on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies in the Goods and Consumption Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2017 - 2019. This study uses a sample of 26 manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2017 - 2019. The data used are secondary data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study, it is known that partially the structure of the Asset Structure has a Significant Effect on the Capital Structure, while the Profitability, Company Growth, and Company Size variables do not have a Significant Effect on the Capital Structure. Simultaneously the independent variables Asset Structure, Profitability, Company Growth, and Company Size have a Significant Effect on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies in the Goods and Consumption Industry Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2017-2019 Keywords: Capital Structure; Asset Structure; Profitability; Company Growth; Company SizeAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017 - 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari 26 perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017 - 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs www.idx.co.id. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa secara parsial struktur struktur aktiva memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan variabel independen struktur aset, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri barang dan konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2019 Kata Kunci : struktur modal; struktur aktiva; profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan; ukuran perusahaan

Abstract

Economic disparity between regions is a common aspect in the economic activities of a region. This inequality is basically caused by differences in natural resource content and differences in demographic conditions in each region. The inequality is then the reason for the birth of Regional Regulation of South Kalimantan No. 9 of 2000 on South Kalimantan Spatial Planning. Therefore, this study is an economic study to see and compare the economic potentials of the mainstay of South Kalimantan Province as well as whether or not the Regulation No. 9 of 2000 is correct. Research Methods are quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used literature study and analytical techniques using LQ, Regional Typology, Williamson Index and Theil Entropy. The result of the analysis shows that the inappropriate area becomes the mainstay area with regional typology analysis only Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU), Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS), Banjar Regency, and Balangan Regency. Because these areas are included in Quadrant III. Economic disparities in the areas of Kandangan and Mainstay area can not be determined as a reliable area. Therefore, the division of the Mainstay Area as in the Regulation of Kalimantan Seelatan No 9 of 2000 on South Kalimantan Spatial Plan needs to be reviewed.

Abstract

Community Service Activities by providing Training in Improvement of Marketing Management Capabilities of Leading Products Based on Pineapple in Mekarsari District are expected to increase the knowledge of SMEs, managers of BUMDES and village apparatus in marketing the products produced. One marketing technique that can be used is the marketing mix which is a combination of a number of marketing tools used by the company to convince the object of marketing or the intended target market. SMEs and BUMDES can increase sales by paying attention to products, prices, places and promotions. The combination of 4P in a product marketed will be able to increase the sales volume of SMEs in Mekarsari Barito Kuala District.

Abstract

Corona Virus Dissaster 19 yang melanda hamper di seluruh belahan dunia telah memakan banyak korban jiwa tanpa memandang batas usia walaupun yang paling rentan terpapar merupakan anak-anak dan orang lanjut usia. Ketakutan manusia akan pendemi ini telah mengubah pola hidup manusia dari yang bebas menjadi seperti di penjara. Begitu juga dengan kehidupan para driver ojek online dalam melayani pelanggannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi preventif Covid-19 kepada para driver ojek online dalam melayani pelanggannya. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengajaran dan penjelasan serta melakukan diskusi dengan para driver pentingnya mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 dengan mematuhi semua Protokol Kesehatan dari pemerinta. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menyadarkan driver ojek online agar tidak terpapar Covid-19 dengan melakukan Protokol Kesehatan yakni 3M; Memakai masker, Mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan Menjaga jarak. Kegiatan sangat bermanfaat bagi para driver ojek online yang menjalankan aktivitas di luar rumah dan berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Abstract

This Community Service Activity is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities that must be carried out by a lecturer. This activity was held thanks to collaboration between the Banjarmasin City Regional Government, the Creative Economy Committee and the Indonesia Creative Cities Network (ICCN) as an organizational forum for creative cities. The implementation method used is a Seminar, Workshop and Tour Guide to Banjaarmasin City tourist attractions. Participants in this activity came from various cities throughout Indonesia which are members of the Creative Cities network and are also creative economy players. It is hoped that this Community Service activity will have a positive impact on the development of the creative economy and also economic growth in the City of Banjarmasin.
