Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang dosen.  Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Desa Kuin Besar Kabupaten Banjar dengan tema Stunting dan Pembangunan Desa yang merupakan masalah dasar yang sering terjadi di tengah kehidupan masyarakat desa saat ini.  Ditambah lagi dengan masalah Covid-19 yang melanda diseluruh negeri maka kemampuan pemenuhan makanan bergizi bagi ibu hamil dan menyusuhi menjadi pemicu tingginya angka stunting di Desa Kuin Besar.  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini mengunkan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi serta tanya jawaab masalah stunting di Desa Kuin Besar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak posistif terhaadap masyarakat sekitar terutama ibu-ibu hamil dan menyusui bayi karena dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan tetang pentingnya menjaga Kesehatan, kebersihan dan kecukupan asupan gizi bagi ibu hamil dan balita. Kata Kunci: Ibu Hamil, Ibu Menyusui, Balita, Kurang Gizi, Stunting, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of excellent service that influence the satisfaction of tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The population and sample in this study were tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The sample in this study was 48 students by filling out research questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. namely the sampling technique based on population members who happen to be met and are willing to be respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to examine a particular population or sample. Judging from the objectives, this research is included in the research of hypothesis testing. Abstract

ABSTRAK : Muhammad Fahmi, Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk membuktikan secara empiris dan parsial pengaruh gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA) dan earnings per share (EPS) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2018 (2) untuk membuktikan secara empiris dan simultan pengaruh gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA) dan earnings per share (EPS) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 – 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 - 2018 yakni sebanyak 58 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini secara purposive sampling yaitu penarikan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, maka perusahaan property dan real estate yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian adalah 29 perusahaan yang terdafatr di BEI dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Pembuktian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara : (a) mengumpulkan dan mentabulasi data yang diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan (b) melakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolonearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedatisitas, (c) pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) dan koefisien determinasi (R). Metode pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS untuk menjawab hipotesis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Gross Profit Margin secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai Gross Profit Margin maka harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate akan naik (2) Net Profit Margin secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai Net Profit Margin maka harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate akan naik. (3) Return On Equity secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi atau rendahnya nilai Return On Equity maka tidak akan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. (4) Return On Assets secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi atau rendahnya nilai Return On Assets maka tidak akan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. (5) Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai Earning Per Share maka harga saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate akan naik. (6) Berdasarkan uji secara simultan bahwa Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets dan Earning Per Share berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate. (7) Berdasarkan Besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 71.4% menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang tinggi antara Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets dan Earning Per Share yang menjadi variabel independen dengan harga saham sebagai variabel dependen. Kata Kunci : Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets, Earnings Per Share dan Harga Saham ABSTRACT : Muhammad Fahmi, This research aims (1) to prove empirically and partially the effect of gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) on the stock price of property and real estate companies listed on BEI period 2015-2018 (2) to prove empirically and simultaneously the effect of gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS) on the stock price of property and real estate companies listed on BEI period 2015-2018. The population of this research consists of 58 property and real estate companies listed on BEI period 2015-2018. Meanwhile, sample collecting technique used is purposive sampling, in which the sample is collected based on particular reasons, therefore 29 property and real estate companies listed on BEI period 2015 to 2018 are choosen as the sample. The data in this research are verified by (a) collecting and tabulating the data taken from the financial report of the company (b) conducting classical assumption test, consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test (c) hypothesis testing using the F-test (simultaneous), the t-test (partial), and coefficient of determination (R) Thus to answer the hyphotesis, data processing method using SPSS is applied.

Abstract

The village is the smallest form of regional autonomy that is able to realize village independence with a set of village government tools such as village funds for village empowerment and progress. In the implementation of strengthening the development of Kuin Kecil village, Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency, a village meeting was held on the use of village fund allocations. Community service is carried out by the method of presentation and discussion followed by questions and answers regarding village funds that will be used for village progress. Community service carried out can bridge the village meeting in the allocation of funds for development according to village development priorities. The allocation of village funds is intended for the administration of village government and community empowerment. Even though there were disagreements between the participants, the deliberations found points of agreement on what areas could be prioritized to be submitted as village assistance funds for the 2021 fiscal year, along with how to make a RT-level budget proposal before it was decided to become a budget at the next village meeting.

Abstract

Community Service Activities by providing Training in Improvement of Marketing Management Capabilities of Leading Products Based on Pineapple in Mekarsari District are expected to increase the knowledge of SMEs, managers of BUMDES and village apparatus in marketing the products produced. One marketing technique that can be used is the marketing mix which is a combination of a number of marketing tools used by the company to convince the object of marketing or the intended target market. SMEs and BUMDES can increase sales by paying attention to products, prices, places and promotions. The combination of 4P in a product marketed will be able to increase the sales volume of SMEs in Mekarsari Barito Kuala District.
