Abstract

Every Company wants its employees to excel and work effectively. Thus need to be given motivation to encourage employee performance to increase. The type of motivation that can be given can be extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. With the encouragement to the subordinates is expected to generate the performance of employees can be maximized.The sample used for data collection in this study amounted to 50 (fifty) employees of telecommunication company in Jakarta. Likert scale used by writer to change qualitative data in questionnaire become quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of motivation on employee performance at one telecommunication company in South Jakarta which is engaged in the technology industry. The calculation of the questionnaire results using a simple linear regression formula. All of the author's calculations were assisted by the SPSS version 20 program released by IBM. Based on the analysis and data processing according to the calculation of correlation coefficient can be seen that the Motivation of Performance has a very strong relationship that is equal to 0.961 and according to the calculation of the coefficient of determination, can be known quite large is 92.3%, then influence Motivation on Performance can be seen through simple linear regression that is Y = 2,670 + 0,901X

Abstract

ABSTRACT: One of the important factors in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by training and developing employees to achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, with the technique of determining saturated sampling. The research was conducted through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kasumatama Mitra Selaras, which is an outsourcing company with a total of 37 respondents. This questionnaire calculation with the technique of calculating the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression equations. With the SPSS 21 application, the correlation coefficient results are 0.650 and the results are categorized as strong. the determination coefficient can be seen that 0.422 or 42.2% of PT Kusumatama Mitra Selaras performance variables can be influenced by the training variable and the remaining 57.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation table of the regression equation can be obtained the equation is Y = 13.155 + 0.662 X. From the equation of the function it can be said that if training is constant or is 0 then Y (Performance) is equal to 13.155 with a regression coefficient of 0.662.

Abstract

Excellent service quality is an important factor in increasing customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Bogor hotels. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 72 hotel customers. Questionnaire calculation uses SPSS by testing the validity and reliability of each question item followed by a test of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and regression equation. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence on hotel customer satisfaction. SPSS calculation results obtained the determination coefficient of 95.7%, which means that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is 95.7% and the remaining 4.3% is influenced by other factors. Correlation coefficients obtained results of 0.978 which means that the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction is very strong. So from the results of the correlation coefficient obtained, it was concluded that H1 was accepted which meant that there was a significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. And based on the calculation of the regression equation obtained results of Y = 2.455 + 0.959X which indicates that if the value of excellent service increases 1, then the average value of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.959.

Abstract

 Employees as human resources in the company need to be managed properly. By providing high job satisfaction, it is expected that employees will voluntarily work with good work discipline. This research was conducted to find out job satisfaction with employee work discipline at the Kadugede Kuningan Health Center, West Java. The author uses the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Salutions) application to calculate the regression equation test, and ANOVA with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. The entire population as a sample is saturated sampling using a Likert Scale. Based on the calculation of 48 respondents on the distribution of the questionnaire, the correlation coefficient value of 0.482 means that job satisfaction and work motivation on work discipline have a strong influence. Job satisfaction and work motivation contributed 48.2% to the occurrence of work discipline, and 51.8% was influenced by other variables outside this study. The results of the regression equation Y Y = 10.068 + 0.526X1 + 0.257X2 + e. If X = 0, the value of work discipline is 10,068 or without being influenced by job satisfaction and work motivation. Keywords: Job satisfaction, Work motivation, Work discipline

Abstract

Adpers-art communities is one of community have been built by similarity of hobbies, which is consist of making artworks in paper media or others which have three dimension. This research used quantitative method by multiply analysis regression, the sample from this research include 57 of consumer, the analysis data use reliability test, validity test, multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Autocorrelation, normality, regression test. The Purpose of this research are known, the effect promotion E- Commerce toward effectiveness promotion by using AIDA Methods for Adpers – Art Community Product. For result, it can be described the regression model are significant  for measuring percentage from dependent variable and change independent variable every 1%, coefficient regression from attention :3.28, interest 6.43, desire : 3.324 as much can make increase effectiveness promotion, and Action :3.309 as much give effect for increasing effectiveness promotion , in advice, Adpers Art Community must think of about how to improve attention, desire and  action from consumer with any strategy for example increasing the effectiveness promotion by website and make specify strategies for improve especially attention, desire and action from consumer

Abstract

The banking industry is an important sector in the national development that serves as a financial intermediary between parties who have surplus funds to those who need funds. Factors that affect the profitability of the bank can be sourced from a variety of performance indicators indicated profitability . Important profitability ratio for banks is Return On Assets (ROA). ROA is important for banks because ROA is used to measure the company's effectiveness in generating profits by exploiting its assets. ROA is the ratio of profit before tax to total assets. The larger the ROA shows the better performance of the company, because the level of return the greater. In this study the authors wanted to see whether there is a relationship between the NPL on ROA and whether there is influence between NPL on ROA at Bank Mandiri period from 2006 to 2012, the discussion of the results obtained that the variable NPL (Non Performing Loan) has a relationship to the ROA of -0.906, this shows that the NPL has strong relationships and the opposite direction on ROA, ROA variables significantly influenced by variables NPL (Non Performing Loan) of 82.05 % , while the remaining 17.95 % is influenced by other factors and views of the regression equation obtained for Y = 3.48 to 0.95 X , this shows that if there is no value then the value of ROA will NPLs amounted to 348 , if the value of NPLs increase by 1 unit , then it will reduce the value of ROA of 0.95 units Keyword: Analysis of Non-performing loan, ROA

Abstract

AbstrakSetiap perusahaan menginginkan memiliki karyawan yang bagus.  Karyawan yang bagus harus mendapat penghargaan dari perusahaan salah satunya dengan memberikan kompensasi yang baik.  Selain kompensasi yang baik, karyawan juga harus diberikan motivasi agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan bekerja dalam dirinya.  Kerja keras dari karyawan harus di apresiasi salah satunya dengan memberikan kompensasi yang baik dan motivasi kerja oleh perusahaan. Hal ini sangat penting untuk diperhatikan bila menginginkan setiap karyawan dapat memberikan andil positif dan memiliki kepuasan dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian karyawan akan memiliki semangat yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.  Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Depok Kota Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner pada seluruh karyawan.  Hasil dari perhitungan kuiesioner menghasilkan nilai R square sebesar 0,812, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja sebesar 81,2% sedangkan sisanya 18,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Hasil persamaan regresi pada penelitian ini adalah Y = -2.236+ 0,493X1 + 0,561X2+ e. Uji simultan juga dilakukan pada penelitian ini, dengan nilai F test sebesar 103,824 yang signifikan pada 0.000.  Artinya variabel independen kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan KerjaAbstractEvery company wants to have good employees. Good employees must get an award from the company one of them by giving good compensation. In addition to good compensation, employees must also be motivated to increase work satisfaction within themselves. The hard work of employees must be appreciated one of them by giving good compensation and work motivation by the company. This is very important to note if you want every employee to contribute positively and have satisfaction at work. Thus, employees will have a high enthusiasm in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This research was conducted on the employees of PT PLN Depok West Java Customer Service Unit. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The results of the questionnaire calculation produce an R square value of 0.812, which indicates that employee job satisfaction is influenced by compensation and work motivation by 81.2% while the remaining 18.8% is influenced by other factors. The results of the regression equation in this study are Y = -2,236 + 0,493X1 + 0,561X2 + e. Simultaneous tests were also carried out in this study, with an F test value of 103.824 which was significant at 0.000. This means that the independent variable compensation and work motivation simultaneously affect the variable employee satisfaction.Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

A Company always strives to obtain maximum results by using the capital they have optimally including in banking activities. The health of a bank can be seen from the use of its capital to generate profit after tax.In this study the authors use the quantitative method that is through the financial statements in the if own. Analyzer used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application.The financial statements used are the tube financial statements in 2011 until 2015. The calculation result show between ROA and ROE to CAR simultaneously exist a very strong relationship of 0.935. Between ROA and ROE to CAR simultaneously there is a significant influence or contribution by 87%. The multiple regression equation that is formed is Y=13,971+11,717X1-1,248X2Keyword : ROA, ROE, CAR

Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang diinginkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Memiliki pegawai yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi jabatan sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat melaksanakan penempatan kerja yang tepat. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan proses rekrutmen dan penempatan kerja pegawai agar kinerja pegawai meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel rekrutmen dan variabel penempatan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. Seluruh karyawan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menganalisis data berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS. Hasil perhitungan kuesioner, pada R sebesar 0,746 atau 74,6% yang berarti rekrutmen, penempatan kerja dengan peningkatan kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan searah karena bersifat positif.

Abstract

Pada setiap organisasi atau perusahaan memiliki budaya kerja dan cara sendiri dalam memotivasi karyawan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja karyawan. Budaya kerja yang merupakan hasil dari cara bekerja sehari-hari yang terbentuk dari cara pimpinan dalam memimpin karyawannya. Oleh karena itu pimpinan harus dapat membentuk lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dengan salah satu caranya adalah memberikan motivasi yang tepat kepada seluruh karyawan. Dengan adanya lingkungan kerja yang memiliki budaya kerja yang baik maka karyawan dapat memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik juga. Demikian pula halnya dengan motivasi kerja, organisasi atau perusahaan yang mampu memberikan motivasi yang tepat kepada para karyawannya maka kedisplinan kerja karyawan dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel budaya kerja dan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karyawan pada sebuah organisasi pemerintah, yaitu Pada Pengadilan Negeri Depok. Seluruh karyawan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan melakukan analisis data berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS. Hasil dari perhitungan kuiesioner menghasilkan R sebesar 0,432 atau 43,2% dapat diartikan bahwa hubungan budaya kerja,motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang cukup dan searah karena bernilai positif.
