Abstract

Saat ini di era yang serba digital media promosi sering dibagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu media online dan offline. Media promosi online, biasanya dengan menggunakan media sosial, market place dan lain-lain, sedangkan untuk promosi secara offline bisa menggunakan salah satu atau gabungan dari media  pamplet, spanduk, brosur dan lain-lain. Namun apapun media yang dipilih, tetap harus memiliki desain yang baik, unik dan mudah diingat oleh masyarakat agar mereka tergerak untuk melakukan apa yang disampaikan tersebut. Pengenalan media promosi sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di Yayasan Desa Hijau yaitu sebuah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial kemasyarakatan, yang kegiatannya banyak berhubungan dengan masyarakat baik sebagai donatur dan penerima. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini yayasan dalam melaksanakan program banyak menggunakan jasa orang lain untuk mendesain media promosi, padahal kegiatan yang dilaksanakan kadang lebih dari satu dan dalam waktu yag berdekatan, sehingga dana yang dihabiskan untuk jasa desain lumayan besar maka pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini melakukan pelatihan membuat media promosi dengan aplikasi canva, sebagai aplikasi yang relatif mudah d pahami, murah dan bisa dilakukan melalui handphone peserta yang berbasis android. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan pratikum. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta dapat menerima pengetahuan dan dapat  menggunakan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

Abstract - Every organization faces internal and external challenges such as technological developments, global competition, and internal issues related to organizational policy. One of the potentials that the organization needs to optimize in facing the current challenges is the potential of human resources who understand and implement the organizational culture to produce the best performance for the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance PT Huda Express. In this study the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. The data were collected by using questionnaires with data analysis using normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT Huda Express. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.408, it means the relationship of organizational culture to the employee's performance is quite strong. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.166 which means organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance of 16.6% while the rest is influenced by other factors than organizational culture. Abstract

Abstract  –  Competence becomes the basic for the employee in carrying out the demands of the job that he is responsible for. Employees must continue to improve their competence so that they can adapt to change related to their field of work. In this case, the company must play a role in the development of human resources owned,  especially related to the competence so that the future performance of employees will be better. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee performance CV Inaura Anugerah Jakarta. In this study the number of respondents are 30 employees. The data were collected using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis used normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV Inaura Anugerah Jakarta. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.396, it means the relation of competence to the employee's performance is low. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.157 which means competence affect employee performance of 15.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors than competence.Key Word: Competence, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract - Superior employee performance is the key factor in the company to achieve its goals. One that can affect the performance of employees is their motivation to work. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance PT Mitra Utama Graphic. The number of respondents in this study were 35 employees. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Mitra Utama Graphic. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient indicates the number 0,52, it means the relationship work motivation on employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0,270 which means work motivation affects employee performance by 27% while the rest influenced by other factors outside the study. Keywords: work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract  –  One of the things that the company's priority to achieve the goal is to have professional resources with the best employee performance in carrying out its work. One that can be affect employee’s performance is the existence of work discipline. This work discipline should be continue to be held and become the principle for employees, so that employee’s contribution in supporting the success of various functions of the company's operations become more optimal. The aims of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee’s performance Cipta Hotel Pancoran South Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study is 50 employee’s. The data were collected by using questionnaires and library studies. Data analysis is used the linearity test, simple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test. The result shows that the discipline of work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employee’s of Cipta Hotel Pancoran, South Jakarta. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.499, it means the relationship of work discipline to the employee's performance is quite strong. Coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.249 it means that work discipline affect of employee’s performance is 24.9% while the rest is influenced by factors others than work discipline it self. Key Word: work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract  - Increasingly tight business competition is accompanied by changes in the needs and desires of customers who always dynamically require companies to be able to adapt so that customers remain satisfied with the company's performance. Service quality and price determination offered are important parts so customer satisfaction is maintained. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of PT Setiajaya Mobilindo. The population in this study were customers of PT Setiajaya Mobilindo located on Jl. Raya Tole Iskandar Depok who received body & paint services and the sample was 61 respondents taken randomly. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with processing techniques using SPSS. From the results of the study it is known that service quality and price together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially service quality and price also have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The number of R square (R2) shows service quality and price contribute 58.6% to customer satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The choice of products by buyers can occur because of the existing brand beliefs and the quality of the product. Purchasing decisions that are the target of the company can not be separated from brand equity and product quality so that it needs optimal attention and management by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand equity and product quality on the quality of purchasing a Honda Vario 125 motorcycle. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the user community which finally obtained a number of 40 people as respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis as the data analysis with processing techniques using the SPSS 25 computer program. The results show that partially and jointly brand equity and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords : brand equity; product quality; buying decision..

Abstract

Perusahaan sebagai penyedia produk terus berupaya membuat konsumen tertarik sehingga mendorong terjadinya keputusan pembelian. Keputusan pembelian diupayakan semakin meningkat diantaranya dengan memberikan promosi penjualan yang sesuai dan menentukan lokasi usaha yang tepat dan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda pada PT Bintang Motor Jaya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini digunakan data kuantitatif dengan membagikan angket kepada responden yang dituju.  Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling berupa accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 79 responden. Pada penelitian ini analisis regresi digunakan dalam analisis datanya. Penelitian hasilnya menunjukkan promosi penjualan dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian, promosi penjualan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian, dan lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda pada PT Bintang Motor Jaya Jakarta The company as a product provider continues to strive to attract consumers so as to encourage purchase decisions. Purchasing decisions are sought to increase, including by providing appropriate sales promotions and determining the right and strategic business location. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion and location on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at PT Bintang Motor Jaya Jakarta. In this study, quantitative data was used by distributing questionnaires to the intended respondents. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling with a total sample of 79 respondents. In this study, regression analysis was used in the data analysis. The results of the research show that sales promotion and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, sales promotions partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and location partially has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at PT Bintang Motor Jaya Jakarta.

Abstract

Work motivation and compensation are factors that are expected to maintain employee performance. With good work motivation and compensation, it is hoped that employees will always be sincere, have morale, and are happy to do their job. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation factors and compensation factors on employee performance at PT Matahari Department Store Cibubur Branch. In this study, the population as well as the sample were all employees of the cashier, totaling 32 with data collection using a questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale. Methods of data analysis with multiple regression analysis with data processing techniques using SPPS version 25.0. This study shows that work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and collectively, employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by work motivation and compensation. The correlation coefficient has a very strong relationship with the R value of 0.876, while the coefficient of determination has an R Square value of 0.767 so that the contribution of work motivation and compensation to employee performance is 76.7%, while the rest is by other factors such as competence and work environment. The conclusion is that employee performance can increase when work motivation and compensation also increase.

Abstract

Dunia usaha dalam operasionalnya mengenal berbagai fungsi yang dimana salah satunya adalah fungsi keuangan. Salah satu hal yang menjadi bagian fungsi keuangan dan tentunya sudah dikenal secara umum oleh dunia usaha adalah tentang perpajakan. Mengenai pajak ini tentu dunia usaha tidak sekedar mengenal saja tetapi perlu pemahaman yang lebih rinci. Dengan manajemen pajak yang baik, diharapkan dapat mendukung kegiatan dan menciptakan nilai positif bagi dunia usaha itu sendiri. Permasalahan yang ada dalam UMKM PERWIRA antara lain pengetahuan yang kurang terhadap manajemen pajak, terbatasnya SDM yang cakap dan juga fokus terhadap perpajakan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya solusi dalam manajemen pajak untuk UMKM di PERWIRA. Solusi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemahaman manajemen pajak yang tepat sebagai salah satu sarana yang dapat digunakan dalam pengelolaan keuangan bagi UMKM di PERWIRA. Metode pelaksanaan terkait manajemen pajak yang tepat dalam mengelola keuangan UMKM PERWIRA yaitu dengan melakukan observasi untuk melihat gambaran mengenai kegiatan UMKM PERWIRA, serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang timbul. Tahap pelaksanaannya memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman mengenai manajemen pajak dengan memberikan materi secara langsung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut diakhiri dengan dilakukan adanya evaluasi dan monitoring dengan cara membagi kuesioner untuk peserta. Adapun luaran yang ingin dicapai antara lain artikel di media elektronik yang direlease dalam media website serta diharapkan pengetahuan peserta pengabdian masyarakat tentang manajemen pajak yang tepat menjadi meningkat.
