Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kelurahan Tapos Kota Depok. Sampel penelitiannya yaitu pemilik dan pengelola UMKM di Kelurahan Tapos Kota Depok. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif statistik. Metode pengumpulan data memakai teknik sample random sampling melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini memakai metode analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitiannya menyimpulkan secara simultan inklusi keuangan dan literasi keuangan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM. Dan secara parsial variabel inklusi keuangan tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dikarenakan nilai statistik t hitung lebih rendah dari t tabel (1.779 < 2.045) serta nilai signifikansi t (0,086) lebih besar dibanding (0.05), dan untuk variabel literasi keuangan mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM dimana nilai statistik t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (3.182 > 2.045) beserta nilai signifikan t (0,003) lebih kecil dari (0.05). Pada koefisien determinasi menghasilkan sebesar 0,555 atau 55,5% yang bisa di interpretasikan nilai pengaruh kedua variabel bebas (Inklusi Keuangan dan Literasi Keuangan) terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan sisanya 0,441 atau 44,1% didapatkan pengaruhnya dari variabel lainnya yang tidak teliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth has become a major focus for many regions today. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and the Human Development Index (IPM) on green economic growth in West Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with descriptive statistics using secondary data collected from various sources such as government reports, academic publications, and others. The dependent variable in this study is green economic growth, while the independent variables are investment and HDI. The results show that investment in the green economy sector has a significant positive impact on green economic growth. These investments include investments in the green infrastructure economy, this finding shows that strategically directed investments in these sectors can promote sustainable economic growth and reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase the HDI with indicators such as health, and decent living, levels of education, and per capita expenditure, which are important factors in achieving sustainable development.

Abstract

 The success key of organization can not be separated from its human resources . For that organizations should always pay attention to their employees in order to have a good performance and in accordance with the expectations of the organization. One that can affect an employee 's performance is the presence of job satisfaction . This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in political distric Pasir Gunung Selatan  Depok . The sampling method using saturated sample where all respondents are all employees . Data collection was conducted by using a questionnaire study consisting of closed questions include variable indicators of job satisfaction and employee performance . In analyzing the data using the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regression, and significant test. The results showed that job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient indicates the number 0,63,  it means the relationship of job satisfaction on employee performance is equal to 63,90 % . The coefficient of determination by R Squared = 0,408 indicates the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is equal to 40,08 % and 59,92 % influenced by other factors outside the study. Keywords: job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract - The government as a public servant continues to strive to make positive perceptions by continuing to improve community satisfaction related to the various services that can be provided. Community satisfaction is strived to continue to increase by providing the best quality of service and continue to encourage employee performance to be more optimal in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the One-Stop Integrated Services Unit of the Ministry of Manpower. The sample in this study amounted to 45 people where the technique was taken by accidental sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire given to respondents who happened to come at the research location. Data analysis tools in this study used a regression test with a validity and reliability test conducted previously. The results of this study are simultaneous and partial service quality and employee performance have a significant influence on community satisfaction in the One-Stop Integrated Services Unit of the Ministry of Manpower where the calculated F value is 19,042 and sig 0,000. Keywords: Service Quality, Employee Performance, Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak  - Pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat menjadi perhatian penting bagi pemerintah. Salah satu menjadi perhatian dan tantangan pemerintah yaitu menciptakan kualitas pelayanan dan pemberian fasilitas diberbagai bidang layanan dengan seoptimal mungkin sehingga masyarakat menjadi puas atas layanan yang sudah disesuaikan dengan wewenang dan aturan yang ada. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh masyarakat yang sudah berkunjung dan menggunakan pelayanan dan fasilitas di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri dengan sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 73 orang. Di dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sebagai analisis datanya dan untuk pengolahan data memakai program komputer SPSS 25.0. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh fasilitas, dan secara bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di RPTRA Kebon Pala Berseri. Kata Kunci: kepuasan masyarakat, kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, RPTRA

Abstract

Abstract  –  Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation,  Job Satisfaction
