Abstract

Absract Increasingly competitive business requires entrepreneurs to make new innovations in service, like providing convenience to customers in making transactions. Through this effort, the company can maintain market share so that it exists. By utilizing internet media in the digital era today, one of the initiatives done is to provide electronic services to customers. The purpose of this research is to find out and test the influence of e-service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction variables. The population in this study was the students of the Academy of Administration Management Yogyakarta (AMAYO) of which they had transacted more than two times of the online shopping site Bukalapak. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling sample. The number of sampling was 100. Based on the results of research, e-service quality has positive influences for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Besides, it can be proven that customer satisfaction is the mediation of the quality of E-service influencing customer loyalty. Based on Sobel Formula, it was found that the value T calculated 3.97449 > T table 1.960. It means that E-Service Quality affects customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Abstract

The goal of the study was to determine the influence of quality dimensions consisting of physical evidence variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially, variable physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Among the five variables, the responsiveness variable (X3) is the variable that has the most dominant effect on patient satisfaction at the Pharmaceutical Installation at Tk III Hospital 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta which is indicated by a beta value of 0.350 whose value is the closest to zero. While simultaneously the five variables both from physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect patient satisfaction indicated by the calculation of F observed (721.910) > F table (1,91). On the other hand, the satisfaction determination coefficient is indicated by Adjusted R Square of 0.976. This means that customer satisfaction of 97.6% is affected by physical proof variables (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). The remaining 2.4% were affected due to other variables not thoroughly observed by the researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effects of supervisory leadership and work from home policies on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Regional V Public Works and Housing Competency Development Center Yogyakarta. This writing uses quantitative method. The population used is the staff of the Regional Public Works and Housing Competency Development Center V Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. The number of samples is 32. Based on the results of the discussion, it is found that the T observed for leadership supervision is 2.546 > T table 2.048 and the work from home policy of T observed is 3.347 > T table 2.048. This has a partial effect on employee performance. The variable of leadership supervision and work from home policy have a simultaneous effect on employee performance based on the amount of F Test 16,852 > F table 3,33. The contribution of R2 has a strong relationship between leadership supervision and work from home policies in influencing employee performance, which is 0.538 or 53.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, brand image, and security on ticket buying interest on the Tokopedia site (a case study of UST Yogyakarta students). The population in this study used students of the economics faculty majoring in accounting and management at Bachelor of Science Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data types. The sample method in this study is non-probability and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the research simultaneously show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that the variables of trust, brand image, and security simultaneously or together have an effect on purchase intention. While the results of the research are partially from each variable, there are 2 variables that do not affect, namely the trust variable with a significant value of 0.653> 0.05, it can be concluded that trust has no effect on purchase intention and the security variable with a significant value of 0.070> 0.05 can be concluded that security has no effect on purchase intention. While the brand image variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the effect of education (X1) and training (X2) on the competence of health workers (Y) at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The writing method uses quantitative methods. The population used is all health workers at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a probability sampling sample. The distribution of questionnaires was distributed to health workers as many as 57 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is tested using the T test, F test and determination test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a partial effect of the education and training variables as indicated by the results of the t count of education of 13.051 and the result of t count of training of 26.783 which is greater than t table = 2.005 with each having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of education and training variables simultaneously where the calculated F result is 366.116 greater than the F table of 3.168 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution value of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 93.1% and the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is still being felt by the community, especially people in rural areas. Even though the graph of Covid-19 sufferers has been sloping, the passion to increase enthusiasm to restore the family economy still requires support and encouragement. The purpose of this community service activity is to build the entrepreneurial spirit of the community in Srumbung, Pleret, Bantul DIY to improve the economy and welfare of the community, thereby increasing the independence of the Srumbung Village community. This community service activity was attended by the people of the Srumbung Village, especially the Farmers, Breeders and people who have home-made products. This activity involved a team of AMA Yogyakarta lecturers in an effort to build a spirit of entrepreneurship. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that the people of Srumbung Village will return to their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for starting a business and developing existing businesses.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di RT 7 Padukuhan Gonjen, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul D.I. Yogyakarta. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan berkomunikasi kepada bapak-bapak dan remaja yang telah terdaftar sebagai peserta pelatihan komunikasi efektif yaitu sejumlah 23 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tatap muka di dalam ruangan dengan pemberian materi oleh nara sumber dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi / Tanya jawab / simulasi terkait komunikasi. Komunikasi adalah proses pernyataan isi pikiran atau isi perasaan seseorang kepada orang lain dengan menggunakan medium bahasa. Komunikasi berati juga penyampaian pesan oleh komunikator kepada komunikan. Pesan tersebut terdiri dari isi pesan (the content of the massege) dan lambang (symbol). Isi pesan dimediasi oleh pikiran atau perasaan dan lambang dimediasi oleh bahasa. Komunikasi adalah salah satu sarana untuk terkoneksi dengan orang lain. Ada komunikasi yang bersifat verbal dan ada pula yang bersifat non verbal. Komunikasi verbal adalah komunikasi yang terjadi dengan berbicara pada orang lain sedangkan non verbal adalah komunikasi yang terjadi melalui perantara atau media. Dalam komunikasi verbal maka sangat penting untuk bisa menyusun kata-kata yang keluar dari mulut kita menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat dimengerti, berguna dan menarik bagi lain. Komunikasi yang jelas akan membuat orang lain memperhatikan dan menghargai apa yang kita bicarakan inilah yang dimaksud komunikasi efektik. Komukasi secara efektif perlu lebih diperhatikan terlebih pada pembelajaran Online. Internet dalam masa pandemi menjadi solusi ideal yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Internet mampu memberikan dukungan bagi terselenggaranya proses komunikasi interaktif dalam pembelajaran sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan dalam suatu kegiatan pembelajaran daring atau Online.

Abstract

According to several studies, packaging and product quality can increase product sales. Food packaging is a material used to contain or wrap food, whether in direct contact with food or not. Packaging has the benefit of protecting products from bad influences, protecting products so that they remain in good condition until they are in the hands of consumers. The attributes of quality and packaging features have a greater influence on all stages of purchasing decisions. So that packaging and food safety in this case quality plays an important role in product sales. Product sales are one of the main goals of SMEs in producing products. Efforts are needed to increase sales, one of which is through packaging and labeling. A good packaging method that can maintain product quality until it reaches consumers is one of the efforts to help mothers increase their product sales. PKK from Gancahan, Sidomulo Village, Godean District, Sleman Regency, DIY, are trying to increase their income by marketing their products. In this marketing effort, good packaging and labeling are needed for product packaging. Based on the above reasons, community service activities were carried out with the aim of training PKK Dusun Gancahan mothers through packaging, labeling, in the hope of increasing product sales for PKK Dusun Gancahan, Sidomulyo, Godean, Sleman DIY. The result of this community service is the ability of mothers to make economical packaging from plastic materials to wrap their processed products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of service quality which consists of dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and attention to passenger satisfaction at type A Giwangan Bus Station Yogyakarta. The data was obtained by distributing a questionnaire to 100 passengers. The data is processed by instrument test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing including t test, F test and R2 test. The data calculation process uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 20. The results of the study concluded that service quality consisting of dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty has a significant partially and simultaneously influence on passenger satisfaction at type A Giwangan Bus Station Yogyakarta.
