Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence emotional intelligence(EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on the performance of the auditor either partially or simultaneously on industrial companies in Sydney which is the object of this research. And of the two independent variables will also be sought where the dominant variable affecting the performance of auditors. This study uses a causal research design that studies the relationship between the number of variables in which the independent variables in the study is emotional intelligence (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2), the dependent variable is the performance of the auditor (Y). Source of data used are primary data with a questionnaire method of data collection, amounting to 30 items, which are distributed to 25 respondents (auditor).  The results show that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence significant positive effect on the performance of auditors in industrial enterprises in Bandar Lampung. The better the emotional and spiritual intelligence, the better the performance of the auditor. Emotional and spiritual intelligence contributes to the performance of the auditor is 73.9% while the remaining 26.1% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

CV. Laut Selatan Jaya engaged in product distributor PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk face the problem of lack of work discipline shown by the high employee absenteeism and declining productivity of employees that may affect the company's performance. The research problem is: Is employee discipline affect the performance of the company, whether the employee productivity affect the performance of the company, and whether the employee disciplinary effect on labor productivity in CV. Laut Selatan Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee discipline on company performance, employee productivity effect on corporate performance, and employee discipline effect on labor productivity in CV. Laut Selatan Jaya. Based on the results of quantitative analysis with multiple regression models obtained by the equation: Y = 32,195 + 0.0000001831 0.000000090926 X1 + X2. From these equations it can be seen working discipline coefficient (b1) and employee productivity coefficient (b2) is relatively small. This suggests that the effect of labor discipline and productivity of employees on company performance mediocre. Product Moment Correlation calculation results obtained r1 = 0.08 and r2 = 0.06 means that the discipline of work and employee productivity has positive influence to company performance. The results of the calculation of the coefficient determinant of labor discipline by 64% which means that the influence of labor discipline on corporate performance by 64% and the effect on the performance of the employee's productivity to company performance by 34%. Thus the hypothesis which states that: employee discipline effect on company performance, employee productivity affect the company's performance, and employee discipline effect on labor productivity in CV. South Sea Jaya in Bandar Lampung, is acceptable

Abstract

Problems faced by the Department of Education of Way Kanan District is still not yet optimal employee performance. Many factors could cause the performance of employees such as work discipline and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between discipline and work motivation with employee performance at the Departement of Education of Way Kanan District. This study uses primary data obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to a sample of 48 employees, as well as secondary data were sourced from the literature and document. Analysis tool used is the analysis of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. From the calculations, the correlation coefficient with the work discipline of employee performance is 0.619, meaning there is a strong and positive relationship between the discipline of working with performance. Correlation coefficient with the motivation of employee performance is 0.318 means there is a relationship between work motivation and performance of employees with a weak category. Correlation coefficient of work discipline and work motivation with the employees performance is 0.639, meaning there is a strong relationship between labor discipline and work motivation with employee performance. The determination coefficient of the relationship between the discipline and work motivation with employee performance is 0.408. It means, that the contribution of work discipline and work motivation with employee performance by 40.8%, and the remaining 59.2% were related to other variables that were not analyzed. Thus, it can be concluded that the work discipline has a stronger relationship with the employees performance compared with the work motivation, but the discipline all together have strong relationship with the employee performance at at the Department of Education of Way Kanan District.Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Way Kanan adalah masih belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan rendanya kinerja pegawai diantaranya adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 48 orang pegawai sebagai sampel, serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari literatur dan dokumen. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai adalah 0,619, berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja. Koefisien korelasi motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai adalah 0,318 berarti terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai dengan katagori yang lemah. Koefisien korelasi variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai adalah 0,639, berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Koefisien diterminasi hubungan disiplin dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai adalah 0,408. Ini berarti, sumbangan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 40,8%, dan sisanya sebesar 59,2% berhubungan dengan variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja mempunyai hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan motivasi kerja, namun secara bersama-sama disiplin dan motivasi kerja mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Way Kanan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Job Training on the performance of employees of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung, the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung, the effect of Job Training & Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung. This research uses research by quantitative research and association approach. The source of the data obtained is raw data using the method of collecting observation data, research documents and questionnaires. The population in the research are all employees of PT. Natafari Bandar Lampung a total of 45 people. The instrument requirements test used is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis testing refers to the t-test and...F-test. The results.....this research..shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Natafari Bandar Lampung, job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Persada Lampung Raya, Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Persada Lampung Raya, Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT. Persada Lampung Raya. Jenis penelitan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Persada Lampung Raya berjumlah 41 orang. Uji persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan secara parsial bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Persada Lampung Raya, Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Persada Lampung Raya dan secara simultan Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Persada Lampung Raya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted business activities, including the banking industry. The Indonesian State Bank (BNI) might face the same challenges as other banks. However, as a well-established red plate bank, the dynamic of this bank needs to be further investigated to show how the pandemic affects its financial performance. The main objective of this study is to provide empirical evidence on whether the COVID-19 pandemic affects the financial performance of the red plate bank. In doing so,  the current researchers conducted a comparative analysis using paired sample t-tests. Time series data based on BNI's quarterly financial reports from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2022  were collected through documentation. The data were partitioned into two groups, which were data before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The paired sample t-test results show that, in general, there is no statistical difference in BNI's financial performance before and during the pandemic. The finding confirmed that, as a red plate bank, BNI is a well-established bank with a sound financial state regardless of the pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak Event Vans Warped Tour dijadikan Vans sebagai sarana menerapkan iklan-iklan dan promosi produknya. Selain dari acara olahraga dan musik yang ditujukan untuk anak muda, media iklan yang digunakan Vans  adalah  internet.  Bahkan  disediakan  layanan  streaming  event  Vans Warped   Tour dan terdapat   banner   yang   bisa   diklik   yang   langsung menyambung ke katalog produk-produk Vans. Vans tidak membuat iklan di TV,  tetapi  membuat  media  iklannya  sendiri  di  internet  dengan  kanal  di Youtube. Selain itu Vans juga aktif di media sosial Instagram, Facebook, line, dan media iklan lainnya. Iklan adalah penggunaan media untuk memberitahukan kepada konsumen tentang sesuatu dan mengajak mereka melakukan sesuatu. Citra merek adalah apa yang konsumen pikir atau rasakan ketika mereka mendengar atau melihat nama suatu merek atau pada intinya apa yang konsumen telah pelajari tentang merek,citra merek. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji validitas, Uji realibilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perngaruh yang besar antara Iklan dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sepatu vans dikalangan mahasiswa Universitas Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Iklan, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian
