Abstract

Street Vendors is one small business that is growing rapidly in Bandar Lampung. One of them is the Mang Udin Ice business located in front of Pasar Mangga Dua Bandar Lampung.The formulation of the problems of this study are: Business strategy what can be done to increase sustainable competitiveness?The purpose of this study was to determine the business strategy of what can be done to increase sustainable competitiveness.This study used a qualitative descriptive method by using primary and secondary data; and data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires; as well as qualitative analysis method by SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities And Threats). Based on the analysis diagram Cartesian SWOT obtainedMang Udin Ice Business located in Quadrant I, business strategies can be implemented to increase sustainable competitiveness is the generic strategies are: Cost Advantage Strategy (buy raw materials in large quantities and reduce the cost of labor),Differentiation Strategy (multiply choice pruduk and increase product quality, adding a type of food products, open new business branches and do joint ventures), Focus Strategy (maintain the quality products and always maintain the cleanliness).Based on the analysis Strategic SWOT matrix, the highest scores were effective to increase sustainable competitiveness is Strength OpportunityStrategy (SO) with a score of 3.07, followed successively by Weakness Opportunity Strategy (WO) with a score of 2.57, Strength Threats Strategy(ST) with a score of 2.02 and Weakness ThreatsStrategy (WT) with a score of 1.52. Business strategy that can be performed on SO are: increase the quality of products that are superior to the competitors, increase product choice, keep clean; the WO are: increase the choice of products, open new business branches, add facilities (seating), and increase the number of workers who can be trusted; in ST are: increase the quality of products that are superior to the competitors, always maintain cleanliness and to reassess the business; and the WT are: product innovation in order to increase the variety and quality of products, as well as doing a good joint venture with the owners of capital or other business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Rumah Sakit sebagai salah satu penyedialayanan jasa memiliki peran yang sangat vital bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakatyang berguna untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pasienterhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Daerah Mayjend. HM.Riyacudu Kotabumi Lampung Utara? Adapun tujuan penelitiannya adalah untukmengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yangdiberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Daerah Mayjend. HM. Riyacudu KotabumiLampung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif., alat analisis yangdigunakan adalah Analisis Tingkat Kesesuaian dan Analisis Diangram Kartesius.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada pendekatan tingkat kesesuaian diketahuirata–rata tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap tingkat kualitas pelayanan dandiagram kartesius maka dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikanbelum memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien. Ahirnya peneliti memberikan saranuntuk peningkatan pelayanan Rumah Sakit Daerah Mayjend. HM. RiyacuduKotabumi dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan kepada paseien yaitu: 1) pegawaiseharusnya memanggil nama pasien sebelum melakukan tindakan agar tidakterjadi kesalahan dalam bekerja. 2) pegawai seharusnya menanyakan kondisipasien secara berkala sehingga pasien merasa diperhatikan dan membuat pasienmerasa puas. 3) pegawai seharusnya menanyakan/menindak-lanjuti/mengevaluasi masalah yang dialami oleh pasien sehingga meminimalisirkesalahan yang terjadi. 4) pegawai seharusnya menyediakan waktu mendengarkeluh kesah pasien sehingga pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan yangdiberikan. dan 5) pegawai harus sabar/ tidak tergesa-gesa/ lembut terhadap pasiendalam melakukan tindakan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan yang fatal.

Abstract

One thing that should be a concern for companies in order to achieve their  goal is to provide job satisfaction to employees. Employees who get job satisfaction will have a greater attachment or commitment and will encourage employees performing better. PT PLN (Persero),  Bandar Lampung Power Sector has developed and implemented the Fast Program Improvement of human resource to fulfil employee satisfaction. The formulation of the problem is whether the implementation of the Fast Program Improvement of human resource is able to fulfil employee satisfaction or not. This study used a sample of 33 people is taken randomly with proportional technique. This research also uses descriptive method by means of  Conformity Level Analysis and Cartesian diagram with the help of Importance-Performance Analysis. Results of the research  showed that the average value of concordance level between the level of interest (job satisfaction desired) and the level of performance of the company (the results of the achievement of Fast Improvement program) are amounted to 81.52% with the category of very fit, but of the 12 attributes there are five attributes which  are below average. Results of Importance-Performance Analysis showed that the average value of the level of company performance is amounted to 3.26 < the value of the average interest rate of 4.01. It means that the achievement results of the implementation of Fast Improvement program have not been fully able to meet employee satisfaction. Results of Cartesian diagram analysis shows that there are three attributes in Quadrant A which is not satisfactory and two attributes in Quadrant D is excessive (not effective), 4 attributes in quadrant C is quite satisfactory, and three attributes in quadrant B is very satisfying. It can be concluded that the Fast Improvement program of human resources has not been fully implemented to provide job satisfaction to employees.

Abstract

Seiring dengan peningkatan penjualan dan peningkatan daya saing penjualan, strategi bisnis memainkan peran yang semakin penting. Untuk melakukan ini, perusahaan harus memiliki rencana bisnis yang dapat diterima untuk memastikan bahwa klien saat ini tidak berpindah ke bisnis lain yang memiliki atribut strategis yang lebih relevan dan dapat mempertahankan daya saing perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis yang paling efektif untuk menjaga daya saing di fasilitas Body Repair Mipa Champion di Bandar Lampung selama masa Pandemi Corona Virus Desease-19. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai strategi desain penelitian. Observasi, wawancara/wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket adalah beberapa teknik yang peneliti lakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi. Metodologi kualitatif dan analisis SWOT, serta matriks analisis SWOT, digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini. Bengkel Mipa Champion terletak di kuadran 1 yang merupakan lokasi yang sangat menguntungkan. Workshop Mipa Champion memiliki kemungkinan dan kekuatan di kuadran ini, yang memungkinkannya memanfaatkan peluang saat ini. Oleh karena itu, kajian terhadap formulasi kombinasi strategi matriks SWOT pada isu-isu prioritas tertinggi merupakan rencana yang paling tepat untuk digunakan dalam situasi ini guna mendorong kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth-oriented strategy). Hubungan Kekuatan-Peluang (3.51) Strategi SO, yaitu strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan sendiri untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan rumusan kombinasi strategi matrik SWOT strategi yang tepat untuk di terapkan ada pada prioritas urutan tertinggi (3,51) atau sebagai strategi Strength-Opportunity (SO).

Abstract

The survival of firm is influenced by customer satisfaction. One element that could affect customer satisfaction is the quality of the product. CV. Retina Printing in Bandar Lampung is a company engaged in the printing. The company is always trying to get the product produced can provide satisfaction to consumers, especially in terms of quality products. Elements of the quality of the product include: a) materials used; b) the design is interesting, c) machinery; d) process of the professionals (creative, skilled, thorough and direct technicians); e) printout (clear, adhesive durable and waterproof). Customer satisfaction with quality of products includes the following elements: quality, price, punctuality and service. The company strives to maintain and improve the quality of its products, but still faces problems such as: the number of consumer complaints against the total number of consumers who are, respectively: the quality (1.91%), price (1.8%), accuracy (3.08%) and services (2.45%), higher than the standard number of consumer complaints that the company determined that 1.5%. This shows that customer satisfaction with the quality of the resulting product is still not fully in line with expectations or standards specified company.The problem is: How does product quality on the level of consumer satisfaction in the CV. Retina Printing in Bandar Lampung. The objectives of this study to determine how the influence of product quality to customer satisfaction rate on the CV. Retina Printing Bandar Lampung. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. In the analysis of qualitative analysis are used tables and in quantitative models used Cartesian diagram (Importance Performance Analysis). From the results of qualitative analysis can be concluded that the quality of the products in the category / criteria is in accordance with the expectations of consumers, although there are attributes that are still needed. From the results of quantitative analysis with the calculation of Importance Performance Analysis to know the average overall level of consumer expectation of 4.10 greater than the average level of overall product quality which is equal to 4.07. Although the calculated relative differences are very small ie 0.03, this suggests that the quality of the products has not been fully in line with expectations of consumers. In other words, the quality of the product affects the customer satisfaction. Thus the hypothesis that product quality has a positive effect on the level consumer satisfaction on the CV. Retina Printing in Bandar Lampung is acceptable.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan baik untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada Master Fried Chicken Bandar Lampung. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Master Fried Chicken dan kompetitornya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan alat analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan uraian dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan pada bab-bab sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa hal yang dapat disimpulkan dalam makalah ini adalah dari analisis SWOT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru di Bandar Lampung dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan adalah: SO dan WO. Diharapkan Master Fried Chicken dapat membuat harga yang wajar dan membuat perbedaan dari segi bahan baku yang berkualitas sehingga menghasilkan cita rasa tersendiri yang membedakannya dengan kompetitor.
