Abstract

AbstrackThe development of very advanced technology has resulted in the level of need for network security being very important.  Conditions like this require network technicians to provide security for internet use by finding out many things that make them understand how network security works, information theft can be done in several ways, one of which is by monitoring the network using software and recording information in clear text.  The purpose of this study is to understand how the MITM (Man In The Middle) Framework works. The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, a cycle of network design stages that can guide a network design, which depends on the size of the project to be implemented and the objectives of the project.  Wireless security testing using MITM which is used to find information and security analysis using the arp spoofing technique method, which will be described in the MITM Framework application.  Packet sniffing is a process for capturing packets passing through a computer network. Based on the analysis and attack experiments carried out, it still needs improvement, this is with the airodamp-ng application detecting nearby WiFi and packet snoofing attacks can display website address, username and password information using the MITM Framework application. Keywords: Framework, MITM, wifi,  internet

Abstract

Security is an important aspect to be considered in computer networks. This security system can be a detection and prevention of attacks that are being done by the attacker (intruders). The problem of attacks that occur in computer networks is that intruders can do port scanning, enter the system using open ports such as telnet, ftp and others.. The purpose of this study is the implementation of IDPS, can be from. To do network security from various attack threats, a system that can detect and prevent it directly is needed. The method that can be used is Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (NIDPS). NIDPS can exchange and block the attacks. This security system is collaborated with IP Tables. IP Tables is used to filter incoming data packets and drop packets of data that are indicated by attack. With the Intrusion Detection and Prevention system, it can detect attacks and prevent them by blocking data packets sent by intruders through port scanning, FTP attacks, and telnets.

Abstract

PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City is one of the universities engaged in advertising (Advertising, Baleho and Banners), which so far have not used an evaluation system in objective performance appraisals, employee assessments are carried out based on subjective assessments and do not use indicators capable of providing an assessment. objective on employee performance. So the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method of performance assessment is needed, which will be applied to PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City. For that the author tries to build an application with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method on employee performance appraisal using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT. Mawarindo in the selection of the best employees every year. Based on the results of the study, the Implementation of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in assessing the performance of employees of PT. Mawarindo is made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as supporting media, storing the results of data processing that can be used by PT. Mawarindo in inputting employee data, so that it can help overcome existing problems so that the process of selecting the best employees at PT. Mawarindo can be done using an application that has been designed.

Abstract

Subsidized rice is one government program to help people who are not capable of in terms of food, in order to reduce mortality and malnutrition affected due to difficult taking one of the main food staple of man. Thus it is necessary decision support system assisting the government to give the decision to the person entitled to receive the subsidized rice. The research was done at Kelurahan Jalan Gedang yang terdapat di Kecamatan Gading Cempaka, Provinsi Bengkulu. In con-ducting this research, the writer used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Steps in designing a system that includes analysis of the system in general and in detail using the tools of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). The development of this system is carried out using Visual Basic 6.0. The results showed that the exist-ence of this program can be used as aids in the manufacture of valid data about the reception Raskin, so as to facilitate the completion of the work. The existence of this system can also make the management and performance become more effective and efficient.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Location Marketing, MySQL, Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

Dengan adanya sistem simulasi prediksi jumlah mahasiswa baru ini, diharapkan dapat memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa baru yang masuk pada setiap tahun kedepan nya. Menerapkan metode Monte Carlo dan juga menerapkan aplikasi simulasi prediksi ini sekaligus menguji tingkat akurasi dan efisiensi data yang dihasilkan menggunakan metode ini. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara obeservasi secara langsung ke objek dengan mengambil sampel data yang sudah ada di tahun 2013 – 2017 untuk dapat memprediksi ditahun berikutnya. Melakukan analisis terhadap sistem yang berjalan untuk kemudian dijadikan bahan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yaitu Visual Basic. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah dari berapa banyak jumlah mahasiswa baru setiap tahunnya dan akan dilihat tingkat keakuratannya. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Metode Monte Carlo dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai metode yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai keuntungan maksimum yang dihasilkan melalui percobaan bilangan acak. Semakin banyak percobaan dilakukan, maka akan semakin baik hasilnya.Kata Kunci: Simulasi, Prediksi, Monte Carlo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an interconnection network using GPEN (Gigabit Passive Ethernet Network) technology so as to provide convenience for network admin users in managing, controlling, and maintaining each client, making it easy for network technicians when a breakdown occurs, and Providing easy client user authentication in the area (PUSKOM) IAIN Bengkulu. The research method used is research and development research, the research method used to aim at developing, producing products and waiting for the effectiveness of the research method. Developing a wireless-based network, namely a point-to-point radio to a network with GPEN technology (Gigabit Passive Ethernet Network) as a switch and router that supports gigabit ports and to control and monitor bandwidth on each client. Better network quality and efficiency so that activities such as browsing, uploading and downloading are faster.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan dunia internet. Informasi yang yang disajikan saat ini sudah sangat global dan on time sehingga informasi terupdate dan ketersedian data di segala bidang sangat berlimpah, akan sangat berguna dan bermanfaat jika kita dapat mengolah untuk menemukan insights dari data berupa informasi penting yang akan bermanfaat dalam mengambil keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, diperoleh informasi bahwa mitra membutuhkan kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkan dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra berkaitan dengan data science yaitu keterampilan/kemampuan mengimplemntasikan tiga pilar ilmu matematika, statistika, dan komputer (pemrograman) berkolaborasi dengan tujuan membuat proses pengolahan data lebih efisien dan akurat serta menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat bagi pengambil kebijakan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan workshop pengenalan dan pemanfatan data science. Tujuan kegiatan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra terkait Data Science dan pemanfaatan dalam bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan umpan balik, kegiatan ini sangat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebesar 78% berkaitan dengan data science. Dengan memanfaatkan data science maka mereka dapat menemukan insights/pengetahuan dari data tersebut dalam pengambilan keputusan.Abstract: Technological developments cannot be separated from the world of the internet. The information presented today is very global and on time so that there is updated information and the availability of data in all fields is very abundant, it will be very useful and beneficial if we can process it to find insights from the data in the form of important information that will be useful in making decisions. Based on observations, information was obtained that partners need activities that can grow and provide knowledge to partners related to data science, namely skills/abilities to implement the three pillars of mathematics, statistics, and computers (programming) in collaboration with the aim of making data processing more efficient and accurate and produce the right decisions for policy makers. The activity was carried out with a workshop on the introduction and use of data science. The purpose of the activity is to provide understanding to partners regarding Data Science and its use in the field of education. Based on the results of the evaluation and feedback, this activity was very beneficial for the participants by increasing the knowledge and understanding of participants by 78% related to data science. By utilizing data science, they can find insights/knowledge from the data in making decisions.

Abstract

The introduction of dinosaurs that has been known to students so far is only limited to picture media in books. This is due to the absence of information media that presents information about dinosaurs ranging from shapes, sizes and moves into interactive media forms. To make an interesting learning media, it is better to make an application that is able to make learning more interesting to follow, one of which is Augmented Reality technology based on Android. This application is made using Unity, Visual Studio Code, Vuforia and Android Studio. The information on dinosaurs obtained based on the images is still limited in number such as brontosaurus, tajem, tyronosaurus and stegosaurus. Based on the results of initialization of the marker base and testing of the application, all applications run according to the stages of the research method using an incremental model.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media teknologi aplikasi Videoscribe tidak hanya digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada universitas saja tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah juga bisa di terapkan untuk membuat presentasi yang unik, inovatif, dan menumbuhkan kreativitas para siswa siswi yang secara langsung dapat di kreasikan ke dalam bentuk video animasi dimana banyak pengguna aplikasi ini yang memanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan sebagai media komunikasi, dari pemberi informasi ke penerima informasi. Sebagai pemberdayaan para siswa siswi maka kami berupaya memberikan solusi untuk memperkuat potensi atau daya yang dimiliki oleh para siswa dan siswi untuk menjadi semakin berdaya, kreatif, dan inovatif yang tidak saja mengenal pembuatan presentasi hanya bisa melalui microsoft powerpoint saja tetapi juga bisa dengan bantuan Videoscribe yang menyediakan banyak animasi yang dapat dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan sesuai dengan ide-ide yang dimiliki. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini adalah menambah wawasan peserta dengan menggunakan komputer yang didukung oleh jaringan internet maupun mode offline dimana aplikasi VideoScribe dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembuatan presentasi berbasis video animasi. Keywords: Presentasi, VideoScribe, Animasi
