Abstract

The eco-tourism program benefits much the community, where social culture and local wisdom of the people in each of regions preserve their custom, culture and sustainability differently. This study aims to determine the role of community and the role of local wisdom, the inhibiting and supporting factors, as well as the impact of the ecotourism program based on local wisdom in increasing the people's income. The research method used was a case study with a qualitative research type. The data sources for this study consisted of key informants including the Head of Dusun (Hamlet) and the Head of the Kaban Mayas Tourism Management Group, as well as regular informants including 7 (seven) local people from the Meliau hamlet. The methods of collecting data used were in-depth interviews and observation. The result of this study reveals that the role of the community is very important because local knowledge they have can help the implementation of ecotourism, where the community contributes to providing homestay, consumption, transportation and local guide or porter services and the ecotourism program is regulated by customary rules living in the community. The factor inhibiting the ecotourism program is mainly related to access to transportation, while the factor supporting is related to natural potency, cultural potency, animal diversity, and public awareness. The ecotourism program in Meliau Hamlet has a positive impact on community income, because the community has additional sources of income from managing homestay services, transportation services, and local guides. In addition, it also has an impact on improving the quality of processed non-timber forest products so that they have a fairly high selling value and also helps the marketing process. The findings of this study is expected to be taken into account in formulating local government policies in supporting the participation of local communities in ecotourism areas so as to increase their income.

Abstract

AbstractThis article is intended to measure the effectiveness of using Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution for junior high school students and the improvement of teaching materials, in accordance with the principles of development. As an experimental research, the form of this research is a quasy experiment. The object of this research was 53 students in SMP Kota Singkawang. Data were collected using measurement techniques. This study uses a different test using t-test as a data analysis tool. Based on the SPSS output, the t-test results show that the significance = 0.00 <α 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the pre-test and post-test results. Thus it can be concluded that the effective use of teaching materials has an impact on students' understanding of the material of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution at SMP Kota Singkawang. Abstract

Kemampuan menulis Karya tulis ilmiah (KTI) merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang pendidik profesional. Hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah diperoleh informasi bahwa guru-guru SMP Negeri 8 masih kesulitan dalam menulis KTI meskipun telah memiliki ide. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi yang dimiliki guru tersebut. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi yang berisi penugasan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dapat dikatakan sukses dan mencapai target yang diinginkan. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi dan juga semangat dari peserta. Hal ini terbukti dari kemampuan peserta menjawab dan merespon hal-hal yang ditanyakan oleh tim pengabdian. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu terjadi peningkatan motivasi menulis peserta serta peserta telah memahami PTK untuk dapat terbit pada jurnal nasional

Abstract

This service activity aims to educate partners about national journals and procedures for submitting manuscripts until they are published in national journals. The method of this activity was clinical or practiced. This service activity was attended by 20 teachers of SMAN 2 Kuala Mandor B, Kuburaya Regency. The instruments of the research were pre-test, post-test, and clinical performance. The data analysis technique was carried out by comparing the pre-test and post-test results. The results of this service indicated that the increase in teacher understanding included (1) teachers had understood the stages in scientific publications, (2) the teachers understood how to submit manuscripts to a national journal, and (3) the teachers understood how to find national journals according to their targets and needs. Thus, this service activity implies that it can increase knowledge, experience, and skills that are pretty good on partners' competence in supporting their careers as professional teachers.

Abstract

AbstrakKreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran merupakan bentuk kontribusi pada minat belajar karena hal tersebut mampu tingkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Tujuan daripada penelitian berikut ialah dalam mengamati bagaimana kreativitas guru dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, serta seberapa besar pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Riset ini mengambil 52 peserta didik sebagai partisipan penelitian. Penganalisisan data yang dipergunakan yaknistatistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak diperoleh persentase 78,05% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. (2) Hasil analisis data Motivasi belajar peserta didik X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak diperoleh persentase 69,90% termasuk berkategori tinggi. (3) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 16,0% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi dari variabel lainnya selain daripada penelitian berikut. Misalnya seperti teman sebaya, lingkungan keluarga, kondisi Gedung sekolah dan lain-lain.Kata Kunci: Kreativitas Guru, Motivasi Belajar                                                                                                AbstractThe creativity of teachers in carrying out learning is a form of contribution to the interest in learning because it can increase the motivation for learning students. The purpose of this study is to see how the creativity of teachers and the motivation to learn the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in students of class X social studies SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, as well as how much influence teacher creativity has on the motivation to learn the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in students of class X social studies SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational method. This research took 52 students as research participants. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The creativity of teachers in managing learning towards ppkn learning motivation in class X social studies students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak obtained a percentage of 78.05% included in the high category. (2) The results of the data analysis of learning motivation of students X social studies of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak obtained a percentage of 69.90% included in the high category. (3) teacher creativity has a significant effect on the motivation to learn Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects in class X social studies students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak with an influence of 16.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of material mastery on the pre-service teachers’ teaching readiness of Freedom to Learn-Independent Campus (MBKM) in teaching assistance of the economic education study program at Universitas Tanjungpura. The background of this study was many pre-service teachers in economics education study programs still experience unpreparedness in carrying out learning activities in class while participating in teaching assistance. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal method. The study population consisted of 90 pre-service teachers with a sample of 50 pre-service teachers and used a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that material mastery did not affect the readiness to teach in the teaching assistance of the MBKM program in the economics education study program, with a significance value of 0.587 > 0.05. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that mastery of the material does not affect the readiness to teach for pre-service teachers in teaching assistance of the MBKM program. Keywords: Material Mastery, Teaching Readiness, MBKM Teaching Assistance

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase entrepreneurial competency through resource management training in business management. The partner in this activity was the Rengginang Goyang 1 UKM, Kubu Raya Regency. The method of implementing this service was community education-based training. This activity was evaluated by comparing the results of the pretest with the posttest and analyzed descriptively. The results of the dedication showed that there had been an increase in participants' knowledge regarding resource management strategies in managing the business. It was shown from the pretest and posttest values; the pretest value was 35%, and at the time of the posttest, it increased to 65%. In addition to the test results, the observation showed that the participants were very satisfied with this activity.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era has touched all lines of life, including in the business world such as marketing. Marketing is an absolute thing that must be done in the business world. The problem that is often encountered is that not all people, such as SMEs, understand modern marketing or digital marketing, so the marketing model is still conventional. Finally, the information conveyed is limited. Digital-based marketing is marketing that utilizes the internet, so that the reach is wider, but still minimal expenses. One of the business units facing this is the rengginang Goyang 1.1 UKM. Based on this, education related to digital marketing or online-based marketing needs to be done in this place. One way that can be taken is by doing community service, which is carried out by a team of college lecturers. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to partners regarding online-based marketing methods. The hope of the service team this time is that the UKM actors who have been educated will be able to educate the UKM actors who have not had the chance to take part in this activity. The method used for realization is through lectures. The results of the dedication show that PKM activities can increase the participants' knowledge from 39% to 61%, all participants' responses are also positive. This means that the PKM activity has been successful according to the activity target

Abstract

Learning success may be impacted by educational technology. Teachers must transition from verbalist orators to those with the capacity to foster an environment that is conducive to learning. The objective of this research is to create resources for flipped classroom instruction in the Class X Economics course at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu. The method used is research and development. The development model used is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The research participants consisted of 2 expert validators, 2 teachers as assistants and 35 class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu, Sintang District, West Kalimantan. The instruments used are Assessment Questionnaires, Student Response Questionnaires, Observation Sheets and Tests. Data analysis techniques include validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the learning tools are arranged according to the independent curriculum, namely teaching modules, learning videos, and student worksheets. The results of the validation of the developed device are categorized as good and suitable for use. Judging from the percentage of student learning completeness, an average of 85.75 is obtained and the percentage of classical completeness is 100%.
