Abstract

Abstrak: Model Pengembangan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir Berbasis Co-Management Sumberdaya Perikanan di Kabupaten Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi komponen urgen pengelolaan sumberdaya pesisir, faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, dan peringkat prioritas co-management sumberdaya perikanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Treats), dan alur pikir PMPK (pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak permasalahan yang ditemukan pengelolaan sumberdaya pesisir khususnya dilihat dari aspek biofisik, teknologi, market, sosial ekonomi, dan kelembagaan.Kata kunci: ekonomi masyarakat pesisir, co-management, sumberdaya perikananAbstract: Fisheries Resources Co-Management Based Model of Coastal Community Economic Development in Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to determine the common problems faced by coastal communities by identifying important component of coastal resource management, internal and external factors, and the priority scale for fisheries resources co-management. This study employs three methods, namely Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Treats Analysis (SWOT), and a Problem-solving and Decision-making. The results show that the problems are found on managing coastal resource, especially in the biophysical, technological, market, social economic, and institutional aspect.Keywords: economy of coastal communities, co-management, fishery resources

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the learning model in the Cooperative Teaching Group (TAI) in improving the learning motivation and learning outcomes of the Class XI IS students in the MA Darussalam District of Mempawah Sengkubang. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design (Quasi Experiment) research design. The population of this study was all students of XI IS class 93. The samples in this study were class X students of IS-1 as experimental classes and class X IS-2 as control class. The data in this study were processed by conclusion analysis. The results showed that the use of TAI's learning was effective in improving the motivation and learning outcomes of students in MA Darussalam, Mempawah District, Sengkubang.

Abstract

The waiter’s role is of great importance in the smooth operation of a restaurant business within the tourism industry. Thus, it is necessary to critically examine the waiter’s performance concerning guest satisfaction in a tourism organization. In the case of this study, a waiter not only performs the role of a waitress but is also tasked to become an ambassador within the sector. Taking Warung Mesari in the context of this study, waiters must display good hospitality in welcoming visitors and introducing and preserving the restaurant’s image. Based on this view, the present study looks at the performance of waiters as a way to contribute to the increament in the number of guests satisfied with the services provided by warung Mesari. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. This study revealed that: the waiters were able to provide good service and establish good relationships with guests who visited the restaurant; the waiters have done their job successfully; the restaurant has received many positive guest comments from guests; the restaurant also gets repeater guests; and guests who have visited again invite their friends to visit the Warung Mesari restaurant.

Abstract

AbstrakPemuda merupakan generasi bangsa yang kelak menjadi visioner dalam membangun bangsa dan Negara. Sebagai penggerak bangsa. Sebagai penggerak bangsa, pemerintah menyiapkan jenjang-jenjang pendidikan sebagai wadah dalam belajar untuk mengetahui dan memahami sehingga terciptanya pemuda-pemudi yang berkarakter dan berkualitas. Globalisasi ini, Indonesia mengalami penurunan rasa nasionalisme atau rasa cinta tanah air, hal ini dikarenakan gempuran budaya asing dari berbagai negara yang masuk di Indonesia dengan mudahnya diterima dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jika hal ini terus-menerus terjadi, maka budaya, nilai, dan norma sosial yang ada akan merosok sehingga pemuda yang kelak meneruskan tonggak kepemimpinan akan mengalami penurunan kualitas atau daya saing dalam Sumber Daya Manusiaanya. Untuk itu diperlukan penguatan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan dalam pendidikan melalui jenjang sekolah menengah melalui kegiatan workshop. Bhineka Tunggal Ika memiliki makna yang penting bagi bangsa ini selain sebagai semboyan, dalam pemaknaanya Bhineka Tunggal Ika menjadi penglebur akan masalah pluralisme dikarenakan Indonesia sebagai negara yang majemuk. Sehingga diharapkan dalam penguatan nilai-nilai Kebhinnekaan terhadap siswa Sekolah Menengah perbatasan Malaysia – Indonesia ini dapat terwujud secara optimal. Konsep dan penyajian kegiatan workshop diyakini dapat menarik minat siswa untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Bhineka Tunggal Ika, sehingga kelak akan tercipta generasi yang memiliki nasionalisme tinggi kepada bangsa dan Negara, serta mampu mewujudkan Persatuan Bangsa.Kata Kunci: Persatuan Bangsa, Nilai Ke-Bhinneka-an, Generasi Muda di Perbatasan AbstractYouth is the nation's generation who will become visionaries in building the nation and state. With this globalization, Indonesia has experienced a decrease in the sense of nationalism or love for the homeland, this is because the onslaught of foreign cultures from various countries entering Indonesia are easily accepted and applied in everyday life. If this continues to happen, then the existing culture, values, and social norms will deteriorate so that the youth who will continue the leadership milestones will experience a decrease in quality or competitiveness in their Human Resources. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the values of diversity in education through the secondary school level through workshop activities. Bhineka Tunggal Ika has an important meaning for this nation apart from being a motto, in its meaning Bhineka Tunggal Ika is a melting pot of the problem of pluralism because Indonesia is a pluralistic country. So that it is hoped that in strengthening the values of Diversity for Middle School students on the Malaysia - Indonesia border, this can be realized optimally. The concept and presentation of the workshop activities are believed to be able to attract students' interest to understand and implement the values contained in Bhineka Tunggal Ika, so that in the future there will be a generation that has high nationalism to the nation and state, and is able to realize National Unity.Keywords: National Unity, Diversity Values, Young Generation at the Border

Abstract

Bubur legend singkawang cabang pontianak merupakan tempat makan yang menjual bubur sapi, nasi paru, nasi kuning, dan lontong sayur. Mengingat tempat makan banyak dijumpai di pinggir kota Pontianak sehingga menyebabkan persaingan dalam mencari konsumen semakin ketat. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan diantaranya kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan dan pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bubur Legend Singkawang Cabang Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode explanatory research. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 pelanggan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas Residual, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, Uji Koefisien Determinasi R Square, Sumbangan Efektif dan Sumbangan Relatif. Hasil uji t dan uji F menunjukan loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas makanan dan pelayanan secara persial dan simultan serta memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The development of the current digital era has touched all lines of life, including in the business world such as marketing. Marketing is an absolute thing that must be done in the business world. The problem that is often encountered is that not all people, such as SMEs, understand modern marketing or digital marketing, so the marketing model is still conventional. Finally, the information conveyed is limited. Digital-based marketing is marketing that utilizes the internet, so that the reach is wider, but still minimal expenses. One of the business units facing this is the rengginang Goyang 1.1 UKM. Based on this, education related to digital marketing or online-based marketing needs to be done in this place. One way that can be taken is by doing community service, which is carried out by a team of college lecturers. The purpose of this activity is to provide education to partners regarding online-based marketing methods. The hope of the service team this time is that the UKM actors who have been educated will be able to educate the UKM actors who have not had the chance to take part in this activity. The method used for realization is through lectures. The results of the dedication show that PKM activities can increase the participants' knowledge from 39% to 61%, all participants' responses are also positive. This means that the PKM activity has been successful according to the activity target

Abstract

Corruption has become a pressing concern in Indonesia, penetrating various sectors of society. Tackling this issue, integrity education at the tertiary level has emerged as an underexplored strategic solution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and role of integrity education in fostering anti-corruption commitment among university students. A systematic literature review examines diverse integrity education strategies and implementations. Results indicate that integrity education positively influences individuals’ awareness and attitudes toward corrupt practices. Challenges, however, persist in fully integrating these concepts into curricula and promoting active student engagement. The main conclusion emphasizes the crucial role of integrity education in cultivating a resilient anti-corruption generation within universities. Implications encompass the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships to develop a comprehensive approach. Practical recommendations include innovative teaching methods and further research to assess integrity education’s impact on higher education. This study contributes to comprehending anti-corruption efforts through integrated integrity education within research limitations.

Abstract

One of the products that students are interested in today is the products of imported used goods that are often referred to as "shell". The study is aimed at analyzing the purchasing decisions of retail products in FKIP University of Tanjungpura Economic Education Students. Research approach using qualitative and case study research methods. The data source used is the primary source. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling where samples are selected based on specific considerations. The informants of this study are students of economics education force 2019 - 2021 who have purchased clothing products at auction at least 3 times. Data collection techniques are interviews, literature, and observation. Data analysis methods include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal. The results show that the basic aspects of consumer behavior are the cultural aspects due to foreign fashion; the social aspects are the products of clothing auctions presented by close relatives; the psychological aspects with a simple, fashionable and economical lifestyle. While the dimension of consideration of the purchase decision is the selection of products with detail in terms of quality and price; the choice of different brands has different quality characteristics of materials and models; complete store / location and friendly service; time of purchase without planned, make a purchase when looking at a good auction product; the number of purchases vary with the amount of purchase between Rs5,000-Rp200,000.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menangkal dampak simulacra yang mempengaruhi wilayah perbatasan Jagoi Babang antara Indonesia dan Malaysia. Simulacra dari negara tetangga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap identitas dan pandangan generasi muda di wilayah ini. Melalui pendekatan penguatan sense of belonging, kegiatan ini berfokus pada upaya memperkuat rasa memiliki dan kebanggaan warga muda terhadap identitas nasional mereka. Kegiatan ini mengusulkan serangkaian intervensi yang mencakup pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan pengembangan strategi untuk memperkuat jati diri generasi muda di tengah arus simulacra yang meresahkan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pandangan baru dan solusi konstruktif dalam mempertahankan identitas nasional di wilayah perbatasan.
