Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the work environment, employee motivation, company compensation, and job satisfaction on employee performance through employee work loyalty as a mediating variable at the Melinda Kediri Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA). This study used a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis and is supported by Sobel test calculations. The results of the research analysis show that based on the regression equation model 1 environment, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee work loyalty. Based on the regression equation model 2, environment, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction are not significant on employee performance, while employee work loyalty has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the regression equation model 1 and 2, loyalty is able to mediate the influence of the environment, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Melinda Kediri Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA)

Abstract

Riset tentang Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman, yang dimilki dan dialami oleh perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mengetahui kondisi perusahaan yang sebenarnya. Atas dasar inilah peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana BRI Unit Pasar Pahing Kediri melakukan kegiatan pemasarannya (Sales Strategy-nya). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan para Stakeholder dalam memutuskan suatu kebijakan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Hasil Analisa SWOT menunjukkan, kekuatan perusahaan berada pada Kuadran II (disarankan diversifikasi strategi). Melalui analisa SPSS dihasilkan, Sales Strategy berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan jumlah nasabah sebesar R = 0.732 atau 73.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan bagaiman dampak Kompensasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variable Intervening pada Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Melinda Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh siknifikan antara Kompensasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh Kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secaqra simultan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung variable kompensasai kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi atau sensus dengan jumlah Responden sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang di gunakan dengan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan data penelitian terdahulu, dan studi literatur.Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu Analisa jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasar uji parsial antara pengaruh Kompensasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh Kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh siknifikan dan pengaruh kompensasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan juga berpengaruh siknifikan . Untuk Analisa Jalur variable kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening tidak mampu ( tidak terbukti ) memediasi variable kompensasai kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Pengaruh earning per share dan return on assets adalah indikator yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui harga saham. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitan kuantitatif, yaitu menganalisis pengaruh antara earning per share dan return on assets terhadap harga saham baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan pada perusahaan otomotif tahun 2019-2021 yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan otomotif yang terus-menerus listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel earning per share (X1) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham (Y) dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, return on assets (X2) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham (Y) dengan hasil nilai sig. sebesar 0,045 < 0,05, earning per share (X1) dan return on assets (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham (Y) sebesar 33,0% dengan hasil nilai sig. sebesar 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan economic value added, market value added, dan financial value added terhadap harga saham. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs internet www.idx.co.id. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 18 perusahan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Dengan demikian jumlah data yang diamati dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 data. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial economic value added tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,905 > 0.05. Market value added secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Financial value added secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai signifikansi yang didapatkan sebesar 0,641 > 0,05. Sementara itu, secara simultan economic value added, market value added, dan financial value added berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05.

Abstract

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).

Abstract

The development of human resources in a company really requires good performance from employees, therefore employees are the benchmark for whether or not the company's goals have been achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Javanese Flowers Permai Kediri. The analytical method in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that the workload variable partially influences employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Work environment variables partially influence employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.004<0.05. The workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance as proven by the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 40 respondents at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.743 + 0.269 Organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of PT Radio Panjalu Raya employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between the profitability ratio and the company's profit growth ratio on the capital structure of PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk Period 2014-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. The results showed that the Profitability Ratio represented by the Return On Equity had a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. Then the Company's Growth Ratio represented by Growth of Sales has a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. And the Profitability Ratio and Growth ratio have a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021.
