Abstract

This study aims to determine Is there a relationship Social Support and Self Efficacy with Students In SMKN2 Medan.            In proving the above hypothesis, we used data analysis method Multiple Regression. Based on data analysis of the results obtained: 1). that there is a significant negative relationship between family social support and self-efficacy for learning on students' self-reliance which can in coefficients (F reg = 4.771 with p> 0.05) where F reg (F calculated)> F table (4.771> 3.159). 2). Based on the results of data analysis according to the formula of partial correlation analysis of the first level of known results as follows it can be concluded that the contribution of family social support variables and self-efficacy is 14% while the rest 86% influenced by other factors not discussed or examined by the researcher such as intelligence, parenting, community life pattern of the system.            In general, the results of this study illustrate that there is a relationship between social support and self-efficacy in students with learning independence.

Abstract

The study was conducted to test whether there is a relationship of morality and economic status in adolescents with social intelligence on Junior High School 9 Binjai. Population of 700 adolescents aged 13 -15, which is used as a sample of 100 students, because all questionnaires were returned after completed. The results obtained are as follows great relationship X1 variable to variable Y, can be seen from the coefficient of determinant (R Square) = 0.229, indicating that 22.9% of social intelligence related to morality.         Relationship variables X2 to Y, can be seen from the coefficient of determinant (R Square) = 0.202, indicating that 20.2% of social intelligence related to economic status. Correlation coefficient of the results showed that a significant relationship between the morality of social intelligence in adolescents with t count value = 8.751. While the t table = 1.984 for a significant level of 0.05 (5%), for 0.01 confidence level (1%) means the relationship between morality with social intelligence is very significant alevel of 0.05  and  0.01.Tthe relationship variables X1 and X2 to Y, can be seen determinant (R Square) = 0.662, indicating that 66.2% of social intelligence relating to morality and economic status.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine ofplanning, implementation, and assessment of curriculum in improving student achievement in High School 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure of data analysis is data reduction, data display, and verification. While the subject of research is the principal, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that:(1) learning management planning is done by the teachers to prepare a number of needs of learners with regard to the development of science, technology, and art as a whole and sustainable; (2) The implementation of learning management is done with the purpose of formulating the subjects to be taught, to set standards of competence, basic competence to formulate, determine teaching materials in the form of subject and sub-subject, teaching and learning strategies, instructional media, learning activities, evaluation techniques, allocation time, and learning resources; and (3) management of the learning is done through evaluation of mastery learning materials at the beginning of each meeting which aims to determine the students' understanding of and insight into the material that is being and has been delivered, then adapted to the learning needsKeywords: Learning Management, Educational of School Level Curriculum, and Learning AchievementAbstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian KTSP dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi.Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepalasekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru-guru dengan mempersiapkan sejumlah kebutuhan peserta didik dengan memperhatikan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni secara menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan; (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan dengan merumuskan tujuan mata pelajaran yang akan diajarkan, menetapkan standar kompetensi, merumuskan kompetensi dasar, menentukan materi ajar dalam bentuk pokok bahasan dan sub pokok bahasan, strategi belajar mengajar, media pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, tehnik evaluasi, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar; dan (3) Penilaian manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan melalui kegiatan evaluasi terhadap penguasaan materi pembelajaran pada setiap awal pertemuan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman dan wawasan siswa/i terhadap materi yang sedang dan sudah disampaikan, selanjutnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Manajemen Pembelajaran, KTSP, dan Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimal concentration of Moringa oleifera leaf extract as an antibacterial agent on Litopenaeus vannamei larvae that are infected by Vibrio sp.. It was conducted in 15 March - 15 April 2019 at PT. Global Gain Superior Seeds, Pantai Cermin, North Sumatera. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with five treatments and four replications. The shrimps infected by Vibrio sp. were immersed into M. oleifera leaf extract in various concentration of (A) 0 ppm, (B) 400 ppm, (C) 600 ppm, (D) 800 ppm, and (E) 1000 ppm for ±15 minutes. The size of shrimp used was post-larvae 8 (length of 3.5-5 mm/ind). The best performance results of vannamei shrimps were obtained in treatment E (1000 ppm), namely length growth of 16.75 ± 1.16 cm, weight growth of 0.92 ± 0.89 g and survival rate of 91±7.87%.Keywords:Moringa oleiferaVibrio sp.Immersion
