Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan suatu organisasi. Perguruan tinggi swasta merupakan salah satu organisasi yang memiliki tingkat persaingan yang sangat tinggi khususnya pada saat penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Peningkatan citra organisasi dapat dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta untuk mengembangkan keunggulan kompetitif secara berkelanjutan. Tulisan ini menjelaskan strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta untuk meningkatkan citranya melalui pendekatan pengembangan pengetahuan keorganisasian.Competitive advantage was one of factor that influenced that organizational sustainability. Private higher education institution was one of organization that faced the high competitive situation especially at new student enrollment periode. Increasing of the organization image could be done by private higher education institution  to develop competitive advantage continuously. This paper explained the strategy that could be done by private higher education institution to increase its image through organizational knowledge creation approach.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is, (1) How the performance of the Mall Public Service  in the government of Tulang Bawang regency. (2) How is the quality of service in Tulang Bawang Regency government. (3) How big the performance of public service Mall  is to the quality of government services of Tulang Bawang District. This research uses the explanatory method of survey, by analyzing the effect of performance variables of public service Mall  as a free variable (independent variable) to the quality of service as a dependent variable. Researchers use a research approach in accordance with the objectives that you want to achieve namely in addition to describing and describing empirical facts found in the field, will also perform inferential analysis between free variables and bound variables. The results of the research is the performance of Mall Public Service  on the government of Tulang Bawang District has been running, but not optimal, it is because it has not been supported by the educational level of apparatus that has not been done, quality service Mall service Public  at Tulang Bawang Regency Government, indicating that the variable quality service Mall public service  has not been implemented as expected. Performance effect of public service Mall  on the quality of government services of Tulang Bawang Regency, according to the results showed that the performance of the public Service Mall  has a strong enough relationship of 64.2 percent against Quality of service, while the rest, 35.8 percent influenced by other factors that the author has not researched, thereby that the results of the study showed the significant influence of the performance of Mall Public Service (MPP) on quality Service on quality of service at the public Service Mall  of Tulang Bawang Regency.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources will have an impact on progress for the government to survive changes and competition in the sometimes unstable sphere of government. Another problem is the spotlight on the performance of bureaucracy in organizing public services, where during this pandemic the government is considered to have low performance in providing services to the community. This is also felt by the Protocol and Communication Section of the City Leader of Bandar Lampung. Based on observations made in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Head of the Bandar Lampung City Secretariat by looking at employee performance as a benchmark in research shows that the performance of employees has not been achieved optimally due to the number of employees who contracted the virus and decreased work motivation.This research aims to identify and analyze how much Communication, and Motivation affect Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Bandar Lampung City Regional Secretariat. The research method used in this research is quantitative data analysis. Can be concluded, as follows: Problem sources, problem formulations, relevant concepts and theories and relevant discoveries, Hypothesis submissions, research methods, compiling research instruments, and conclusions.Based on the results of the above research, it can be taken a conclusion as follows: Communication has a significant effect on employee performance from the results of partial hypothesis tests in can the value of t calculate communication variables included in a high classification that means significant effect. Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance from the results of hypothetical tests partially in can the value of t calculate the variable Motivation included in the moderate classification (sufficient) which means a significant effect. Communication and Motivation work together have a significant effect on employee performance from the results of hypothesis tests simultaneously expressed accepted by other words accepting the hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the hypothesis (Ho) has a mutual effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The opening of the new study program epsecially S2 level was an effort to enhance the role of UBL in national development particularly in Lampung Province. Decision-making to determine the study program that  be opened was a matter. This research aimed to design a model of  Decision Support  System  for the opening of the S2 level study program at the University of Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the model of Decision Support System helped  users in making policy decisions  or  decisions  that best fit with the assumption that desired. The study program of S2 level  that was deserve to be opened  and developed at the University of Bandar Lampung was theStudy Program of Business Administration Science.Pembukaan program studi baru jenjang S2 merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan peran Universitas Bandar Lampung dalam pembangunan nasional khususnya di Provinsi Lampung. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan program studi yang akan dibuka merupakan suatu hal yang rumut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model Decision Support System untuk pembukaan program studi jenjang S2 di Universitas Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Decision Support System sangat membantu pengguna dalam melakukan pengambilan kebijakan atau pengambilan keputusan yang terbaik sesuai dengan asumsi yang diinginkan. Program studi jenjang S2 yang layak untuk dibuka dan dikembangkan di Universitas Bandar Lampung adalah Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Niaga.

Abstract

Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 menyisakan beberapa kebiasaan baru bagi masyarakat salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan. Pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring yang sempat diberlakukan mengharuskan para pelajar lebih mandiri lagi dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran dan pengerjaan tugas sekolah. Salah satu perilaku yang timbul pada para pelajar ialah melibatkan situs pembelajaran berbasis online atau daring seperti Brainly. Setelah era normal baru diberlakukan dan aktivitas belajar mengajar kembali pada sistem tatap muka, nyatanya kebiasaan penggunaan situs belajar belajar online Brainly dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dan pengerjaan tugas sekolah tidak dapat langsung ditinggalkan begitu saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam penggunaan situs belajar online Brainly.co.id dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dan pengerjaan tugas sekolah siswa SMA Bodhisattva di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menggunakan situs belajar online Brainly dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dan pengerjaan tugas, ada yang melakukan pengecekan ulang sebelum menggunakan informasi yang ada namun ada juga yang langsung menggunakan informasi yang ada tanpa melakukan pemeriksaan ulang meskipun menyadari bahwa informasi yang didapat belum tentu terjamin kredibilitasnya.

Abstract

This study aims to design a strategy to increase the popularity of Indonesian speakers who are proficient and tested at the Lampung Provincial Language Office. The study used a qualitative method and a descriptive approach and analytical testing using SWOT analysis. The Lampung Provincial Language Office experienced problems in achieving the implementation of activities to increase the popularity of proficient and tested Indonesian speakers in the community. The achievement of the activities that were not achieved could not meet the target resulting in an increase in the target in the following year. Therefore, in 2022 the target number of UKBI testers will increase by 38.49%. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the failure to achieve the target is influenced by the location of the language office in Lampung Province, the revision of the Indonesian language carried out and the highest scores are at the level of service quality and digitization of the Lampung provincial Language office. Then suggestions were obtained, namely, there was a need to change correctional strategies in increasing the popularity of Indonesian speakers who were proficient and tested with several efforts, namely making written regulations and sanctions such as laws so that speakers of the language had to obey and carry out activities to increase and popularity. Therefore, the implementation of the strategy to increase the popularity of proficient and tested Indonesian speakers can be carried out and achieve the predetermined targets.

Abstract

UMKM memegang peran sentral dalam pembangunan ekonomi global, regional, dan lokal. Sebagai sektor yang luas dan beragam, UMKM menyumbang dengan pepengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan ekonomi, pembentukan peluang pekerjaan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara mencolok. Fenomena ini mengindikasikan bahwa sejumlah besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam meraih keuntungan maksimal karena mereka tidak mampu menghitung HPP dengan akurat. Penelitian ini membahas kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan HPP bagi UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri, Kota Metro. Tujuan utama penelitian ini yaitu guna mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terkait perhitungan harga pokok produksi guna mendukung daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan interaktif, simulasi, dan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan melalui grup WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terkait konsep harga pokok produksi. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam praktik bisnis sehari-hari, terutama dalam menyusun laporan HPP, pencatatan transaksi ke dalam jurnal, dan penyusunan laporan Laba/Rugi. Pelatihan pembuatan harga pokok produksi berpotensi sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan UMKM di tingkat lokal. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian masa depan mencakup kelanjutan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan, penyelenggaraan pelatihan lanjutan, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait untuk memperluas dampak positif ini pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal dan daya saing UMKM.
