Abstract

This activity is an effort to encourage and empower educators to become more professional. This is intended to make efforts to build a solid education, and be able to continually make improvements towards quality. The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. From the results during the training, the participants' enthusiasm took place so that it walked live, and the products of PTK titles produced from each participant were then compiled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of self-efficacy, learning motivation, and procrastination on the academic achievements of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This study uses the ex post facto method with a causal approach and analyzed by a path analysis model using 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are positive effects of self-efficacy and learning motivation, and the negative impact of procrastination together has a significant impact on academic achievement.

Abstract

This research investigates and analyzes the influence of variables of Motivation, communication, leadership style on employee performance on employee performance variables at the Office of Supervision and Customs & Excise Service Type C Bontang Customs. These variables in this study are referred to simultaneously, for example, endogenous variables: Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), Leadership Style (X3), (While endogenous or dependent variables (dependend variables) are Performance (Y). using primary data, namely data obtained from respondents directly from interview results or the results of filling out questionnaires collected through field surveys. And secondary data is data that is taken indirectly, namely data that has been processed by agencies, in the form of reference books, reports. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The population used is employees at the Bontang Customs Supervision and Service Office type C Customs Which amounts to 113 people. By using the jebuh sample method, that is, all populations become samples. using spss for Windows programs ver 22.0 and AMOS ver 22.0. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the higher the motivation, the more it will improve employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on performance, this shows that the better the communication will make the higher the employee's performance. Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this shows that leadership style does not have a direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The innovation capabilities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important to enhance the competitive advantage and performance of the business. The aim of the research is to analysis the effect of Social Capital (SC) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) on Innovation Capabilities (In). This research is a descriptive study by applying a quantitative methodology to analyses the significance of the factors that affect Innovation Capabilities using simple random sampling technique on 86 respondents of culinary MSMEs located in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Data processing and analysis was carried out using SMART PLS. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) have a positive and significant effect on Innovation Capabilities (In), but Social Capital (SC) is not significant. Therefore, further research will conduct research model that makes SC as an indirect variable and develop a research model framework for other factors that have an impact on Innovation Capability and Business Performance.

Abstract

This is a study on the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, social skills, and self-efficacy on commitment to running a business during the COVID-19 pandemic (case study of independent entrepreneurial students at the Jakarta State University). This study aims to determine the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge, social skills on entrepreneurial commitment directly or through influencing factors, namely self-efficacy. In particular, this study uses the classical assumption test, requirements analysis test and path analysis. Empirical results show entrepreneurial knowledge, social skills and self-efficacy have an effect on entrepreneurial commitment. Further analysis reveals that entrepreneurial knowledge and social skills affect entrepreneurial commitment through self-efficacy. The regression equation means that if the Entrepreneurial Knowledge variable increases by one unit, the Entrepreneurial Commitment will increase by 0.205 or by 20.5%. Furthermore, if Social Skills are increased by one unit, then Entrepreneurial Commitment will increase by 0.465 or 46.5%. Furthermore, if Self-efficacy increases by one unit, then Entrepreneurial Commitment will increase by 0.258 or by 25.8%. The regression equation means that if the Entrepreneurial Knowledge variable increases by one unit, then Self-efficacy will increase by 0.647 or 64.7%. Furthermore, if Social Skills increase by one unit, then Self-efficacy will increase by 0.306 or by 30.6%.

Abstract

Along with the changes in the world of work that are affected by the existence of Covid-19, every company needs to minimize the risk that can arise from these changes. The presence of burnout syndrome can be a risk that threatens the quality of life of the company and the productivity of employee. The purpose of this study is to analyze burnout in employee affected by workload, work stress, and work family conflict. This research is classified as an associative type of research with quantitative research approaches. The research method used the census method (saturated sampling). The sample used was 60 respondents. The data collection process uses a questionnaire which is the analyze through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the data obstained, it can be concluded that workload (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Work stress (X2) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Work family conflict (X3) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Simultaneously workload (X1), work stress (X2), and work family conflict (X3) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X.

Abstract

Community Service this training on business prospects for ornamental plants and superior fruit nurseries was carried out in Cisaat village, Sukabumi-Subang sub-district, where some tourist villages have superior ornamental plants and superior fruit that can be cultivated. Utilization of fertile land can be increased so that it becomes a potential agro-business tourism to be developed and become a superior product. This community service also provides business analysis training. The competencies obtained in this community service are 1. Farmers can select and produce superior seeds, 2. Farmers are able to develop nurseries with various media, 3. Farmers can develop nurseries by utilizing agricultural land, 4. Farmers can analyze production costs and business prospects. The method implemented is in the form of training with people who own land but it is not used optimally, as well as ornamental and fruit plant farmers. With training on business prospects, development of superior ornamental and fruit plants. Provision of seeds so that further development can be carried out for farmers. The next hope is that farmers will be able to produce superior ornamental plants and fruit in tourist villages with BumDes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, financial distress dan firm size terhadap agresivitas pajak yang dimoderasi oleh firm size. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan tahunan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 45 data yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak, financial distress berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak dan firm size tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Dalam hal moderasi, hasil membuktikan bahwa firm size mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap agresivitas pajak dan firm size tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh financial distress terhadap agresivitas pajak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, the effect of work stress on turnover intention, and analysis the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention of the Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling officer, Ciracas District. This study uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with several samples, a total of 195 respondents. This research is survey research in the form of a questionnaire to see the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, then job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction and work stress together have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, menganalisa pengaruh dari stress kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan menganalisa pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention pada petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kecamatan Ciracas.Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 195 responden. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian survey berupa kuesioner untuk melihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, selanjutnya stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perubahan dunia kerja yang terdampak dari adanya Covid-19, setiap perusahaan perlu meminimalisir risiko yang dapat muncul dari adanya perubahan tersebut. Hadirnya burnout syndrome dapat menjadi sebuah risiko yang dapat mengancam kualitas hidup perusahaan dan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis burnout pada karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan work family conflict. Penelitian ini tergolong tipe penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode sensus (sampel jenuh). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression). Berdasarkan perolehan data dapat disimpulkan beban kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Stres kerja (X2) berpengaruh postitif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Secara simultan beban kerja (X1), stres kerja (X2), dan work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan.
