Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia memiliki piramida penduduk tipe ekspansif yang sebagian besar penduduk berada pada kelompok umur muda. Rasio ketergantungan penduduk sebesar 48,6. Kondisi tersebut  menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia mendapatkan bonus demografi yang ditandai  tingginya proporsi jumlah penduduk usia produktif. Pengembangan kewirausahaan di Indonesia menjadi kebutuhan strategis nasional dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi untuk  mencapai kemakmuran masyarakat. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan adalah salah satu lembaga yang bertujuan meghasilkan lulusan yang terampil dan siap kerja.Data tingkat pengangguran terbuka berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan SMK mengalami peningkatan.  Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK lebih banyak sebagai pencari kerja daripada menciptakan lapangan kerja atau sebagai seorang wirausahawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dikembangkan dari Theory of  Planned Behavior yang dirumuskan oleh Ajzen menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar, efikasi diri, dan sikap dapat mempengaruhi intensi. Inkubasi bisnis adalah alternatif model pembelajaran yang memberikan pengalaman nyata dalam merintis, mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha bagi siswa SMK.Proses pembelajaran melalui inkubasi bisnis akan membentuk sikap positif dan keyakinan diri siswa dalam menjalankan usaha yang selanjutnya akan menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha pada siswa. Intensi wirausaha  ditumbuhkan melalui Inkubator bisnis sebagai bentuk lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dalam membentuk kompetensi siswa SMK. Kata Kunci: Intensi Berwirausaha, Inkubasi Bisnis  ABSTRACT Indonesia has the expansive type population pyramid that most people are in the younger age groups. Population dependency ratio of 48.6. The condition shows that Indonesia get demographic bonus that marked the high proportion of the population of productive age. Development of entrepreneurship in Indonesia has become a national strategic needs in improving the economic independence to achieve the prosperity of society. Vocational High School is one institution that aims region contribute to graduates who are skilled and ready to work.The data rate of unemployment by level vocational education has increased. This suggests that more vocational graduates as job seekers rather than creating jobs or as an entrepreneur. Based on the research results developed from the Theory of Planned Behavior formulated by Ajzen showed that the learning environment, self-efficacy and attitudes can influence intentions. Business incubation is an alternative learning models that provide a real experience in initiating, managing and developing the business for vocational students. The process of learning through business incubation will form a positive attitude and self-confidence of students in running the business which in turn will foster entrepreneurship in the students intentions. Entrepreneurial intentions grown through business incubator as a form conducive learning environment in shaping the competence of vocational students. Keywords: Intention Entrepreneur, Business Incubator

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher teaching creativity and student creativity quotient on economic learning outcomes in class X state senior high schools in East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 11163 students of class X high school in East Jakarta, the sample selection technique used multistage random sampling, and a sample of 208 students was selected. The data collection for the teacher's teaching creativity and the creativity quotient used a questionnaire, while the learning outcomes used secondary data. This study used Path analysis. Results showed that teachers' teaching creativity significant influence on student learning outcomes, the creativity quotient insignificant influence on student learning outcomes, teacher teaching creativity significant influence on creativity quotient, and teachers' teaching creativity, mediated by creativity quotient, insignificant effect on student learning outcomes. The finding of this study implies that the teacher's teaching creativity can increase the creativity quotient of students and students' learning outcomes of economics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of family environment and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial motivation. The method used in this research was ex-post facto with correlational approach. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 74 students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Path Analysis was used for analyzing the data. This study reveals that; 1) family environment directly affects entrepreneurial motivation (p=0.581); 2) self-efficacy directly influences entrepreneurial motivation (p=0.538), and 3) family environment directly affects self-efficacy (p=0.380). Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes Understanding matter Economic Concepts in Relation to Demand, Supply, and Price balance between cooperative method Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with a lecture in class X in SMAN 3 Cibinong. The method used was experimental. Data processing by using a mix of research methods. Use traditional research sample purposive sampling method. Objective assessment instruments using multiple choice test of 20 items. Test requirements analysis is the normality test X1 and X2 with Liliefors test, homogeneity test with Fisher formula, hypothesis testing with test two average difference (t-test) free samples. Processing data using Microsoft Excel 2007 program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota pada koperasi serba usaha (KSU) Warga Sejahtera, kelurahan Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan terhitung sejak bulan Mei 2010 sampai Juni 2011. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi serba usaha (KSU) Warga Sejahtera Jakarta Timur sebanyak 355 orang anggota. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang anggota dengan menggunakan teknik acak sistematik (systematic random sampling technique). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional, sedangkan data yang diperoleh untuk variabel X1,X2 dan Y berasal dari data primer dengan instrumen tes untuk variabel X1 dan instrumen berupa kuisioner dengan skala likert untuk variabel X2 dan Y yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 17.0. Secara parsial, besarnya pengaruh pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dengan partisipasi anggota adalah 0,803. Artinya pengaruh antara pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dengan partisipasi anggota adalah kuat dan nilainya positif. Nilai positif artinya jika pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi meningkat, maka partisipasi anggota akan meningkat, begitupun sebaliknya. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dengan partisipasi anggota adalah sebesar 0,271. Artinya pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dengan partisipasi anggota adalah lemah dan nilainya positif. Nilai positif artinya jika kualitas pelayanan meningkat maka partisipasi anggota akan meningkat, begitupun sebaliknya. Dari Uji F pengaruh engetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota diperoleh F hitung sebesar 137,423 sedangkan nilai F kritis atau F tabel adalah sebesar 3,11, maka F hitung > F tabel, artinya terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota secara bersama-sama. Nilai R² yang didapat adalah sebesar 0,772. Artinya variabel pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan dapat menerangkan variabilitas sebesar 77,2% dari variabel partisipasi anggota, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Adapun persamaan regresi berganda yang didapat adalah Ŷ= 28,725 +1,742 + 0,209. Dari analisis diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota pada KSU warga Sejahtera, Kelurahan Cipinang, Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship intrapreneurial leadership, school culture and innovation performance of elementary school teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between intrapreneurial leadership and school culture on teacher innovation performance of elementary school in East Jakarta where the result of double correlation coefficient test (Ry.12) = 0,885 and F count (F Change) = 266,395, and p -value = 0,000 <0.05, and While the coefficient of determination (R square) = 0,784, which means that the intrapreneurial leadership (X1) and school culture (X2) together influence 78,4% to the performance of innovation (Y). Abstract

GenerationY is the work force of the future and now the number is dominating the industry.The increasing number of employees of generation Y becomes a separate problem for the company in meeting the availability of young professional workforce. The research aims to investigate effect of performance appraisal, compensation and job satisfaction to loyalty of generation Y.Method used in this study was quatitative. The research sample was 117 students. Data was anaysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study reveals there are a positive relationship between performance appraisal with job satisfaction, compensation with job satisfaction and job satisfaction on loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of learning environment, self-efficacy, and an entrepreneurial attitude towards entrepreneurial intention of Vocational High School students in DKI Jakarta. This study applied survey method with causal approach. Sampling techniques is random cluster sampling stages whose result in sample of 310 respondents. Research data was collected by questionnaires and then analyzed with path analysis. Research results empirically show that: a) Students entrepreneurial intentions is affected directly and positively by the learning environment, self-efficacy, and an entrepreneurial attitude, b) the learning environment and self-efficacy are directly and positively impact on the entrepreneurial attitude, and c) the learning environment is directly and positively impact on self-efficacy. The results of the study conclude that with conducive learning environment, high self-efficacy and more positive entrepreneurial attitude will increase the entrepreneurial intention of Vocational High School students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teacher's creativity in learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement in class X peminatan IIS in SMA 89 Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. Collecting data using a document recording techniques, observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were students of class X peminatan IIS which numbered 137 students to the overall sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there was a partial effect between the creativity of teachers in teaching with student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 3.926 is greater than t table of 1.656. Emotional intelligence of students partially also there is an influence on student achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t value of 2.611 is greater than t table of 1.656. Simultaneously there is influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed calculated F value of 18.002 is greater than the value of F table 3,06. There are positive influence between the creativity of teachers in the learning and emotional intelligence of students on student achievement with multiple correlation coefficient 0.460 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, then known coefficient of determination (R 2) of 21.2%.
